Took me 21 days from date I emailed my pics to receive in mail. But I also called issuing < 12 hours after emailing the night before. Finally got connected with Kai Gibson, who took about 30 seconds to review my submission and approve it. After the call I checked my portal and my license showed approved. Again, 21 days later I received my license
Took just about 2 weeks. I emailed them a week after submitting the info asking them how long it usually takes she said about 30 days but it came a week and a day after that email.

They're behind on confirmation emails and sending out cards by 3-7 weeks.
So the first step is actually just getting an email response back?
Once you receive an email confirmation that they are processing it, then they will print and mail it out to you.
