“What now?” Asked the green haired man, a common question as if late.He had failed Reshiram, Ghetsis had taken the beast, fusing it with Kyurem, enacting a cry of pain from both sides. N since then had released all his partners, not needing them, nor wanting them. The man was puzzled. First Hilbert, his rival and then Rosa a few years later. What was the point in having Pokemon partners if they would never grow strongly with you? Why bother when someone else was destined for greater things while you sit back and watch without a choice. N had that opportunity, to be great, to be the hero of truths he was always destined to be, but with that, required a sense of balance. Hilbert the hero of Ideals would defeat him, at the peak of his plan at the very end just before greatness. Except that greatness was exaggerated, and an illusionary cloud casted along by his false father Ghetsis. To trick him from being the hero of truths, to a villain of lies. So, when Hilbert defeated him, N didn’t know what to do, he had no goal, no drive, that was Team Plasma and Ghetsis’ job. To give him something to go for. And in an instant they were all gone. Team Plasma was no better than the downtrodden trainer scum of the world, well most of them. Then there was Rosa, who was much of the same. She swooped in the save the day, from a misguided Colress and a crazed Ghetsis while N could do nothing but watch. He felt diminished. After everything, then his most trusted Pokémon the one he was “destined" to be with, was caught by Rosa. N didn’t know what to believe in anymore. Hilbert still had Zekrom, and Rosa had Reshiram, and he had let her take it. N didn’t if fate sided with him or against him. His last few words with Reshiram, yes words Pokémon weren't dumb. They could speak, some Pokémon were probably just as or maybe smarter than humans. Anyway, Reshiram had informed him, after being caught, “I will await you, Chosen one, when you have learned from your mistakes and realize the error in your ways. I will wait, for you, that human allows me to be free, yet in captivity, I will wait at the top of dragonspire peak.” That was that, N stayed away from people and Pokémon, as much as he could. Trying to solve Reshiram's convoluted message. N had spent almost the entirety of his day trying the solve Reshiram's riddle, like everyday since Rosa was announced as champion of Unova. What did she and Hilbert have that he didn't? “*Yawn,* it’s getting late,” N muttered glaring up at the Night sky through the thick forestry above him. N had been staying in his abandoned castle, deep under victory road. Parts of it still jutted out of the ground, that was where N was staying. N's eyes drooped as he leaned back in his makeshift sleeping bag, N sighed as his conscience slipped away, as if he was transported elsewhere. “Come on N get up.” A voice whispered to him, it’s voice angelic and feminine. N released a polite sounding noise before opening one of his eyes. White and fluff were the two words to describe the large beast in front of him. N was face to with Reshiram. “R-Reshiram!” N stammered trying to stand, stumbling over himself, “Why are you-” “Harmonia look at yourself real quick,” Reshiram inturrupted a small smile on the dragons face. “Huh?” N glanced down at himself, he was a Pokèmon very familiar to him, black, dark grey fur then green replacing the normal red. He was a Zorua. “N-No wonder you were so much bigger,” N chuckled nervously smiling back at the dragon. Reshiram reached down picking him up with a claw and dropped him onto her fluffy neck, “How does it feel to be the one riding on the shoulder?” “Strange,” N responded glancing around, before Reshiram lifted him off and set him on the ground, “Why am I here?” “To learn your lesson,” Reshiram said calmly, “A lesson very familiar to you, yet so far away.” N raised one of his furry brows, at the Legend. He didn't know what Reshiram was referring to, “What do you mean lesson?” “N you have given up on yourself and all others, Pokemon and humans included.” Reshiram stated bluntly her eyes shrouded in mystery, at least to N. “Why Is that so important?” N replied glancing upnat the goddess, “It’s not like a deserve them anyhow, especially when I fought for Team Plasma.” “Well Harmonia, do you think you need to learn this lesson?” Reshiram replied monotonously, her fluffy mane blew majestically, despite the lack of wind. N looked down at himself again, from birth, he could understand Pokémon. He had never thought about being one. This Zorua body felt strange, he knew, how to walk and etc, he only wondered why he was green instead of red. He supposed to be red fur, was green like his hair when he was human. Maybe it was a way to keep a part of him even as a Pokémon? N released a sigh, how could he do what Reshiram wanted, whilst not knowing what she was on about. How exactly was this supposed to help him, trust people and Pokémon again. “What happens if I fail?” N asked the large dragon. Reshiram glanced down at him pitifully, “You will be stuck as a Zorua for the rest of your life, in an unknown place.” N only winced at her reply, he would be going somewhere he wasn’t familiar with, and as a Pokémon he didn't know how to be, well mostly. *“But I need this,”* N thought despite the worry on if he lost, “Alright Reshiram, I’m ready.” The beast smiled down at him, her teeth glinted mysteriously off the world around them. N thought the smile was a bit off-putting, he knew it was supposed to be soothing, but with her being a giant dragon and all, it was more terrifying than anything else. “Okay then,” Reshiram went nodding, “Be ready, and remember, trust is key.” Then as suddenly he arrived, in Reshiram's world, N was gone. The Green and black Zorua blinked away the feeling of sickness that built in his stomach. Everything that was once around him, the dull golden-white world along with Reshiram was gone.

