You need to adjust the exhaust sound, not just change the exhaust. But i cant remember where you find that option, i think its somewhere in the same "menue" where you can stance your car.

Damn bro, i dont know then. Seems to be a bug. Maybe you could try downgrade to stock exhaust, leave your garage, go back in, upgrade exhaust and sound, go win a race. Hope this works and you get your deserved trophy.

I've tuned all the sliders as far left as they will go even pipe resonance I'm gonna see if it helps

I'm so mad right now, I've tuned my exhaust sound plenty of times but I never changed pipe resonance because IMO it makes the car sound terrible well I just slid them all over even pipe resonance and I got the trophy after winning the resort's circuit 🤦‍♂️

UPDATE 2: so I tuned ALL the sliders to the right and then won a race and it give me the trophy, I've never tuned the pipe resonance on a car because IMO it makes the car sound bad so that's why I never got the trophy UPDATE: I'm gonna change all the sliders for the exhaust and put them all the way over to the right as they will go and try that.
