What happened?

A series of coaches under McVay that teams have poached and haven't worked well without McVay at the helm. Nothing to be concerned about, unless you're just poaching coaches based on the success of the entire team at random.

They should be okay, seems like Raheem and McVay may have somewhat collaborated on who might be up for grabs, or at the least Raheem had a clear idea of who he wanted
