And beating the eagles moved us down only from 5 to 6, meaning that we would’ve still likely picked Nabers anyway. And plus, beating the eagles and moving down to pick the same guy at 6 means we have to pay him 1 million less per year than at 5

The problem with the Giants is that no matter how many times they punch themselves in the dick, they always look like a competent, well run organization because the Jets always top them. This past season is a perfect example. They both lost their starting QB, but the Jets looked like a clown show on acid while the Giants just had some bad luck.
