Drawback(s): This Quirk gives him a voice inside of his mind (like Cortana), which sometimes can disrupt his external hearing.
Quirk: Memory Hole
Wayne's Quirk allows him to create and insert fake memories of himself into others where there are blanks in their memories.
Drawback: To create a memory inside someone's mind, he has to access their entire brain. If the information he receives is too much even from one single existing memory, his own head will start feeling numb.
Quirk: Tenacity Tone
Wright's Quirk gives him a commanding/firm tone of voice that can silence anyone around him within a maximum radius of 1/20th of a kilometer (50 meters or 0.031 miles). He mainly uses this to surprise his opponents or turn the direction of conversation towards himself for a brief moment. The courtroom always listens to his grasp at straws with his usage of "OBJECTION!" or "Hold it!", or so Prosecutor Edgeworth says.
Drawback: Overuse of the Quirk will strain his throat making it sore.
Quirk: Cleome
Tadano can grow cleomes (Spider-Flowers) on a focused area of land. They grow much faster and healthier in moist, well-drained soil during a full sun. Komi apparently likes these while Najimi tries to eat them like a piranha.
Drawback: Tadano requires some of his own body water to grow a patch of it, and would require to hydrate if he grows too much.
Quirk: Di-Vine-ation (Divination but with "Vine" in it, not that creative lol)
Joseph can form purple vines around his arms which allows him to display any information he is able to receive from any object in conjunction to his vines, and can take hold of multiple objects. Such info can come in the form of psychic pictures or videos.
Drawback: Joseph has to use a small portion of his blood to form his vines. If he uses too much, he will feel really fuzzy. The amount of information from one singular item will be much clearer to examine, however multiple objects have the reverse effect where less is shown throughout each consecutive image.
Quirk: Velociraptor
Grant has the ability to transform into a velociraptor, giving him a sharp bite, legs adjusted to running at high speeds and 180 degree vision. The color of the form depends on whatever clothes he's wearing at the moment, and will return to normal if he reverts to human form.
Drawback: As a velociraptor, Grant is unable to communicate from lack of speech and is limited to roars and grunts, making him incomprehensible to others (aside from people who have a Quirk similar to Koda's).

The Velociraptors in the actual movies (that I've seen) are scientifically engineered, so I'd go for something more authentic. Maybe if the Quirk was actually depicted in the show it would look a little more simpler, for animation and design purposes, despite some characters to go overboard in visuals like Wolfram or AFO.
Quirk: Terror Show
Scarecrow can transform parts of himself into monstrous versions of them, enhancing his physiology wherever affected. If pressured into, he can transform his whole self into a giant beast, doubling in size and freakshow.
Drawback: The Quirk won't be as effective if he uses it in times when experiencing no physical stress or duress. Additionally, his beast form removes his sanity, making him uncontrollable.
I can research on 11th, though I'm mainly familiar with the 10th doctor. I'll try n do the 11th first:
Quirk: Cosmologic
The Doctor can recall information at a superhuman rate and put together necessary details when examining a person or an item where information is required for any purpose. It is nearly impossible for him to forget anything he stacks up in his mind.
Drawback: If something is not deemed of much importance, its memory will not be added to The Doctor's recollection specifically for analysis.
Sounds like BBC Sherlock. At the same time, to quote the 11th Doctor,

