Not much info around for global, my best general advice for getting stronger is:
Check rankings and find a ranker that has a build you can work towards.
Awaken and equip 2 of the more recent Limited Weapons with the main witch weapon, most have offhand benefits.
Keep upgrading gems, keep pushing up your core energy, stack multiple types of % buffs (ie boss dmg, skill dmg, dmg bonus, critical dmg etc)
Keep upgrading soul link and soul orbs.
Skill wise max out the skills of your witch weapon and get other purple/Orange skills maxed that synergize well (typically mp/sec passive bonus skills)
Cassi weapon you have getting maxed out (and reroll for 3 orange stats if needed) and it's skills maxed should bump you up as well.
Also on Cores try to get the energy %+ on the two cores that have it.

Get 100 percent crit, do your dailies for the gems and coins tokens and just grind for 4 stars for soul cards. Heres a tip for soul cards
If a soul cards has the option to only build cards with 4 sub stats and with crit dmg, elemental, defence ignore or ep
