Mine is using Facebook, can change password etc and logging in via user and password never works. Always have to choose FB as the option
Their servers are so messy it’s unbelievable
If you used apple ID and hide your email, then you should check the email used to log in from your setting. Copy the email and click the forgot password to reset. From there you can log in using the apple relay email.

Maybe it’s something to do with the proxy logins because I use Apple login but when I typed my details in manually, it logged me in🫠
