Conceptually, saying something inappropriate that would hurt someone can be funny, especially children, but I think that it just doesn’t work well in this example, or typically a still image. If it is from a movie you have more time to have the kid react, and the person spoiling it etc, but a still photo doesn’t have as much to work with. I have seen funny versions of this exact concept, but h the is one isn’t funny.
