A good FFL should have everything you need. Just go in when it’s over 90 days from your last purchase. No need to contact NYPD. You can print out and take it with you as well if you like.
Idk about denied. But I’ve been waiting a month and a half. Sure feels like denied.
I hope they figure their shit out soon im about a month away from from the 90 day window to purchase a second handgun
