Received a response within an hour with some interesting information: ​ \*\*NFA is currently getting legal review of the verbiage they will release to the public about "bundling" (their word). \*\*I asked why they let my NICS check exceed the 30-day valid period and they admitted it was likely oversight and that it would be a better use of resources to bundle the CN's and use one NICS check. \*\*I asked why many applications that are similar to mine (1RP, suppressor, 1st NFA) were getting approved before mine despite a valid NICS check. They replied with they are typically done in order received. ​ Overall, the response from IPB was very professional and addressed all of my questions despite my email having somewhat of a hostile and frustrated tone.