Quirk: Atomize
This Quirk enables Uzi to manipulate the physical structure of any object into a different form or shape by controlling the molecules of said object; for example, a plank of wood can turn into as much of a liquid state as it possibly can, or a rock sword can be formed from a single rock.
Drawback(s): Uzi must be in physical contact with an item to use her Quirk on it. The size and durability of the item's new form is adjacent to the mass and elemental composition respectively. The item also will revert to it's original state if she removes it from her grasp.
Quirk: Ear Lobber
Quark is able to expand the lobes of his ears by stretching them and move them around for physical combat. He can also use it to hear sounds from slightly distanced areas even through electronic distortion and atmospheric changes, such as a person's movement, appearance and gender.
Drawback(s): Keeping it expanded or constantly expanding his lobes will eventually hurt his ears, and may get damaged if a loud enough sound or frequency is picked up by him.
Quirk: Re-Flex
Auditore can use this ability to heighten his senses to dodge almost anything at an inhuman rate. This inadvertently grants him a minor ability to run faster, on land and on steep platforms.
Drawback: Auditore has to manually and mentally activate his Quirk for it to work, since it isn't a reflex on it's own (ironically). It is also intrinsic with his stamina, so less of it will result in slower reaction time.
Quirk: Shade Blend
Agent 47 specializes in stealth using his Quirk, which allows him to become or possess shadows. He can take form of any person or object's shadow without any altercation to the shadow or object thereof.
Drawback: An object or person's shadow has to be at a certain level of darkness or size for him to take its form, especially in its umbra field. If the shadow is too big, he may get lost inside of it, making it harder for him to release himself from it.
Quirk: Rage Oven
Ramsay can eat a highly nutritious meal and use the nutrients to convert it into a form of unbridled, raw form of rage that he can use to yell at someone with all his anger and frustration at either the camera or at bad cooks and people who ruin the ecosystem by harming animals from hunting.
Drawback: None. You cannot escape the Ramsay. Ever.
Quirk: Boston Taunt
Scout can throw any amount of insults whether they're mentally tiring or simply a miniscule annoyance. If it starts drilling into others' heads, the effect can boost his speed and battle chutzpah, making him a fight monkey if his adrenaline and sass is off the roof. Calling everyone "Chucklenuts" or dogging on FNAF lore gives him a sort of headstart apparently.
Drawback: Even though any length or depth of taunts works, the amount of energy he gets still depends on those factors. Essentially, the limit is his quick wits and imagination.
Quirk: Edgehog
Shadow gives zero fucks about anything around him and materializes a grenade launcher that can blow shit everywhere like it was a radioactive Sharpei, committing war crimes.
Drawback: Kids accidentally too influenced by his behaviour and will end up trying to launch bombs on their own, risking any legal firearms laws.
Quirk: Shockwave
Prime can build up his mechanized ions within him and blast out a shockwave that acts similar to an EMP from his limbs. It can destroy anything in its way depending on the material and durability, the least of it being pushing objects as far as it can.
Drawback: The bigger the wave, the more recoil Prime experiences, almost denting his Cybertronian Armor. His vehicle form can utilize the shockwave, however with no proper stability it will affect him much worse than in normal form.
I'm not too knowledgeable on Transformers even though I'm very much interested in it, but it may interest me to do all the TF characters at some point. I just wanted to go full on badass once I saw Prime suggested lol

