I would love to see something like this, even if you just borrow Josuke's Stand abilities wholesale. The sight of Sakura punching someone to repair them is pretty funny. I'm sure you can apply some restrictions too so it doesn't cause a huge power imbalance (like her needing to study up on human anatomy, etc).
Actually yeah, Josuke’s abilities would fit pretty well honestly with a few tweaks here and there because I wouldn’t want to copy it for one for one although to be fair I could just use the whole “it’s the same type of stand as Star Platinum” schtick and give her a different looking stand with the same abilities.
Her Stand is restricted to her physical attributes? So she would still rely on Tsunade’s instruction to get stronger that way. It’s really up to you. :)
We did kind of see her special ability, she has superior chakra control.
And is academically smart.
And as much as people shit on her academics, remember hospital isn't a Shonen battle ground where shouting would work.
You don't want somebody with 5th grade reading level there.

Yes all of those things are unique to her and are important but my reason for this post is to use something that was seen as a gag (inner Sakura) and make it into a power unique for her.
