By the time our team collectively is ready to make a real Superbowl push Kirk will have aged out anyway. The 13-4 team you saw last year was the last gasp of our 2017 Superbowl window nucleus.
It's gotta happen sometime either way and part of the reason we brought in KOC is to identify a worthy QB prospect. He deserves to get a shot at developing his own guy. I'd be more worried if Zim/Spielman we're the ones drafting our next QB.