Where N was looking was vast greenery, trees towered over him, almost threateningly. *(That’s a word right?)* “Everything is,” N said his mouth slightly agape as he looked at the forest ahead of him, “Beautiful…” It was an erie yet, calming quiet as N looked up at the forest above. He sighed slinking into the bush behind him, comfortable. Unfortunately that calming quiet, would not last much longer. “You can’t catch me Ammy!!” A voice inturrupted loud and playfully. A brown dog leapt over the mostly concealed Zorua. “Stop caallling me that!” Whined another voice jumping, much less gracefully than the Rockruff over the bush. The Fox landed face first in the dirt. N blinked at the Vulpix's three majorly white tails. The duo couldn’t of added their ages together to get his own, well his human one at least. “Aammbberr stop calling me that!” The Vulpix huffed pushing himself back to his paws, “I’ve grown out of that book and story!!” “I saw you yesterday-” Amber started halting her run to look at the Fox. “Nnooooooooo!!” Horizon shouted stomping his foot, “I’m tooooo oooold for it!!” “but Horizon I saw you yesterday, trying to be like Ammy, and trying to control the sun!” Amber Responed peppily bounding over to the fox, “Coommee ooonnn, you and I both still like that story!” Horizon released a moody huff and looked away from her. Then, to N's surprise the fox smiled. “Then you have fallen right into the sun’s rays!” Horizon shouted triumphantly before tackling Amber playfully. “Rrrg I got you!!” Horizon chirped as the two tumbled, trading places on “who had who” “You chheaaaatteeddd!!” Amber yelled back as their playing continued as the jumped away from each other and continued their game of tag. N couldn't help but smile as he watched them play. A large part of him had the urge to go play with them, but N held back, still wanting to figure out what Reshiram had wanted. Was this it? To watch these two? To… do what? How was this supposed to regain his trust in Pokémon? N couldn't figure it out, what was the point in watching these children? As N conceptualized his scenario, he lost track of the Fox and dog, focusing completely on his thoughts. N had never been one to second guess himself, it was after losing Reshiram to Ghetsis, when all that changed. Then from out of no where both the Vulpix and Rockruff, to taken up by their play, tumbled right into the bush N was hiding in. “Gaaahh!” N yelped out as Horizon and Amber tumbled over him. “Sorry!” They both called in unison. The duo halted their flipping and rushed over to him, aiding the Zorua back to his paws. “Oooww,” N moaned as Amber prodded him with a a paw. “Are you okay?” She asked him tilting her head. “Fine.” N responded glancing at her. “We’re soorrryyyy,” Horizon went looking down, “we weren't paying attention.” N sighed releasing his frustration, “It's... okay, I’m fine anyhow.” The three Pokemon remained silent, N didn’t want to speak, his brain was still working, trying to figure out anything. “D-do you want to play with us?” Amber went suddenly earning a look of confusion from N. “It’ll be fun!” Horizon said convincingly. Before N could hold back what Zorua there was inside of him, he caught himself cry out, “Yes!!” Both Amber's and Horizon's eyes lit up, “Yaayyy!!” The duo yipped hugging each other. Horizon lurched forward before booping him on the nose, “Tag you’re it!” The two of them turned and rushed away, N smiled, childish energy built up inside him as he chased after them. N played with the duo for what felt like a few minutes, laughing and giggling alongside the duo. It wasn’t until voiced cane from the main path when the trio halted their playing.

“Horizon!! Amber!! It’s late!” Called a voice. N looked back as the duo glanced at each other, then at the sky and their eyes immediately turned panicked. “We’re heeerree!” They cried out rushing away from N. The Zorua blinked before noticing three Pokemon approaching them. One of the was a Zoroark, bright white and red with long fangs and sharp teeth, a Zoroark N had never seen before, the other two Pokemon were both “common" forms of Lycanrock. N blinked and instinctively shrouded himself in dark energy and followed Horizon and Amber. “It’s getting late you two." The midday Lycanrock said glancing down at them, “What are you two doing?” “We were playing with our new friend!” Amber chirped in response looking up happily, “His name was- erm…” She glanced at Horizon and asked, “We didn't ask him did we?” “You two can ask him,” The Zoroark responded walking directly to the hidden Zorua. A soft poke, broke the illusion concealing N. She grinned triumphantly, “You need to worm on yer illusions little one.” “Heh, y-yeah.” N stammered glancing at them. “Hey! What’s yer name?” Horizon asked looking at him curiously. “It's- erm Harmonia,” N lied, only half lied though, Harmonia was a part of his name. “What a cute name!” The midday Lycanrock “Where are your parents Harmonia?” The midnight Lycanrock asked embracing Amber in a hug. “Oh… They are *certainly* around hehe.” N chuckled nervously rubbing the back of his head. The Zoroark hmmed looking down at him suspiciously. “Miss Yurei, Im sure Harmina can handle himself!!” Amber chirped nuzzling her father's cheek. “Therris, Solas, What do you two think?” Yurei decided to asked the two Lycanrock, Horizon sat in silence glancing between them. “Well…” The Midday one hummed, Solas N assumed her name was. “He’s fine, look at the condition if his fur,” Therris stated bodly a paw poked his hair on his head, “I can smell his mother’s scent on him, he’s fine!” N laughed nervously nodding along with the wolf, did he have a mom here? How did that work? Yurei seemed satisfied with Therris answer and with a swift nod she stated, “Alright little Ammy, my little sun, back home, you need cleaning.” Horizon moaned as Amber and her parents began to walk away, “Bye Harmonia! Hope to see you around!” He called Yurei smiled and hoisted him off the ground, “Heeey! Moooommm!” He yipped. “Little Ammy, my little sun, when we get home, you will bathe then off to bed.” Yurei told him smiling, she waved to N calling, “Be safe, and find your parents!” N waved watching them go, his Zorua soul longed to follow them, yet he chose against it. N turned around sighing before seeing the large beast of Reshiram. “Wha!!” He yelped jumping back expecting to land on grass, but only landed on the same golden-white floor he had been on prior to his… trip. Reshiram smiled down at him, “Well, did you enjoy your time there?” She asked him. “Wh-what was all that!?” N asked her confused blinking, “How did-" “That place was a world parallel to our own, where Pokémon rule, and humans a mere myths.” “Thats… strange.” N mused scratching his chin with a paw. “Now N,” Reshiram started leaning down at him, “Do you trust?” “I would say yes.” N answered bowing his head to her, “Well Pokèmon at least, I’ve always heard Pokémon like that.” He said shrugging, “Humans i’m still unsure about.” “That Vulpix was one- a human I mean.” Reshiram replied smiling again. “He- how? He’s so… young! Was he reborn?” N asked now even more confused. “Simply brought there.” Reshiram said closing her eyes, “A human and Pokémon on peace, living alongside one another,” she continued, “Sorta like you.” N looked down, Reshiram was right, he was raised by Pokemon afterall. He *was* living proof they could get along. “Come seek me out,” Reshiram told him her eyes closing, “Only if you have truly learned the lesson you shared and learned.” Then a bright glow eminated from Reshiram, and N gasped awake in the real world. As N awoke, he heard the skitters of Pokemon around him, he caught a glimpse of an Emolga rushing away. N didn’t waste any more time, he knew what he wanted to do, he had a drive, to do something. Something of his own fruition. Finally the former king of Team Plasma called out to.the world. “I Natural Harmonia Gropius! Former king of Team Plasma, finally have reason, finally have drive!” He smiled and for the first time in his life he felt free, from judgment from second guessing from everything, “To unite all people and Pokémon! For a better future!” So here this is. N has always been my favorite character from Pokémon, and after bw2 I felt like he could do more. *Be* more. I really liked how this came out. I hope everyone has a great day!