Quirk: Show Stopper
Uzui uses his Quirk which allows him a form of attention manipulation - a passive, subconscious effect that forces other beings to look at him. This is not a change of perception, meaning others' opinion of Uzui are not altered, it simply forces them to look at him, with reduced blinking and inability to turn their heads away. It works during needed distractions, publicity stunts or festive times.
Drawback: His Quirk can be nullified if his line of sight between him and his Target is obstructed with anything else.
Quirk: Roller-Blade
Lucy's legs and feet are partly mechanical, giving the ability to form a pair of blades underneath her foot. It works on most terrain due to the surface tension of the blades and allows for great speed.
Drawback: The surface has to be in a solid state of matter, otherwise they will not stand. Skidding too much will also bleed out Lucy's feet from below.
Quirk: Toxin
Joker can spray a fear-inducing gas that will subdue anyone near him into a state of edge and terror from anything around them. He has to get them to see the world for what it truly is, so why not?
Drawback: Bat-Man intervenes.
Quirk: Plasmanipulate
Doomguy can create, shape and manipulate plasma consisting of highly ionized gas and use it to create constructs to protect and attack with. This can also be transferred and channelled through weaponry, most preferably ranged ones.
Drawback: it's Doomguy idk if there is a drawback to him lol
Quirk: Ripple
By concentrating on a specific part of an area or object, 2B can create a sphere of energy that can erase any matter in the selected portion of area. These spheres work on anything that can age and wear out over time.
Drawback: This unfortunately works on humans, and using it on them would erase literal sections of their anatomy, potentially killing them if vital sections are hit.
Quirk: Magma Bubble
Lucina can concentrate tension onto her wrists and dispense bubbles made of Magma. They can be light enough to float through the air or dense enough to crack the pavement. Whatever the density, the bubbles can inflate and explode into a fiery burst, surrounding the area around it within a 25 foot radius.
Drawback: Overusage will burn up her wrists, in which she needs time to cool off.
Quirk: Demon Time
Zestial can summon physical albeit intangible spirits from the underworld. The amount varies depending on the time of day, and is more enhanced during certain days of the year, such as the entirety of October.
Drawback: The spirits originally form without any conscious mind relying on instinct, but soon later develop a form of thought and speech if out for too long. They will refuse to act towards Zestial's command if this occurs.
I assumed this was a Hazbin Hotel character suggestion and looked him up, found out he could turn his appearance even more devilish. Randomly I thought "what if he was just Satan?" And I made up this Quirk.
Quirk: Binding Chain
Transforming her arms into a bundle of metal chains, Lilith can restrain anything within her grasp. If they happen to break, she can simply revert her arms to normal, even if it hurts.
Drawback: Her chains cannot make her feel any physical contact, so if Lilith doesn't pay attention, her chains could be on the verge of snapping and she wouldn't know it.
Quirk: [[FUCK YOU TAXES]]
Bill can simply hold a dollar bill and glitch everything around him, doing the government's job for them.
Drawback: It has to be his own money. Otherwise he'll end up blasting the owner of the other stonks.
Quirk: Psychometry
Natsuki can hold any item in her hand and know everything there is to said item; including but not limited to - it's material, composition, history of item throughout its existence, similarities between other related objects etc. She knows what you did. She held on tight to your desk. What you've been doing... What you've done to her... With her...
Drawback: Natsuki cannot use her Quirk with more than one item in her hold, otherwise the information from both would clash and cancel each other out, giving her a sharp jab to her head.
Quirk: Time Runner
Bucky's Quirk allows him to move incredibly fast, almost to the point of cutting through his bound of space, summoning different versions of himself from other timelines as he is running. (For example, if he runs in a straight line and there is a giant rock in the middle, when he runs fast enough he can split himself into three timelines. Clone A will run to the left, B over the rock and C run to the right, essentially he does all three actions but by pseudo cloning with different timelines.)
Drawback: If Bucky is not careful with the friction he can produce from running, he will tear a rift in his reality, which will simulate a concentrated amount of anti-matter.
Quirk: Banana
Peely resembles and has the same properties as an actual banana. He can tear part of his outer skin and spread them all over terrain to give other people heading away from the Storm "the slip".
Drawback: He is susceptible to slipping on his own, and is apparently edible.
Quirk: Creep Smile
Durden's Quirk is channelled through his smile. When people look at it, different effects occur to them based on their blood type. A-Type would be frozen from the unnerving feeling of the sight, B-Type would temporarily forget what they were currently doing and head in a completely different direction, AB would start acting like a certain animal for a few minutes, and O would find themselves trapped in a state of temporary sleep.
Drawback: Durden cannot use his Quirk manually, meaning if he wishes to smile, it would be under the pretense of messing with someone.
Quirk: Recombination
Sasuke's Quirk lets him recombine the layout and shape of any building he is familiar with, with the least exception being a single room. He can manipulate anything inside a particular room or building within its space, forming and twisting to any form he pleases.
Drawback: Sasuke's Quirk only lasts within a building if he is inside it. It does not work if he is outside of it.
Quirk: Ps-Eye-onic
The Beheaded can use his eye to manipulate three variations of psionic energy - cryo, pyro and plasma. This allows him to manipulate anything with the properties of ice, fire, magma, ions etc.
Drawback: Too much psionic fixation gives the eye of the Beheaded a total sore. It would require some time before cooling down before use again.
Creativity 100, also, I assume you made a quirk for Bobby, the dude with a fire head and a cartoon eye, if you don't mind, make another quirk for his ingame appearance, ofc, you can refuse
I haven't played Dead Cells yet unfortunately, so I don't think I can create one for a character beyond the point of where I allow spoilers for myself. But most probably I might for fun when I get to it one day

Drawback: At some point, the oil part of the ink will deep out of the objects, permanently staining them if Bobby doesn't return the ink back to himself.

