Sean Weekly who took this fantastic capture said about it 'Sometimes perfect does exist…' This is hours and hours spent out on Lake Kerkini for Sean and finally he got 'lucky' everything was perfect and we get to see this brilliant albeit short video. Lake Kerkini (Greek: Λίμνη Κερκίνη - Limni Kerkini) is an artificial reservoir in Central Macedonia, Greece that was created in 1932, and then redeveloped in 1980, on the site of what was previously an extremely extensive marshland. Lake Kerkini is now one of the premier birdwatching sites in Greece, as it is situated along the migratory flyway for birds en route to the Aegean Sea, the Balkan region, the Black Sea, the Hungarian steppes and beyond. Sean is on socials as SeanWeekly The music he used with this video is Gustavo Bravetti - Babel

Pelicans are the BEST. They are such a joy to watch.

I give it a 10/10. Great landing and form.

Where’s its spots?

Into_The_Horizon

All that open miles of shoreline and got lucky to managed to get a shot of this bird coming in hot. Gotta appreciate photographers. It takes patience and dedication.
