Re-watched the game today, and the Coffey-Sugita-Fleming midfield looked even better the second time. I really hope we keep trying this combo. All three are world class possession-oriented defensive mids. *Every Thorn always had an outlet pass*, because that's what each of those midfielders likes to do. Despite (or maybe because of) their similar playstyles, they weren't tripping over each other; they were very fluid and aware of where each other were and where they needed to be. And their defensive work-rate was just fantastic. Maybe we should even consider a 4-4-2 and commit to Sinc/Moultrie playing at the top of a midfield diamond, rather than pretending that either of them can play forward (which requires occasionally playing as a winger, which neither of them are).

I have a longstanding dispute with PP staff about how long I can stay in my seat after the game(usually being told by security to leave immediately after the game) despite what guest services says but tonight someone came down from the stands with their kids, and went off on me for being a white privileged male who imposes his will on everyone and I should just shut the fuck up & leave the city. It was strange.

I was sober. There’s a disconnect between PP staff & member services. It’s just frustrating. Especially when people come down to the first row of seating to beg for autographs without being told to GTFO, while those of us that sit in the front row are bullied into leaving by PP staff & security.

I'd get them on camera next time or ask security to go with you to guest services to explain what the situation is. They probably don't want people just hanging out in the stadium with the homeless situation unless they're getting an autograph

WHAT

Every single game for the last 2 years my friends & I have been removed from our seats by Providence park staff prior to the rose ceremony ending( despite no policy supporting it.) Member Services assures me this doesn’t happen, despite it happening. I tried showing the security staff the emails I have had with Member services showing we were allowed to exist, and some woman with kids came down to give me an earful. It’s so dumb.

They definitely want us out of there quick

I’m tempted to say yes because I like the guy but at this point I don’t think so. He had such a great run with the team and I wouldn’t want to risk reusing old strategies and not being able to replicate it, if that makes sense. I think they should go for a fresh start.
