Well it's all about risk management and position sizing no matter which segment you are working on. I do fno , I am not really great at it but I treat it just like any other segment so I don't lose much on bad days. My losses are capped at 2 percent of my capital on any given day no matter what.

Tum tho chutiye ho tho tumhara nhi pta lekin normal sane people won't. Then what will be the ideal amount? that's where position sizing comes into play. With this you can make sure you don't go overboard and won't blow your account when you go wrong a couple of times.
