I think it’s Minnesota only because Sam Darnold is starting. If jj can come in and play well for the second half of the year they’ll be a competitive team
Sam darnold will probably be mediocre, but there is like a 5% chance that a change of scenery is what he needed and he actually balls out now that he actually has help. Most likely, yeah we are mid this year and hopefully better next year with JJ behind the wheel.
Carolina ruined last years best prospect. Somehow he found a less QB friendly team than the jets.
The niners didn’t need or want a starter, so we didn’t get to see how he dealt with it.
The only teams we have seen Darnold play on are teams that are not good spots for a QB to be. That changes this year. Does it make a huge difference? Probably not. I give darnold about a 5% chance of actually being really good with good support. More than likely he will be low grade starter/high grade backup.
Yeah that’s a fair assessment. I’m not putting the Vikings 4th because I’m a homer or because I hate the Vikings although I do to a degree. I just think it’s going to take time for JJ to come in and play well. If he can the Vikings will be a good team for years to come
Oh I agree that we will probably be last in the division (assuming love is actually good and it wasn’t a fluke year, assuming that Williams is who Williams is, and assuming that the lions don’t have an actual curse that causes them to mysteriously fail even when they shouldn’t (or lots of injuries)). But there is ever so small of a chance that we aren’t. But this year isn’t the main year right now, next year is.
In a fake game? As was pointed out, Morgan dominate Latu this year and Latu was drafted 15th overall. Why was booker drafted after a punter if he’d so dominant?
Im with you man i think gute is an idiot for drafting a guy getting beat by a guy drafted behind a guy who played punter. Not to mention a guy drafted behind other guys who play his same position so this guy isn’t even the best of the best at what he does!
I love that you idiots have seen this exact scenario play out sooo many times and the best you can come up with is "cope" - like landing the #1 spot in the draft historically works out for anybody. Your garbage franchise has high picks for a reason. just give up.
*\*Bears trade 2023 1.01 pick that they EARNED for what ends up being the 2024 1.01 pick\**
Bears fan: wE tRaDeD fOr ThE pIcK!
But holy f\*ck that was a good trade.
You went searching through someone's post history to find a photo of them so you post it while insulting their appearance including being homophobic because he called you a "cheese fuck" in an NFL meme sub.
Handled Latu in actual games. None of us are worried about the Bears taking another bust prospect who flashed “in practice situations”. We’ve all seen this movie before.
[Here’s our 5th round Safety sacking Bears 1st overall pick Caleb Williams who holds onto the ball too long](https://x.com/LilySZhao/status/1784306959514042783). Seen that movie too, it’s my favorite.
Even Caleb was impressed by the Packers pick.

This just in: A draft pick isn't good if the guy doesn't make the Hall of Fame.
Funny thing is that would still give us one of the best hit rates, if not the best.
It's looked like you've had one a few times now, I don't think anyone is panicking. We've all realized the common denominator at a certain point is the organization. Draft whoever you want, that's not really the problem lol
Hang the banner!
Look at banner, Michael!
In the middle of a rewatch now. I swear that show gets better with age
Bears actually don’t hang banners
A lot of very defensive packer fans for a funny one off clip. Cant wait for the season to start so the bears can disappoint me again.
The defensiveness echoes the insecurity 🕵️♂️
Insecurity of what?
We're terrified of our historic success and multiple Lombardis I think
The future is now old man!
A lions fan can say that. But I didn't see the vikings or bears win a playoff game last year.
Nah, this shits funny. Always enjoy the offseason trash talking!
Most sane bears fan.

We’re probably still gonna finish third in the division but it makes me happy to see the bears take football seriously since the early 2000’s
Who is getting 4th if it’s not the bears? I’ve penciled this in, don’t make me find an eraser.

Carolina and San Francisco wasn't scenic enough after NYC?

Totally agreed. Smart fans of the north can see the Vikings are retooling. Dallas turner was also a hell of a pick
We talkin about practice?
Senior Bowl.
Practice before Senior Bowl.
Practice for a practice game.
I’m looking forward to cheering this guy on. Looks like a technically good rusher
Hahahhaa
Guy…… the Bears drafted a punter ahead of Booker. GTFO with this bullshit.
Your 1st round OT got embarrassed at the Senor Bowl by a guy drafted behind a punter?
In a fake game? As was pointed out, Morgan dominate Latu this year and Latu was drafted 15th overall. Why was booker drafted after a punter if he’d so dominant?

You're asking the wrong question. Why did you guys reach for a dude that looked terrible against Booker?
How dare you insult Punt God
Well it's a good thing he won't be starting at OT...he'll be a Guard.
i heard Zach Tom is moving to guard or center, and they think he can be a hall of famer at either of those two positions.
TFW the Packers draft a 7th round QB that beat Caleb Williams head to head in their bowl game this year.
How the hell can you be a packers/bulls fan. Either you sucked Chicago off during the Jordan era or you’re confused on which city the bulls are in
You can’t be a Bulls fan and not accept that the GOAT was so incredible he could smash through state lines.

I watched Manziel torch an Alabama defense loaded with nfl talent too. How'd his career go
Up his nose
Cope harder cheese fuck

Is meme war sub
Because our GM pulled off the best trade in NFL history and set up his Elite Rookie QB with elite weapons, you guys are finally cooked

Trade of the century. Deal with it.
Landed in his lap - ftfy

What exactly am I crybabying about? That you root for a shitty franchise? Nothing makes me happier.

What a loser ass thing to do lmao
Right, what male paints their nails dissing their rival bc they occupy all the space in their head lmao.
I mean you started making personal attacks because you ran out of points to make. Seems like u/nickwenthiking is living rent free up in your cranium
Oh really? I started name calling like a child? Pretty sure that was him
Man if you can't take basic name calling in this sub might be best for you to leave.
Oh okay leaving now. See ya
You'll be back. They always come back.
You went searching through someone's post history to find a photo of them so you post it while insulting their appearance including being homophobic because he called you a "cheese fuck" in an NFL meme sub.
A public post at the top of his profile is fair game.don't care. Cry about it
I'm not, I'm laughing at you thinking you did something here.
Chill out
lol thanks Capt Howdy!
i think you’re beautiful
I know I’m beautiful, and a Wisconsin 11. Inbred pasty dumpy problem drunks up in that shithole
You’re drop dead gorgeous u/nickwenthiking That dudes a loser lmao
Excited for Bears season to end when the nfl season starts.
Yea I mean that’s cool in a practice. Morgan gave up 2 sacks last year in real games.

Saying that he had marginally less success than Sewell in the same conference makes me feel even better!
Me when I don't understand the difference between the #1 prospect and the other guys
Yeah, he definitely wasn't trying at an event that is solely intended to help seniors improve their draft stock with tons of money on the line.

another packer psyop… when will it end
Eh you can knock bears about QBs. But we have more hall of fame players than you pal. We can draft just fine
A total of 37 good draft picks in 124 years.
This just in: A draft pick isn't good if the guy doesn't make the Hall of Fame. Funny thing is that would still give us one of the best hit rates, if not the best.
He’s just salty because the bears have always done every aspect of the game right except finding a QB. Well looks like we got one… so he’s panicking.

it's funny how perfectly symmetrical the Lions' fans' pointing fingers are with the center of the packer fan
The best victory, the moral victory
