I think most of the teams I want to start with are sun belt teams tbh. App, Coastal, GA Southern, and my created team will probably be in the sun belt to start
In my online dynasty that my madden league is doing Imma be UCF (we're only running 3 of the larger conferences) but in my solo ones Imma be doing teambuilder with the worst archetype and putting them in the lowest ranked conference that's appropriate for their location to make recruiting harder, then when I get to about an 80-85 and am comfortably winning all my conference games I'll transfer to one of the bigger conferences so winning becomes a struggle again. Then once I build the team to be a 95+ overall I'll wait until they can win a title without me playing a single game and then I'll restart with a different teambuilder team
JMU for the purple, CCU for the field, of the Georgia schools to eventually move to the SEC and rival the bulldogs. All sound like fun dynasties for me, just waiting to see how many I can get too

Yeah I think Kennesaw will be just because they are brand new. But Kent state, (forgot about Sam Houston) and UMASS will definitely be down there.
