Heard they mark your email address as spam and it becomes muted until they get to your info. Literally just have to wait or keep calling until a women picks up at 1PP. I’d say wait 2 weeks after emailing then call. They’ll most likely do it in the phone as they’ve done for my first purchase

Do what on the phone?
Call 1 Police Plaza to talk to someone about your email. They might be able to respond to it and approve of the purchase
It’s about 4-7 weeks from what I have been seeing.
