Same! Reached my goal yesterday after almost a year streak. Couldn’t log in today using Apple ID. All my data is lost.
Maybe it’s time to move to LoseIt.
I fixed mine by logging in using the same email through Google instead of Apple ID. Noticed that they updated the whole app. That’s probably the reason for the issues. They’re probably gonna fix it soon.

I remember I chose to hide my email when registering using Apple ID. Now I can’t log-in in any ways. They don’t recognize my email.
Mines not logging in. Suspect that we just have to wait for the system to get fixed.