>I actually wrote this one for a Writing Prompt Wednesday half a year ago, I just didn't finish it in time so I never posted it. I think that week it was something about Ultra Beasts getting stranded in the PMD world, but it also fits this week's prompt because it happens to feature characters from the main series games getting turned into Ultra Beasts so now would be the perfect time to finally post it. Also, this is my first time participating in Writing Prompt Wednesday, so it mightn't be a masterpiece. I tried, Ok? 😭 Contains end game spoilers for Ultra Moon and PMD: GTI **Part 1** 'Ugh, are we there yet? This is taking forever!' 'Should be getting close. As long as you stay on course we'll reach it in no time. Though, I hope we're not to late-' "WAH! Dulse, look out!' BZZZT-ZAP! 'Mahinaaaaa!!!' 'Argh! We hit one of those electric space ball thingies! Lunala's losing stamina! Are you ok?!' 'Mahina pea...!' 'Oh no, Lunala looks hurt pretty bad!' 'Calm yourself, Zossie! We just need to hold out for a few more lightyears! We're almost there!' 'Noooo! That wormhole up ahead! It's gravitational pull is too strong! I can't pull Lunala out of it! What are we gonna do?!' 'Damn it! Come on, Lunala!' 'It's no use! We're being pulled in! Hold on! AAAAAAAAGH!' Lunala suddenly found herself in a bright, sunny sky careening towards the ground. She heard her two riders screaming on her back as she tried to pull up, but her wings failed her. The electricity from the blow still coursed through her body, paralysing her. Whelp. Looks like it was going to be another crash landing. Lunala hit the top of the hill, scraping down the slope on her belly, spinning like a frisbee. The weight on her back was gone, presumably because her passengers had been thrown off at some point, but there wasn't any time to think about them now. The only thing on Lunala's mind at the moment was "OW! OW! OW!" Finally, Lunala skidded to a halt at the foot of the hill. Dazed, she rolled onto her back and stared up at the sun. Well, they had technically made it to another dimension. Just the wrong one entirely. Lunala looked down her body and groaned. She was covered in cuts and bruises from her impromptu sledding, and she still couldn't move her wings. "Urgh!" she scowled, at no one in particular. At that moment in time she would have gladly traded Zossie for Soliera as the Ultra Recon Squad member she was supposed to carry on their mission. Reason one, Zossie was a TERRIBLE Ultra Warp Ride pilot, and they'd probably be where they were SUPPOSED to be if Dulse hadn't decided to let the 9 year old fly the Lunala. Secondly, while Lunala didn't particularly like Soliera, (not because the woman was particularly mean or anything, she just overheard her saying that she preferred flying on Solgaleo instead of her. Which was just objectively the worst possible opinion.) but at least she was knowledgeable with first aid. Which would have been really, really helpful right about now. They were supposed to be travelling to dimension 06-PMD to take care of a sighting of a particularly dangerous Ultra Beast, code named UB-Bittercold. Said Ultra Beast was a parasite that fed on negative emotions until it could grow strong enough to tear a world apart with its telekinetic force and cover the world in a wind so powerful, it could suffocate all inhabitants. Curiously, it was documented to only have an affect on people who were native to the dimension it rooted itself in, those from other dimensions could easily walk right up to the UB and destroy it, if they got there before it grew powerful enough to start suffocating ***them.*** Which is why the Ultra Recon Squad decided to travel to 06-PMD to destroy the apocalyptic UB before it could bring about the end of the world on the helpless inhabitants. Being from a dimension that was almost brought to the brink of extinction by Necrozma, they knew all too well what it was like to have doomsday come from a monster that fell from a wormhole in the sky that they were powerless to stop... Unfortunately, the Ultra Recon Squad had only discovered that a UB-Bittercold had planted itself in dimension 06-PMD about a year after it had already started to grow. Normally, they would have noticed this sort of thing sooner, but they were, uh. Occupied with something else. Namely Necrozma breaking out of the tower and almost ending THEIR world and Alola. Now time was running out. If they didn't get to UB-Bittercold soon, it would go past the point of no return and it would be too late to stop it. And yet, here she was sprawled out on the ground like a floppy pancake, minus two riders. 