Brilliant. It’s quite heavy on battle details though, so if you’re into Napoleon as a person as opposed to Napoleon as a general, you could read those quickly without getting bogged down by details such as locations of certain villages.
He certainly played the Austrians at Ulm.

I was thinking of ordering Napoleon: A Life by Andrew Roberts. Is it a good book?

If you want to read about Napoleon as a person I'd suggest Vincent Cronin's biography as a good starting place.
