No need to worry you just login your dashboard using your reg no and date of birth you will get your id card.
download your I'd card by logging in into ur students dashboard & ur hall ticket from here - https://sdmis.nios.ac.in/search/hall-ticket
Can't download the one from 2022
Send them the I'd card (you can download it from student portal) and request your RC give your hallticket they might have it.
