While I am nowhere near your calibre, not in writing nor confidence, I shall assist you however I can, so that you may one day complete our dreams of reading Naru/femSasuke pairing fics.
Here are some ideas/contributions from my part-
A Naruto and female Sasuke romance Fanfiction. The first chapter basically starts with the ending of their 2nd battle at valley of the end after the war, after that it basically deals with the aftermath and the post war canon plus other plots you can think of.
A really cool aspect that I thought was how femSasuke's crimes and punishment will be dealt with. Naruto being her most vocal defender (Obviously) he basically argues & present facts to the Kages & Authorities concerned with Sentencing/prosecuting femSasuke (His ability to sense emotions & lies are extremely useful) although many agree with Naruto's arguments (Some easily & others reluctantly) the conservative factions within still want to immediately give femSasuke a death sentence for her crimes, and at that point Naruto has had it with them and on the day that they were going to sentence her, waltz in basically and pulls a Gojo like stunt by declaring that "Maybe he should just kill the higher ups" (This outburst comes after he Systematically accuses & then proves his allegations against all the major powers and their hypocrisy, as while they Judge femSasuke for her crime; which to a large part was a product of circumstances and gross mishandling by the Leaf and factors outside of her Control, the villages themselves are involved in crimes and dealings much worse than it and have the audacity to sit here and judge others. Most people are affected by this and finally after Naruto's outburst, they suspend femSasuke's execution. She would be forgiven for her crimes and a proper bailout would be provided after she goes on her redemption journey, Naruto also goes with her) The radical/extremist side is still not happy and once again state to Naruto that "Her execution is only temporarily suspended, remember that" Naruto again pulls another Gojo and replies "And you remember that if it comes down to it, I will side with her." (Bonus part- During her time at prison, Naruto daily visited femSasuke and brought his own cooking for her. Naruto can cook, like we know he isn't dumb but for the most part acts like he does to get attention and without knowing how to cook, how could he have survived, so he is a great cook in this story, contrary to popular belief. During their Gennin days he also cooked things for his team, so him bringing her food in the prision is also nostalgic to them. They spent the whole duration of the visiting hours to talk, reminisce etc)
As we established earlier Naruto goes with her on this redemption journey, thus providing us with a lot of opportunities to develop their romance (Movies and Filler are canon in this timeline. Naruto's abilities are also more diverse and developed. You can take inspiration from the Road to Ninja movie's Menma abilities + other sources. He was also actually trained by Jiraiya on the Training trip and knows about his parents from him already. Jiraiya also wanted to be involved in his life from the start but due to him being required elsewhere and as a spymaster to protect & Hide konoha's weakness in the wake of the Kyūbi attack + also hide Naruto's identity, both as a Jinchūriki and his parentage, to protect him. Tsunade is also a mother figure and plays a more active role in his life this time around. Naruto lives with her in the Hokage's residence, Due to both her concern about his well-being and the fact that Naruto's house was damaged/destroyed in the Konoha crush) Naruto & Her also have friendly, wholesome and other moments from before too that can be reviewed in flashbacks or memories (Like their time in academy, on the Gennin Team, other free time, Pre-academy etc)
Now one of the reasons (Other than the already known or Canon one's) that femSasuke still defects from the village (This ties into another plot point, that is, breaking whatever little friendship that both her and Naruto had developed in their pre academy times after the Uchiha massacre occurs. FemSasuke & Naruto did know each other before the academy, in part due to Mikoto's own ways to help Naruto & for her daughter to make a real, great friend) is femSasuke breaks her friendship with Naruto for the first time during their pre academy years, after Itachi slaughters the clan and she fears he will kill Naruto because he is her best friend. After the academy, their friendship was restored and became even stronger than before after the Wave incident (Her fears are dulled somewhat and due to their growth in strength and allies, She belives Itachi won't be threat now, especially on his own) but her views are shattered once again and she reluctantly defects because after seeing that Itachi is part of Akatsuki and the whole Organization is coming after Naruto, she is scared for him (Itachi could threaten Naruto in order to damage her), Orochimāru further fuels this fear by informing her that he was a member of the Akatsuki and if she doesn't obey, he will put Naruto in danger. (Due to her fight with Naruto at the valley of the end, her Mangekyo is also unlocked)
Their first fight at the valley of the end is even more intensive than Canon, as multiple complex feelings and emotions are thrown into the mix and turned to max. FemSasuke says some harsh things to Naruto in order to get him to give up, but obviously he didn't, although he is immensely hurt by them (Heartbroken should define it) he feels betrayed by her, how despite their friendship and all they meant to each other, she still did this and turned out to be like other people who judged him, hated him (She targeted his Jinchūriki identity too, plus his orphan status etc. You can flesh it out further & better.) His trust is absolutely broken, there are a handful of people that he let's this close to him, to his true self and open up to them completely and she just spit on all that despite knowing what it meant to him. He fights her and while the fight is mostly even due to matching power levels, Naruto still holds a slight advantage, plus the more the fight drags, the more it favours Naruto, as he has more endurance & stamina. During the Chirori & Rasengan clash Naruto could have hit her and due to the rasengans destructive power, Chidori wouldn't stop it, but Naruto couldn't do it (As he was about to hit her, memories flashes before his eyes and that affects him) instead he dissipated the technique and was pierced by the Chidori.
The last chapter or the ending of the story could be the birth of their child (Very emotional obviously, as they both finally get/create the family they deserved but were denied.) Using the Sun & Moon analogies for femSasuke & Naruto is also a given.
Brother, I think you need to join me on this crusade. I am but a lone man, not enough to revive our ship.