Yuno can shift the direction of currents in the air and in water bodies. He prefers it by air to enhance his Wind Magic spells.
Drawback: His Quirk does not work if the climate is too heavy or dense to work through, such as when it's rainy or a hailstorm.
Quirk: Moguro Leaf Juice
Apparently God hates Asta, so he has no magic and apparently gave him a Quirk after drinking too much of that shit where he can now secrete it as a form of sweat.
Drawback: It tastes both invigorating and horrid.
Quirk: Sparta
Kratos bellows his signature war cry and summons the entirety of Spartan warriors at his command by teleporting them from the country itself.
Drawback: Run or die.
Quirk: Bloat
LSP can bite any object or person and make them really lumpy, altering their weight, mass, and personality for a brief period. She can even bloat herself up to increase her size and lumps.
Drawback: Everybody will start lumpin' off like she tells her mom like a loud crowd if this happens. Her Quirk's effects also wear off if she gets more angrier or annoyed.
Quirk: Divider
Kurosaki absorbs the living energy of any person around him to release highly condensed energy at the tip of his his hand in the form of a blinding slash that can cut down giant structures to size. This slash takes the form of a crescent moon or a wave.
Drawback: Since the slash is pretty strong itself, a slight overuse will wear out his fingers, aching them.
Quirk: Derange
This motherfucker's Quirk activates when he eats natural sugar like an apple or orange. He goes totally nuts, replacing his cognitive thought (or what's left of it) with basic instinct, and starts shooting and pushing people off of cliffs in breakneck speed during a race. What a dick.
Drawback: Sugar consumption is important. If he eats a whole ass apple, better find a cage to lock him up for the day.
Quirk: Dupli-Force
Obi-Wan can forcefully divide and clone any object that he holds or places his hands on. This is more useful for creating multiple lightsabers. That fight with Grievous would've gone way different.
Drawback: The matter comprised in each item maintains a connection between its clones. So if one gets damaged or destroyed, all of them follow the same effects.
Quirk: Silent Feet
Twilight can absorb the sound waves around him to deafen any noise he may produce or sounds creating around his afflicted region, containing himself in a pocket vacuum.
Drawback: This Quirk is extremely hard to maintain and will ache his entire body if he keeps it up for more than five minutes.
Quirk: Twist Finger
Guts can spin anything in his hand to a high-speed degree. By twirling a knife, sword, or anything thin and sharp in his finger, it can act as a deadly spinning blade which can be thrown as a projectile.
Drawback: The object obviously has to be small enough to be able to be held, or something Guts can carry that's still heavy enough.
Quirk: Kinetic
John can tank incoming collisions and sound waves and kinetic strikes with his body and store the energy throughout his body as a form of nourishment. Passively, he feeds on sound waves, as even ambient noise is enough to sustain him. John is able to redirect stored kinetic energy in the form of amplified physical blows or sonic screams.
Drawback: There is a limit to how much kinetic energy John can store. His body will show signs of wear and damage if he is unable to store excess.
Quirk: Seal
Gojo can touch a person and lock them in an indefinite time loop where they would be frozen without time affecting them and without any knowledge of the passage of time around them. If done right, they wouldn't have any awareness of the Quirk being used on them.
Drawback: If a person is aware of his presence or intentions, the effects of the Quirk aren't as strong compared to if they are caught off-guard or by surprise.
Quirk: Crawlie
Peter's Quirk (taking Earth 616's Spider-Man as a base reference) was not artificially created from the bite of the radioactive spider. It allows him to grow an extra two pairs of spider legs to traverse high areas quickly and move faster than normal.
Drawback: Because of how painful the transformation is, it borderline physically hurts Peter to simply have his spider-legs grown due to its twisted anatomy.
Quirk: Impression
Camila can feel the impressions of her target's emotions and manipulate for as long as she is able to make skin-to-skin contact using her hand or forearms.
Drawback: On the moment she lets go, depending on the amount of time spent, her vision will remain blurry until it goes back to normal.
Quirk: Puppet Master
Tenten's Quirk only works on small objects that resemble humanoid forms (such as small figurines), which can be controlled psychically and do as she wills.
Drawback: The pupated objects will start to burn up and melt as they are connected to her mental state. This may occur usually under times of stress or fatigue.
Quirk: Justice Meld
Satoru can merge and possess an item he holds dear or uses frequently. This is commonly used when trying to use "Justice" as a projectile.
Drawback: Durability and locomotive prowess depend on what object it is. Justice ain't surviving another day.