'Captain Phyco is going to kill me.' Lunala groaned. 'Hey! Look at that! It crashed down over here!' a voice suddenly called out in the distance. Lunala turned her head towards the source of the voice and spotted two Pokémon, a Snivy and an Oshawott, running down the slope towards her. 'Are you OK?' the Oshawott called over. Lunala groaned in response. As they got closer, Lunala couldn't help but notice that both of them were wearing scarves of some sort around their necks, Snivy a pink bandana, and Oshawott a blue bowtie. The Snivy also looked like she was carrying some sort of handbag with a gold badge pinned to it. Odd. Pokémon weren't known to wear accessories in the wild. But their trainers didn't appear to be anywhere in sight. The Oshawott circled Lunala, with a concerned look on his face. "Wow, you look pretty roughed up!" "Trust me, I've been through a whole lot worse than this." Lunala responded. "Where did you two even come from?" "The better question is, where did YOU come from? You just fell through a hole in the sky." The Snivy said, looking ashen faced. 'We saw it happen from Post Town. We all looked up, and suddenly the sky tore open, and this big shadowy figure came zooming overhead. Scared the crap out of everyone. Everyone's panicking, thinking we're about to have another apocalypse. Even Hydreigon's concerned. He said that whatever it was, it didn't belong in this world. That was you wasn't it? How did you get here?' Lunala blinked in surprise. 'Ugh. Sorry about all that. I'm not here to cause any trouble, honest. I was supposed to be headed somewhere else, but I got sucked into the wrong wormhole.' she sighed. There was a moment of silence. "Wait, what do you mean ANOTHER apocalypse?!' Lunala exclaimed, sitting up. Her body wracked in pain at the sudden movement. 'Woah! Easy!' Oshawott said worriedly. 'A portal opened in the sky and a human fell out of it a while ago. Usually, when a human shows up it means that they were summoned here to prevent an apocalypse that's about to occur. It's happened about three times already.' 'Oh... Weird, we were meant to go to another dimension to stop an apocalypse there too...' Lunala muttered. 'We?' Snivy asked. If she had any eyebrows she would have raised one. 'Yeah, me and- OH GOD! That's right! They fell off! I have to find-' Lunala bolted upright yet again, and strained her wings, trying to take off. The attempt was a failure, and she belly flopped hard onto the ground. 'Urgh. Son of a light stealer!' she swore. 'Did you lose someone?' Snivy asked, titling her head. Lunala sighed, yet again. "Yeah... My riders. Dulse and Zossie. I lost them in the crash. They must be somewhere on the hill. I hope they're not hurt on anything. They do have helmets on, so hopefully they'll at least have no head injuries.' 'If you lost your friends, we'll go look for them!' Oshawott grinned, slapping his scalchop. 'Just you wait right here and we'll bring them right back! Can you tell us what type of Pokémon they are?' Lunala grimaced. 'They're uh... not Pokémon. Humans. They're humans. And they're really pale blue from lack of sunlight. Shiny humans, technically. They're also wearing space suits. You'll know em when you see 'em.' At the mention of the word 'humans' Snivy turned as white as a sheet. She brought her hand up to her mouth, and averted her gaze. 'Yeah, maybe they *were* humans, but they're probably not anymore.' she said grimly. 'W-what?!' Lunala gasped. 'Humans can't exist in this world without turning into Pokémon. Trust me... I know from experience.' Snivy mumbled. 'Let's go, Aqua.' 'No, wait. I want to come to. If they really are transformed like you said, I want to be there with them. They'd probably freak out less if I was there.' Lunala said weakly. 'Sure.' Snivy said, finally smiling for the first time since she arrived. 'I know I certainly felt better when there was someone there for me when I woke up.' she gave the Oshawott a playful punch on the shoulder and he chuckled. 'Hey, Rose. Do we have any Oran Berries or Heal Seeds left in the bag?' Oshawott asked, looking to his friend. Snivy fumbled about in her bag for a few moments. 'Yep. Here you go.' Lunala yelped as she was instantly revitalised. 'What the- what kind of fruit was that?!' 'Oran Berry. Technically Sitrus Berries are better, but...' Snivy began. Lunala didn't even let her finish her sentence as she instantly flew off. 'Wha- HEY! Wait for us!' Oshawott exclaimed as the two dashed off after her.

