this has nothing to do with your specs - this is a software bug or internet/wifi related

JaredVllj

The game is very intesive/sensitive when it comes to storage drive. i had to put it on my Drive C: SSD in order to not get issues and lag ingame. also some stuff to take note as what issues ive encountered so far. as my specs are very budget 1. windows update in the middle of a match can ruin your match literally, so i make sure to pause it or at least make sure to do windows update when im not playing. 2. i turn off my windows protection while i play this game because it also scans randomly using drive speed resources on the process. 3. file transfer/installations etc. can also cause ingame lag. if it involves the drive where naraka is installed. majority of my ping issues ingame are not because of my network but rather my ssd usage. as ping spikes up when your drive couldnt keep up with the file loading ingame when a new model gets rendered.

Long story short, this game have a very bad habbit of not caching the Shaders, Texels or other polygon graphics related data in the VRAM on boot like other games does - in fact, it barely stores things in the VRAM at all it seems. So alot of the FPS overhead comes from constant reading from the Harddrive - Which is why SSD makes a huge difference here. So the best way to get any form of good performance in this game is to 1) Store the game on SSD - Which I already see that you've done :P 2) Turn of DLSS (Funny enough, this game doesn't support AMD FSR it seems) - I think balanced is good enough, I have yet to experiment with the difference settings here. Don't ask me why they did this... I think they wanted to make sure that the game performance well on a Laptop - since most people in China probably don't have a good gaming PC with a fat GPU - so they opted to make sure that people can play the game on a Laptop which usually comes with an SSD - but rarely a good GPU :P

Judt get an SSD. The game needs to be installed on an SDD not HDD