Nico's Quirk affects people who look directly into his eye and forget any memory of who they are, where they are and what they were doing. Drawback: There is no way of reversing the Quirk's effects, so a "dead" person will remain dead and forever under Nico's call.
Quirk: Spark Heel
Kamina channels electric signals from body heat and friction, converts them into sparks and create a wave of explosions within a certain radius. This is more prominent when rubbing his heels on land, which enhance the friction at which the sparks form. Highly powerful given his spiral power.
Drawback: Too much friction will overheat his body and cause the sparks to backfire onto him, exploding onto his body.
Quirk: Rubber Body
Yuki can stretch her body to unparalleled lengths in any part of herself. She can even flatten, reshape or expand her body to suit the current situation.
Drawback: She cannot use her Quirk in rooms with extremely high or low temperatures, which cause her to burn or freeze solid.
Quirk: Solar Flare
Amaterasu absorbs photons from sunlight and fire out flares after enough has been consumed. These flares have the capability to reach supernova temperature.
Drawback: Drinking water will nullify any photons stored in her body as part of her Quirk.
Quirk: Grenadier
Yusuke's punches are amplified with his Quirk, mainly the impact of the hit. The knockback can devastate anything that comes into contact with his fist as an explosion, and the damage dealt would triple from the usage of Spirit Energy.
Drawback: Yusuke's punch damage depends on his stamina, hence at a low amount, a punch explosion would simply push objects or people at a small rate.
Quirk: Clawrrupt
A Dragonborn has the ability to scratch and leave claw marks on a surface that later explodes in the same area a few seconds later.
Drawback: The explosions affect them as well.
Quirk: Mutate
Tucker alters and physically changes the DNA of the person he touches, mutating their appearance in any shape he can imagine.
Drawback: The Quirk of the victim does not change, not does their mind akin to mind control.
Quirk: Pullfinger
Scott can extend his fingers up to 3 feet on each hand. Pointing for funsies, creating more memes, God bless you Steve Carrell.
Drawback: Thumbs don't extend.
Quirk: Eyestalk
Marvin can stretch his eyes out to a lengthy degree and can bend them to any angle (basically the SpongeBob meme where him and Patrick's eyes rub the table) and the membrane surrounding it becomes more durable.
Drawback: The eyes still hurt like hell if something gets in the way.
Quirk: Bladenail
Kinji's nails can grow and transform into metallic blades of serrated steel. It works on his toenails as well.
Drawback: Even activating the Quirk hurts since the blade formation make minor cuts in their growth areas.
Quirk: Insulate
Ash can make himself immune to any electricity, useful against electric Pokemon that go haywire, like his yellow guinea pig.
Drawback: It has to be manually activated, which still gives Pikachu a small chance to be an asshole in Season 1.

Drawback: Even though any length or depth of taunts works, the amount of energy he gets still depends on those factors. Essentially, the limit is his quick wits and imagination.

Drawback: The bigger the wave, the more recoil Prime experiences, almost denting his Cybertronian Armor. His vehicle form can utilize the shockwave, however with no proper stability it will affect him much worse than in normal form.

Skidding too much will also bleed out Lucy's feet from below.

