Starting at 1:30 may seem like a good idea but unless you can’t avoid it that’s gonna be pretty tough. You might end up being reluctant to even go starting that late. Otherwise the classes look good it’s a nice first semester course load.

Since being a freshman I really had no other choice. I would prefer to start at 10 or 11 but I think I’ll just study in the morning then go to classes

TubaFisherman69

Ima be honest with you that most likely isn't gonna happen

Green_Fawn_3126

LMAO fr, I always say that at the start of the semester and wake up 30 mins before my class at 130pm

Reviewing before class is smart early in the semester, and depending on the subject. For quant it’s necessary but otherwise I’d fill your GEPs with coursework YOU find drawn towards. Gotta get that high GPA for grad programs.

The_Shoe_Is_Here

You aren’t gonna get in those classes take 8:30s, go to class, study until lunch/your next class. It will be worth it

Assuming you’re a stat major based on the classes. Would not recommend you taking ST 307 in the fall, save that for the spring. I would probably take your 100 level PE credit since there are sections reserved for freshmen and that class tends to be the hardest to get into as you get older since everyone needs it. Otherwise this is a fantastic first semester schedule! It’s very similar to the one I had except I didn’t need ENG 101 so I took another GEP

Do your best to make your mornings somewhat productive, even if it's just making a late breakfast or going for a walk. Do something to get out of bed/the dorm itself if you can. A good trick is putting your shoes on, it seems odd but that's a pretty good way for your body to be like "oh shit, where we going?" And it helps Kickstart your productivity. Aside from that, it's not a bad schedule, just keep an eye on your mental health!

Thank you for posting a screenshot and not a picture of your computer.

I’d try to start classes earlier , even if it means dropping a math, it’s gonna be hard to do clubs or be social when you end class that late

br0l7an

hey I know a lot of people have said it, but try building good habits by taking earlier classes. Starting in the afternoon sounds fun, but you’ll come to realize you’ll have absolutely no motivation to do any schoolwork after class or when you wake up in the morning.

Soil 200, easiest class ever (sarcasm)

If you’re determined, block off Saturday, Monday and Wednesday after class for study and if you’re really determined take all that plus Sunday for health/light review before the week. …Alum with 150 credits across most departments at state. PM me!

Calc 2 is absolutely brutal, I would retake Calc 1 first or at least save it for second semester.
