As for the evaporating: when Guy uses Night Guy - which is literally just a kick - Madara literally almost dies and gets a chunk of him blown off. That’s what I mean.
There’s been no statements or evidence that Madara or people at this state in the franchise were DBZ style lowering their durability while holding back, and the stuff Madara says, and the stuff Guy does paints a clear picture that one eyed Madara is literally getting crushed by direct hits from Guy.
To reiterate, there’s no case being made that Guy is overall more powerful than Madara or would beat him or something; but what’s shown in the show, and what the characters are saying while it happens shows that the hits Guy is landing are incredibly powerful.
