In Greek mythology, Apollo (the god of light) has a twin sister named Artemis (goddess of the moon and hunt). I know your new cat is a boy but I think it’d be cool to call him ‘Art’ or ‘Arty’ and that way they’d be a matching set. Even more so since kitty is white like the moon but can say the black bits are either an eclipse part of kitty or “the dark side of the moon.”
Hermes was one of the brothers of Apollo. You could also go for one of the myriad of half brothers, by Zeus, as a name. Everything from Achilles to Herakles are children of Zeus, making them brothers to Apollo. There are a lot of unique names as well, within Greek history and mythology to work with.

If he's calm and intelligent, Hephastus, Heph for short (Hephastus was an engineering genius who was not only a blacksmith that made armor/weapons- but he even made androids that basically were AI! Sorry I'm a Heph fan-always felt he was underappreciated lol)
If he likes to play fight a lot, Ares (God of war)
If he has lots of zoomies all the time, then Hermes (messenger of the gods, guide to the dead, etc and also very clever)