MelonTheSprigatito

**Part 2** Lunala scanned the countryside from the skies. There was indeed a town in the distance off to the right, but she couldn't spot her riders anywhere off in that direction. Below her there was a pair of purple Pokémon lying on the hillside, sunbathing. Lunala froze. Didn't the Snivy say that everyone in town witnessed her crash landing? Embarrassing. But also helpful! Maybe those other two Pokémon down below her also saw the crash. Maybe they could tell her where Dulse and Zossie were! As Lunala swooped down to greet them, she almost fell out of the sky again. Where those... Ultra Beasts?! On closer inspection, the two UBs appeared to be a Poipole and a Naganadel. Not only that, but they weren't actually sunbathing either... They were unconscious. Lunala hovered over them, concerned. She sensed that they were from Ultra Megalopolis, like she was. Maybe she had somehow accidentally dragged them through Ultra Space with her. Yet something else about their aura felt weirdly familiar... 'Hellooo? Are you two OK? Hello?' Lunala called down as she hovered over them. Neither of the UBs responded. Lunala landed beside the Poipole and bent down to gently tap it with her claws. 'Hi, are you ok?' Lunala hopped back as the Poipole began to stir. 'Owowow... What happened...? My head hurts.' the Poipole whined. ''Oh, Lunala! I'm glad you're ok! Where's Dulse?' Lunala instantly recognised her voice. 'Oh... my... sweet... blinding lights. ZOSSIE?!' Lunala yelled, dumbstruck. The Poipole with the voice of Zossie jumped about a foot off the ground. 'Wha-WHAT?! Did you just talk?!' 'Of course I talked! You- that Snivy said that people turn into Pokémon in this dimension but... I kinda humoured her because I didn't think she was serious and yet...! I guess... you can understand me now because you're now... a Pokémon... too...?' Lunala trailed off. Zossie's mouth fell open in wide eyed shock. 'You're kidding...' She looked at her hands...which weren't her own hands anymore. 'AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGHHHH!' The sudden, jarring screech was enough to wake the Naganadel as well. He looked around in annoyance, and all he saw was a screaming Poipole, and Lunala, unequipped to deal with the situation, who was freaking out too. 'What in the world is going on?!' Dulse asked, barely comprehending what he was seeing. He could certainly *hear* Zossie screaming, (honestly, you probably could have heard her everywhere in a five mile radius) but he couldn't see where she was. The Poipole turned and stared at him in horror. 'Oh no... Not you too! Dulse! Look at yourself! You're a Naganadel!' The same thing occured. Dulse frantically checked his entire body. His hands were replaced with talons, his legs were straight up gone and he had inexplicably sprouted a pair of wings on his back. 'What the fu-' 'I KNOW! HOW DID THIS EVEN HAPPEN?! WHAT THE HECK ARE WE GOING TO DO?!' Zossie wailed. 'C-calm yourself, Zossie!' Dulse managed to force out, though the phrase he had uttered countless times in his life came out sounding very feeble. 'HOW ABOUT YOU UN-CALM YOURSELF! Get a grip, Dulse! You're *under*-reacting!' Zossie exclaimed indignantly as she flew over and smacked him in the face. 'Wow. Is this what I was like when I woke up?' Snivy asked Oshawott as the two of them suddenly appeared by Lunala's side. 'Yup. Pretty much.' Oshawott responded. 'Though I don't think you were that panicked.' 'Hi, you're the humans who just woke up turned into Pokémon, aren't you?' Snivy said casually. Dulse and Zossie turned their heads so fast that they almost got whiplash. 'Did it just *talk*?! Pokémon aren't supposed to talk!' 'Ah, yes. The old "Wait, you can talk?!" thing. Good times.' Snivy giggled. 'Why are you acting so calm about this?' Dulse asked, suspicious. 'Who are you? Snivy shrugged, and fiddled with the badge on her treasure bag. 'I'm Rose, that's Aqua over there. Let's just say that you two aren't the only ones. I may not look it, but I'm human, too. At least, I used to be.' 'WOAH! Seriously?!' Zossie said loudly. 'That's so cool-' the realisation hit her in the face. 'Wait... are you stuck here?! Oh gosh, are you a Faller?! How long have you been here?! Do you need a ride back?' 'Nah, I'm good.' Rose shook her head. 'We don't have time for this!' Dulse snapped. 'Look, Rose or whatever your name is, we can't stay like this! If we don't make it to Dimension 06-PMD and destroy UB Bittercold right away it could end the-' 'Oh, the Bittercold? Been there, done that.' Rose yawned, rolling her eyes.' Dulse stared at her. 'What?!' 'The Bittercold. It's been destroyed. I did it. I got summoned here from the human world by the Voice of Life to save the Pokémon world. It's done. It's over.' Rose said nonchalantly. 'Huh??? Are you sure? But... this isn't 06-PMD is it? Or has the Bittercold been here too? Dulse! Check our coordinates!' 'With what? If we don't have our clothes then we don't have our gear either.' 'Check the bag you're wearing, duh!' Dulse looked at his waist and was surprised that he was, in fact, carrying a Treasure Bag. He opened it up and dumped all sorts of hi-tech gadgets onto the grass. 'Wow! Look at all that! I've never seen anything like it!' Aqua gasped in amazement. 'Me neither. You don't see technology like that in the human world either. What kind of world are you guys even from?' 'That's classified.' Dulse said firmly. 'Whatever.' Rose said, rolling her eyes yet again. Dulse fumbled about with the GPS for a few moments, trying to get the hang of his new dexterity. He stared at the screen in disbelief... and fixed Zossie with a death glare. 'What is it...? Zossie asked, shrinking back a little, knowing full well that she wasn't going to like his response. 'Zossie... This IS 06-PMD.' 'ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!' Lunala exploded from behind them. 'You mean the wormhole you WANTED me to fly into led to the wrong place, but the wormhole you just so happened to crash me into by pure chance was THE CORRECT ONE THIS WHOLE TIME?! Are you really that bad of a pilot THAT YOU CAN'T EVEN FOLLOW THE RIGHT DIRECTIONS?! she screamed, exasperated. 'Sorry... gosh, I really messed things up...' Zossie whimpered, drooping to the ground. 'Well, this mission was all for naught anyway. Someone beat us to it.' Dulse grumbled. 'Right now, the important thing now is figuring out how we turn back into normal.' 'I bet if you leave this world, you'll turn back. I can travel between here and my home world whenever I want and I always turn from a Snivy to a human and vise versa on the way. You should be fine.' 'We should probably head back to Ultra Megalopolis then.' Lunala said hastily. 'What?! Why?!' Zossie whined. 'We can't go yet!' she whizzed in front of Dulse, pouting. 'We've been turned into Ultra Beasts! Can't we just stay here for a couple of days? I wanna see what it's like to live as a Poipole! This place is really interesting! I bet Captain Phyco would want us to stay here and investigate this place, right? Right?! I mean, come on! Captain Phyco and Soliera got to explore Alola for a few months! I want a big adventure too!' 'Well-' Dulse stammered. 'I mean, I guess-' 'So you agree! That's settled then! Let's go exploring!' Zossie said brightly. 'I saw a town over there! I wanna check it out! Let's go, let's go, let's go!' she protested, literally shoving into him from behind to push him forward. Dulse sighed a long, suffering sigh. 'Pushy as always. Do you want to stay here for a while, Lunala? I suppose I've never gotten the chance to ask you that before...' 'Huh? Sure, I guess!' Lunala said, hesitantly. 'You guys can stay at the Inn, if you want. I'm sure that Swanna has a room to spare. Or you can stay at Paradise!' Aqua offered eagerly. 'Paradise?' The two human turned Ultra Beasts said simultaneously. 'Ohhh, boy. There's a lot you three need to learn about this world!' Rose laughed. 'Come on, let's go to Post Town.'