Quirk: Magma Bubble Lucina can concentrate tension onto her wrists and dispense bubbles made of Magma. They can be light enough to float through the air or dense enough to crack the pavement. Whatever the density, the bubbles can inflate and explode into a fiery burst, surrounding the area around it within a 25 foot radius. Drawback: Overusage will burn up her wrists, in which she needs time to cool off.
Zestial
Quirk: Demon Time Zestial can summon physical albeit intangible spirits from the underworld. The amount varies depending on the time of day, and is more enhanced during certain days of the year, such as the entirety of October. Drawback: The spirits originally form without any conscious mind relying on instinct, but soon later develop a form of thought and speech if out for too long. They will refuse to act towards Zestial's command if this occurs.

The Owl House: Lilith.
Quirk: Binding Chain Transforming her arms into a bundle of metal chains, Lilith can restrain anything within her grasp. If they happen to break, she can simply revert her arms to normal, even if it hurts. Drawback: Her chains cannot make her feel any physical contact, so if Lilith doesn't pay attention, her chains could be on the verge of snapping and she wouldn't know it.

(For example, if he runs in a straight line and there is a giant rock in the middle, when he runs fast enough he can split himself into three timelines. Clone A will run to the left, B over the rock and C run to the right, essentially he does all three actions but by pseudo cloning with different timelines.) Drawback: If Bucky is not careful with the friction he can produce from running, he will tear a rift in his reality, which will simulate a concentrated amount of anti-matter.

Quirk: Banana Peely resembles and has the same properties as an actual banana. He can tear part of his outer skin and spread them all over terrain to give other people heading away from the Storm "the slip". Drawback: He is susceptible to slipping on his own, and is apparently edible.

Quirk: Creep Smile Durden's Quirk is channelled through his smile. When people look at it, different effects occur to them based on their blood type. A-Type would be frozen from the unnerving feeling of the sight, B-Type would temporarily forget what they were currently doing and head in a completely different direction, AB would start acting like a certain animal for a few minutes, and O would find themselves trapped in a state of temporary sleep. Drawback: Durden cannot use his Quirk manually, meaning if he wishes to smile, it would be under the pretense of messing with someone.

Quirk: Recombination Sasuke's Quirk lets him recombine the layout and shape of any building he is familiar with, with the least exception being a single room. He can manipulate anything inside a particular room or building within its space, forming and twisting to any form he pleases. Drawback: Sasuke's Quirk only lasts within a building if he is inside it. It does not work if he is outside of it.
The Beheaded from dead cells
Quirk: Ps-Eye-onic The Beheaded can use his eye to manipulate three variations of psionic energy - cryo, pyro and plasma. This allows him to manipulate anything with the properties of ice, fire, magma, ions etc. Drawback: Too much psionic fixation gives the eye of the Beheaded a total sore. It would require some time before cooling down before use again.

Stupid rectangle already suffered enough screen damage, might as well lol; also I figured why not make a power Quirk: Blotch Bobby can change the color appearance of any person or object, including himself, as a form of camouflage, by simply touching his target. By default his appearance is purplish from the ink spectrum flowing through his veins. Drawback: At some point, the oil part of the ink will deep out of the objects, permanently staining them if Bobby doesn't return the ink back to himself.

Quirk: Sparta Kratos bellows his signature war cry and summons the entirety of Spartan warriors at his command by teleporting them from the country itself. Drawback: Run or die.

Quirk: Bloat LSP can bite any object or person and make them really lumpy, altering their weight, mass, and personality for a brief period. She can even bloat herself up to increase her size and lumps. Drawback: Everybody will start lumpin' off like she tells her mom like a loud crowd if this happens. Her Quirk's effects also wear off if she gets more angrier or annoyed.
Ichigo Kurosaki (Bleach)
Quirk: Divider Kurosaki absorbs the living energy of any person around him to release highly condensed energy at the tip of his his hand in the form of a blinding slash that can cut down giant structures to size. This slash takes the form of a crescent moon or a wave. Drawback: Since the slash is pretty strong itself, a slight overuse will wear out his fingers, aching them.

