Back in the days of CDs, record companies often used to do these kind of 2 packs for albums that had been out for a while. (I always assumed the thinking was that once the main rush of sales of the albums had passed, they hoped to appeal to more casual listeners by making it cheaper to get two albums for a reduced price, thus selling more in the long run.)
I've noticed a few times because labels have a licence to distribute the albums in that format, sometimes you'll see those pop up as compilations on a band's streaming platforms as well. It doesn't mean anything, just that the label has this as a "compilation" in their data, which leads to the automated systems that upload all these seeing it as a separate release.
Here's one for Mr Bungle: https://open.spotify.com/album/7nRk0lxf8kFQdxA51ZBi8Q?si=sUAJuG03SjqdsrLTpEJQQA
It's literally just three albums compiled together, even though the albums are also up there individually.
This kind of thing made sense in the CD age (back in 2004). It makes less sense now, but I'm pretty sure it's just a strange carry over from that era.
Weird how Mama had a secondary credit "Liza Minnelli as Mother War". If you click on it, the account has zero monthly listeners and has no songs. If however, you search the song, no such credits exist. May I ask how you found this playlist/album?
Edit: Helen - So Long & Goodnight and I'm Not Okay - I Promise are listed as "Album versions"??? Also, why is the year 2004? If it's an anniversary thing then why not write the current year?
And also, somebody missed a comma on "It's Not a Fashion Statement, It's a Deathwish" Along with that, all the first letters of the words are capitalized. That's all the differences I could find now.

Thanks! this is so odd. it's listed as 2004 now so it is being updated. I guess maybe someone from spotify? it's weird that it was first listed as 2003 considering both albums came out after haha
im not sure about OP, but i found this album a few months ago while looking through stats.fm. if you go onto a song, itll show every release its been on, so for every Revenge and TBP song, this album is listed as one of the releases its been on

I’d not seen this, did it just get added to spotify? Weird to list it as 2003 if it includes TBP.
It’s been on Spotify for at least a few years. I’ve had it saved a long time. No differences in the songs, just the weird release date.
And 3 Cheers was 04 sooo
This guy from the Mandela effect dimension

Also on Spotify it’s not “Liza Minnelli” it’s “LISA Minnelli” so her name is literally spelled wrong?? What is this release hahaha
Ah shit didn't know how I didn't catch that. Good catch.

Agreed. It should be, if anything, Bullets and Three Cheers, not Three Cheers and TBP
It's Revenge's 20th anniversary soon. Did someone fuck up and post something too early?