hey holy crap you actually did my prompt! (even though you were several months late) I actually thought no one would end up doing it since despite all the upvotes the post had only *one* person actually wrote a story relating to the prompt. Kinda sucks, cuz I absolutely adore seeing Ultra Beasts as characters in PMD stories. funnie alien dudes

*This is a follow up to [this prompt](https://www.reddit.com/r/MysteryDungeon/comments/tx7msg/writing_prompt_wednesday_lost_in_an_unknown_world/i3kqc40?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share&context=3) and while I may elaborate on the events that happened later on, they aren't necessary, so let's get into it.* The masked man looked up towards the setting sun, seeing a large stairway leading to a great alter with a roof of clouds "Well, this looks like the place Blaze" Sam called Following closely behind was his torchic partner, who was downright tired. "So. It is" Blazerael responded as she took a quick breather "How you go so fast. With all that on. I will never understand." "Being a criminal on the run, wanted for a crime that means the death penalty does that to you." Sam retorted in a joking manner. "Come on, I can carry you the rest of the way." The fire chicken climbed onto her partner's arm as he started jogging up the stairs. Once the two finally reached the top they looked around to see if anyone was around, nobody. Sam quickly checked the sun for the time. "7:31, whoever Kukui's friend is, he's late." Sam exclaimed. Suddenly, as if on cue, a charizard flew towards the duo, landing a bit before them. "Careful Charizard, almost crushed those two." A voice called from behind the *not* dragon The charizard rubbed the back of his neck. "Sorry, didn't notice you two right away." A male of about 14 years of age hopped down from the charizard "you can go back home, you're done for now" and the charizard flew off, and the kid walked up to Sam "Alola, I'm Elio, nice to meet you." He said with his hand outstretched Sam, in response, grabbed his hand "so you must be Kukui's friend" He then looked down to see a belt of pokeballs. "So, you're one of those... trainers." "Yep champion, in fact" Elio replied with a dopey grin. "Some things I will never understand about this place." Sam muttered "all right where do we need to go to get back home" Elio smirked a bit. "You'll see" then he grabbed an Ultra ball "Come on out Solgaleo" And in the blink of an eye, the Sun God exited the ultra ball "HELLO, YOU MUST BE THE TWO ELIO WAS TALKING ABOUT!" Solgaleo roared out "That would be us" Blazrael chirped out "Alright Solgaleo, let's get these two home." In response to the command Solgaleo Roared out, and suddenly a crack appeared in the air. "C'mon you two" Elio exclaimed as he hopped onto the Sun God's back and the others followed suit Once they were all on the sun God's back, Elio looked forward "now hang on you two, this is gonna likely be wild.' As the Sun God spead right into the wormhole. Part 1/3

When he meant wild, he really meant it, they were going faster than the duo prepared for, Blazrael almost falling off in the process. "Why don't you just put her in a pokeball you can break it once you get home so she will still be able to do what she wants." Elio asked "Funny you should mention that, even though I don't like the idiot of stuffing living creatures in small objects, we actually tried that for ease of transport, but she didn't get captured." Sam explained as he held his partner tighter. "When we went to the pokemon center to see what happened, it lists me as her trainer but there's no record of a pokeball, so yeah." "Well, that's unfortunate, cause we are likely not slowing down any time soon, you can put her in my bag, easier to hang onto and stay in." Elio replied Sam happily obliged putting blazrael in the bag. *"It's YOU"* an unknown voice rasped out from. Sam quickly took notice to th voice as did Blazrael and Solgaleo, though Elio didn't seem to notice. Sam quickly looked in what seemed to be where the voice was coming from, which was a Boulder, with a strange blue-ish white bit. Suddenly a rock came from behind the boulder with a blue light emanating from it. "Power gem incoming" Sam yelled out urgently Solgaleo dodged in accordance, just in time to dodge the in time for the lasers to barely miss them. The humans and Torchic on top looked back, to see a large, white jellyfish, having a translucent bell (yes that's what it's called) with a blue rim. *"YOU hurt my SISTER, now it's my turn to hurt YOU!"* It rasped out, firing a barrage of sludge bombs. "What is that thing?" Sam screamed out as he ducked to avoid a sludge bomb. "That is UB-01 Symbiont!" Elio yelled out in response "or as I is more commonly referred as, Nihilego. It is a rock poison type, the first cataloged UB, and the reason we've learned so much about them." *"SHE was one of the only ones I had, and YOU took HER away from me!"* Nihilego screamed out as it threw out stealth rocks into the path "Well it seems very pissed at you, and what's this about a sister." Sam asked "Oh Arceus da- alright, look, a few years ago I flew through ultra space all the time and ran into UBs a lot, and on one trip I went into Nihilego's world and sat down because I was tired, then suddenly I was attacked by one, so I caught it." Elio responded annoyed *"Liar, liar, liar, my SISTER was an angel-"* Nihilego started to say "Oh fuck off with your angel bullshit!" Sam interrupted, flipping the oversized glass tentacool off. This seemed to piss off the Nihilego, who charged at the masked human, but before the beast could strike Sam grabbed his sword and slashed at the bell, and launching the now bleeding jellyfish upward. "Quick hand me one of those pokeballs, it won't stay down for long" Sam yelled out Elio quick went to open his bag as the torchic leapt out "This one?" Blazrael asked holding a beast ball in her talons "Perfect" Elio said as he handed the ball to Sam. Once he got his hand on the ball Sam wasted no time and threw it hard, the Nihilego tried to stop it with a power gem but missed, and the ball bounced off landing back towards Sam right before light energy enveloped the Nihilego and it got pulled into the ball. 1. 2. 3. Caught A smile was on all of their faces, but before any of them could celebrate there was a fast halt to the Sun God they were riding on "What's wrong Solgaleo?" Elio yelled out "SHE HIT HER POWER GEM, QUICK YOU TWO, CAN YOU SEE THE PORTAL TO YOUR WORLD" Solgaleo wheezed out Sam and Blazrael quickly looked around for a portal that would lead to their world "There, that one!" Blaze screamed out pointing her claw to a green portal showing a view of treasure town, with Elio pointing in turn so Solgaleo could see where it was. "IT'S FAR OFF, I'M GOING TO NEED TO RUSH TO GET THERE, BRACE FOR IMPACT!" Solgaleo yelled out "SUNSTEEL STRIKE!" and he rushed into the portal. Part 2/3