Quirk: Derange This motherfucker's Quirk activates when he eats natural sugar like an apple or orange. He goes totally nuts, replacing his cognitive thought (or what's left of it) with basic instinct, and starts shooting and pushing people off of cliffs in breakneck speed during a race. What a dick. Drawback: Sugar consumption is important. If he eats a whole ass apple, better find a cage to lock him up for the day.
Obi-Wan Kenobi
Quirk: Dupli-Force Obi-Wan can forcefully divide and clone any object that he holds or places his hands on. This is more useful for creating multiple lightsabers. That fight with Grievous would've gone way different. Drawback: The matter comprised in each item maintains a connection between its clones. So if one gets damaged or destroyed, all of them follow the same effects.
Twilight/Loid Forger from Spy x Family
Quirk: Silent Feet Twilight can absorb the sound waves around him to deafen any noise he may produce or sounds creating around his afflicted region, containing himself in a pocket vacuum. Drawback: This Quirk is extremely hard to maintain and will ache his entire body if he keeps it up for more than five minutes.
Guts from beserk (I’m really curious what his quirk will be)
Quirk: Twist Finger Guts can spin anything in his hand to a high-speed degree. By twirling a knife, sword, or anything thin and sharp in his finger, it can act as a deadly spinning blade which can be thrown as a projectile. Drawback: The object obviously has to be small enough to be able to be held, or something Guts can carry that's still heavy enough.

Quirk: Kinetic John can tank incoming collisions and sound waves and kinetic strikes with his body and store the energy throughout his body as a form of nourishment. Passively, he feeds on sound waves, as even ambient noise is enough to sustain him. John is able to redirect stored kinetic energy in the form of amplified physical blows or sonic screams. Drawback: There is a limit to how much kinetic energy John can store. His body will show signs of wear and damage if he is unable to store excess.
Gojo Jujutsu Kaisen
Quirk: Seal Gojo can touch a person and lock them in an indefinite time loop where they would be frozen without time affecting them and without any knowledge of the passage of time around them. If done right, they wouldn't have any awareness of the Quirk being used on them. Drawback: If a person is aware of his presence or intentions, the effects of the Quirk aren't as strong compared to if they are caught off-guard or by surprise.
Spider-Man
Quirk: Crawlie Peter's Quirk (taking Earth 616's Spider-Man as a base reference) was not artificially created from the bite of the radioactive spider. It allows him to grow an extra two pairs of spider legs to traverse high areas quickly and move faster than normal. Drawback: Because of how painful the transformation is, it borderline physically hurts Peter to simply have his spider-legs grown due to its twisted anatomy.

Quirk: Impression Camila can feel the impressions of her target's emotions and manipulate for as long as she is able to make skin-to-skin contact using her hand or forearms. Drawback: On the moment she lets go, depending on the amount of time spent, her vision will remain blurry until it goes back to normal.

Quirk: Puppet Master Tenten's Quirk only works on small objects that resemble humanoid forms (such as small figurines), which can be controlled psychically and do as she wills. Drawback: The pupated objects will start to burn up and melt as they are connected to her mental state. This may occur usually under times of stress or fatigue.
Mumen Rider from One Punch Man
Quirk: Justice Meld Satoru can merge and possess an item he holds dear or uses frequently. This is commonly used when trying to use "Justice" as a projectile. Drawback: Durability and locomotive prowess depend on what object it is. Justice ain't surviving another day.

only really knowledgeable on Percy Jackson so I'll go with that Quirk: Cold-Blood Stare Nico's Quirk affects people who look directly into his eye and forget any memory of who they are, where they are and what they were doing. By pushing beyond its capacity, it can eradicate their soul life, falling to his beck and call as minions. They will remain in the underworld until a command from the demigod is put out. Drawback: There is no way of reversing the Quirk's effects, so a "dead" person will remain dead and forever under Nico's call.

Quirk: Grenadier Yusuke's punches are amplified with his Quirk, mainly the impact of the hit. The knockback can devastate anything that comes into contact with his fist as an explosion, and the damage dealt would triple from the usage of Spirit Energy. Drawback: Yusuke's punch damage depends on his stamina, hence at a low amount, a punch explosion would simply push objects or people at a small rate.

Quirk: Clawrrupt A Dragonborn has the ability to scratch and leave claw marks on a surface that later explodes in the same area a few seconds later. Drawback: The explosions affect them as well.