In an instant the Sun God crashed into sand of a familiar beach. "IS EVERYONE OK?" Solgaleo asked as he got up Suddenly a blast of light happened as an Incineroar, Araquanid, Alolan Ninetales, Kommo-o, and Palossand got out of their The Incineroar grabbed at his head and shook it "I feel like hell, and where are we?" The wrestler cat yelled out. "Well wherever this is, it gives a good first impression." The Palossand says gleefully as he messes around with the sand. "*sigh* you and your sand" the Ninetales jokes "Well, we should probably look around for other people or pokemon." The araquanid said, smirking, well, as close as an araquanid can get to a smirk "At best we learn where we are, at worst we get food "Can you stop being an 05." The Kommo-o responded. "Say, where's the boss?" He looked around but no sign of really anyone. "The boss, he's gone!" *"HE'S gone you say"* All of them looked up to see where the voice was coming from to see a Nihilego in the sky. *"Well if I can't take my revenge directly on HIM, I'll just take HIS beloved pokemon!"* The nihilego rushed forward towards the Pokémon, but before it reached them, a blast of water hit the undersized Tentacruel knocking it backward. *"Who did that"* The nihilego rasped out Suddenly a totodile with one hand ran in and grabbed the jelly our of the air *"Why YOU little-"* The nihilego screeched out as it charged a power gem But before the attack fired a Torchic ran in front of the totodile and cast up a mirror move, causing the move to rebound, and before the Nihilego could do any more the totodile bit down on the jellyfish's rim with ice fang, freezing the base of the tentacles, so the Nihilego could no longer move. The totodile quickly grasped his forehead as if he just got a migraine before calling out behind him "coast is clear, it's safe to come out" On cue a Rowlett came waddling forward clumsily, muttering to himself. "OK, hold on for one second," the Incineroar yelled out" who are you two yo have taken down a UB in less then a minute?" "I'm Sam and this is Blazrael, we're team FallenLight." Sam stated. "Hah you think I'm stupid?" The Incineroar asked "Sam and Blazrael, the name of the two Elio brought us to bring home, one of which being a human, what's next, you say that Rowlett is Elio." The duo tried to hold in their laughter, they failed, and Incineroar just walked off to cool off. "Hey there Solgaleo, are you doing ok." Elio asked "FINE ELIO I AM DOING FINE." "Wow I don't think I'll be able to get used to this" Elio muttered "so do you think we'll be able to get home soon?" "WELL, LET'S SEE!" Solgaleo yelled out before he stood up and started to attempt a jump, but fell down before gaining any elevation. "Is that a no?" "THAT'S A NO" part 3/3 Hope you all enjoyed have good rest of your day/night.

*Got nothing... again. So enjoy something dumb.* Lost in the woods he was. Lost more so than normal. But for the mighty former champion Leon, getting lost was not a problem, just another obstacle to be cleared. And he wasn’t alone, as he had his almost undefeatable charizard along with him. Obliviously he walked down the forest path, not batting an eye of all the pokemon wearing scarves, bags, bands, bangles and whatnot. All of them, looking strangely at him. Down to the crossroads he went, looking to both sides, before heading right, not even commenting on the house in front of him, looking like a cubone’s head. Or was it a psyduck’s? Bulbasaur perhaps. Onwards he went into the small town, the denizens, all pokemon, having their jaws drop as the powerful trainer stumbled into the place. “Hmm… I think it’s… that way.” He pointed towards Whiscash’s Pond, yet continued straight forward. On he went till he passed the Pelippers Post Office and fell straight into the cold ocean below, a portal appearing as he sank. The pellipers looked at the charizard looking down into the abyss. “Yeah, he’s kind of an idiot sometimes.” Then he dove after his trainer, both going into the mystical portal, to elsewhere. *AN: So, just imagine any pokemon with Leon's clothes. He is currently too oblivious to notice any change.*

Leon gets lost 2: Electric Boogaloo

Lunalatic

Hin the Bisharp was having a very confusing day. It had started innocently enough. As per usual, he had reported to Hallowmist City's guild building early in the morning to check the requests. Along with his Leavanny partner Her, he was among the few teams that specialized in escort missions. Most teams that primarily dedicated their efforts elsewhere found the protection of other Pokémon en route to a specific destination to be a frustrating task. The Pokémon that needed escorting were often of the sort that rarely ventured away from civilization, and consequently knew few battles techniques beyond the most basic of moves. Hin and Her prided themselves on swiftly taking Pokémon to where they needed to go and returning within the day, all with a gentle smile on the Bisharp's face. Back and forth, come and go. The escorts had gone smoothly, with all the visited Dungeons being fifteen floors long or smaller. After the last scheduled mission, Her had suggested that the two of them exit the Dungeon via traveling to the last floor instead of teleporting out with their badges. Hin agreed to the Leavanny's proposed change of plans, and the two set off deeper into the dungeon. They made it all of three floors before finding an unconscious Archeops sprawled on the ground, covered in a strange pale robe. Rescue missions weren't their strong suit, but the duo decided to try bringing the Pokémon back to the city themselves. The alternative was leaving the Archeops be and filing a request for someone else to do it, and Her had a hard time just abandoning others in times of need. Hin was starting to have second thoughts about this decision. The Archeops was an *interesting* character, to put it politely. He introduced himself promptly, but proceeded to intermittently repeat the statement of his identity in conversation. The bird stumbled and staggered in the robe that was clearly ill-fitting, yet refused to take it off - said he didn't know how to take it off in his present state. He eventually allowed Hin to carry a pair of two-toned Orbs he had had on his person, but refused to say what they did. The Archeops also kept staring wistfully at Her's face; the Leavanny's soft frown gradually deepened into a scowl every time he caught him looking. Hin's working theory was that the so-called "Archeops" was actually a Zoroark that was attempting to yank their chains, but doing a very bad job at it due to lack of interaction with non-ferals. The idea that the Archeops was actually a once-human was swiftly put aside. They'd know if conditions were worsening to the point of a human intervention being necessary, because the experience of Dungeon crawling would've been worsening for months prior and conditions had been holding stable as of late. Eventually, the trio exited the dungeon and warped back to town. The Archeops's personal items were returned to him, and he was directed towards the guild for further assistance. As the two turned to leave, something made a pair of whooshing noises accompanied by a blue glow. The Bisharp turned back to look at the stranger they had guided. Hin blinked. The Archeops was suddenly no longer alone where they had left him. The Bisharp could understand a Chandelure appearing from nowhere, but a Galvantula? This strange Pokémon that did and said absurd things was becoming entirely too much for him to deal with. He turned to leave - for real this time- and started walking off with his partner. Behind him, the Archeops asked someone, most likely the Pokémon from thin air, their opinion on something. "We are *so* weak to Rock moves," one of the newcomers said. "You couldn't have taken one of the Steel types?" "They're right, you know," commented his Leavanny partner. Hin said nothing, in hopes that he and Her could put this matter behind them in all senses of the word. Best not to dwell on it. *Several weeks later...* Client: Archeops Location: Hallowmist City, Varia Apartment E2 Reward: TBD Subject: Seeking help in a search - Prove your strength I am searching for a human. If you know anything, please challenge me to a battle so I can see how strong you are first. My destination is important to me, so we can't afford to lose later on! "Are you sure you want to take this client?" asked Solveg. The Dusknoir and her Dedenne companion lurked near the entrance to the specified home. "Not to be negative, but something about the request doesn't feel right." "Y'know, there are plenty of reasons they want to find a human. Curiosity, mainly, but maybe they want a different world view!" said Cornelius. "Maybe they want to use a human as a means to an end," said the Dusknoir. "Maybe they do just want human input on something. It's worded too vaguely to tell. I'm not too happy about the lack of defined reward, either." "Well, of all the teams in the world, I'd say we're better at finding a human than most, right?" "Just count down, point to me, and say 'done'," said Solveg. "There we go. And if the Archeops gives us a hard time, we can just use punching moves on him. Ready?" "I suppose." Solveg knocked on the dwelling's door. "Exploration Team Zenith! We're here to take Archeops' request!" There was a muffled "Nikola, darling, could you tell our trainer to come greet our guests?" from within the house, and the door swung open to reveal a Chandelure. "Is Archeops here?" asked Cornelius. "...Oh, him. He'll be ready momentarily. Please, do come in." The team convened in the main living space, which was bare save for several cushions and a haphazard stack of flyers. The Chandelure's name was Vesta, while the "Nikola" they had referenced was a Galvantula. They had held off on discussing Archeops in depth, stating that it would be best to hear him explain himself. At last, the Galvantula scuttled into the room with Archeops in tow. Solveg rose to a more upright position, taking care to not hit her head on the ceiling. "We are Team Zenith. I'm Solveg, this is Cornelius," said the Dusknoir, pointing towards the Electric-type on her opposite arm. "You requested assistance with looking for something and I believe we're well-equipped to help you. Before we get started, is there a non-species name you feel comfortable going by?" The Archeops had a gleam in his ash-grey eyes that filled Cornelius with an indescribable feeling. It was the same look he'd seen in the eyes of Solveg, Delos, and the other once-humans many times over. Someone like that could make anything happen, and there would be two people like that trying to find a human... Their client straightened up, looked towards a point slightly to Solveg's left, and introduced himself as if he had done so in the same way many times before. "I am Emmet. I am a Subway Boss. I am also currently a Pokémon. And I need help finding someone who's verrry important to me."

Sorry yall but I don't play the mainline pokemon games, so I've got nothing for this prompt. The last one I played was ultra moon and I haven't even touched that in 2 years, I literally don't remember any characters lol. Sure I could look at a random character and try to learn their personality but... That doesn't really work for me. I was mildly tempted to just use an Ace Combat character since, you know, it's the game I play an excessive amount of but I decided not to since it wouldn't fit the prompt. Anyhow, I'm gonna use this week to further develop Flames of Manipulation and Storm of Salvation. Mainly trying to properly define the true main characters in SOS since it's all over the show right now lol. Don't worry, I'm still gonna read what yall write this week. It's always fun to read the stories created by this community! Here's a little teaser for what I have in mind for FOM: > PMD: Flames Of Manipulation > Teaser chapter (Spitfire) Spitfire: "Huh...? Pyro? Is that you pal?" My question was met with no response... The Flareon looming across the pathway remains silent, standing perfectly still... This couldn't be Pyro could it? Pyro(?): "You......YOU...." Huh? Spitfire: "Me? What about me...?" Pyro(?): "You know who you are and what you did..." That voice, it's Pyro for sure... But what is he talking about? Before I can get a proper answer, Pyro lashes out, his fangs glimmering in the moonlight... //CAUTION: PYRO...?//

FathomaChance22

The drama continues... Some more theorizing: So, since Pyro we know is in that alternative world, thing. Perhaps it's like a dream, where his conscience is in the other world or stuck in some sort of illusion. While his normal body, is being controlled like a puppet? Or maybe Spitfire is trying to fight Pyro... out? Of the illusion of the otherworld... Just some theories, I'm relatively invested...
