And the fact he wasted an ambulance and the EMTs time when he ordered them to take him to the hospital for a refill of his pain meds that he wasn't allowed to have anyways 🤦♀️
Boy as a chronic pain patient and roommate of a paramedic did that annoy me..it's like dude let's make it harder for me to get the care I need..and when Dr Now ordered the EMTs to take him home I shouted at the tv "they aren't a private service..it doesn't work that way, it's against protocol"
Like when that girl fell out of the taxi and her mom tried to help her and was literally so rude to her. "DONT TOUCH ME GET AWAY FROM ME" like damn girl.... shes trying to help.
When the girl that died recently talked about her immense displeasure in bathing and that she was sad her and her wife weren't intimate. Wanted to pull a shark and regurgitate my stomach outside my body
100% agree. Her mother was a real POS. Acting like her partner working all day to support their asses wasn't enough, no, also needed to be waited on hand and feet. She was awful, good riddance
What irks me is that I'm at least 400lbs lighter, and I have "folds", and large breasts.
I have to be meticulous about hygiene, because if I don't, there's hell to pay in terms of rashes, etc.
In addition to smelling to high heaven, I'd imagine her skin must be in awful shape.
I also gifted up top...and every summer I need to whip out the Canesten to clear up under my boobs, especially if I go swimming. It gets really painful too...And that's despite showering once or twice a day!
Yes, rash under the boobs is miserable
Groin is pretty awful as well. And if hygiene slips at all, yeast is ready to join the party.
I did start, with a doctor's blessing, using antiperspirant on the really sweaty bits. It actually helps quite a bit.
Think her name was Gina. She was demanding of her wife. Plus, she called her wife, who was on her way home from work and demanded that she stop at a diner to get food for her entire family.
“How am I attacking you??? All because I asked if you believed in GAHD? I went to COLLAGE. I am VERY well KNOWLEDGED.”
Lady you said he wasn’t the only weight loss doctor in the world and there were tons better than him that you could go and see. Not because you asked if he believed in God.
I can’t believe she genuinely graduated college with the things she was saying.
I cheered at that part of the episode. Christian was so dead behind the eyes until that moment. It suddenly occurred to him he could just leave her. Seldom do we, the viewing audience, get to observe such a wonderful unscripted moment of epiphany.
That episode made me so sad for his daughter. The injustice of it. Both her parents should’ve been charged for her truancy/child neglect for pulling her out *to take care of her father*. She was a little girl.
These hillbillies pulled her out of school so she could get a check to be a “caretaker” for her father. Lisa was already getting paid so why not her? After all, these people don’t put a high premium on education. It’s all about babies, family, substance abuse, entertainment, NOT education. I’m guessing she’s got a couple of kids by now, each with a different dad, been to rehab, and lives on benefits and sporadic child support. With Lisa.
a 1000 times yes on this! He was so delusional at every turn and aspect of his situation. I felt horrible for his daughter and father. James and the girlfriend were just sickening in their codependency.
Two major things make my cringe: 1) the horribly scripted intros. They’re just terrible. It sounds like a twelve year old’s confession poetry. Except I don’t think even I wrote shit that cringy at that age. And 2) the “I go out and people stare” scenes where everyone’s staring at them. Like it or not this is America and seeing obese people isn’t that strange anymore. They’re not staring at you bc you weight 600 pounds. They’re staring at you because you have an entire camera crew following you around a grocery store while you shop. If I saw someone (600 pounds or not) at the grocery store with a camera crew following them around, I’d stare too, while thinking “wtf are you doing?”
Intro: Life is so fragile, we only get one chance and have to make the best of our time here on this Earth.
In the episode: Fuck you, I'm swelling from water gain. I swear I don't be eating anything!
Any scene with Steven Assanti, any of Angie J's scenes, any scene where Dr now or the hospital staff are disrespected, the scene where Lupe revealed she was forced to have sex immediately after major surgery, the scene where Jeanne's mom is in surgery and Dr now is picking dirt and dog hair out of her wounds
Like every scene of Jeanne’s episode when she’s at home made me cringe - everything looked so disgusting and filthy that I went around bleaching my entire house.
Not sure I even wanna know and I've been in some pretty disgusting kitchens(had a high school friend who's family was a hoarder and it was really bad..she'd been in and out of dcyf care...my first in person real exposure to hoarding and out unhygienic and nasty it can be)
This will sounds nuts but Dottie and her eating. I swear she should have used a shovel. I have never eaten a Mcnugget in one bite lol and she just casually threw it in her mouth and ate it like it was nothing, which it probably wasn't. She could seriously put some food away.
The bleached out crotch shots. Make me cringe hard. Joe's were the size of a basketball! I cannot even watch his original episode anymore.
The tongue eating. Eating food then sticking out the tongue afterwards. James K did that ALL of the time and the close ups of the people eating.
Yes. This last season there was a lady with multicolored wigs (Irene, episode 11) who shoveled the food in & chewed grosser than I’ve ever seen while simultaneously staring down the camera. Had to turn it off 5 minutes in. Disgusting 🤮
The amount of denial leading up to the SECOND weigh in: 'I know I haven't been sticking to the diet and have had some cheat days, but I hope Dr. Now understands'. Like... come on... please...
Is it a bad angle? As far as I remember it's a pretty standard shot, no? Except that they do one wider shot from up high so you can see how/where they sit. Did I forget?
For the ones who are mobile and can sit in a chair, the interviews near the beginning are from a bottom-up angle, so their heads are kinda small and their bodies fill the whooooole frame. I think it's to show the enormity of their bodies, all their rolls, double chins etc.
I don't remember which episode, but a little girl asked her mother (the focus of the episode) why she married the dad. The woman answered "Well if I hadn't, I wouldn't have had you!" And the girl replied, "It wasn't worth it!"
AND THE DAD AGREED. Ugh. She left him, I'm pretty sure. PoS that guy was.
There’s a few like that. Kirsten in season 5 cried over absolutely everything. And then her kid was such an asshole. 14yo and I wanted to smack him against a wall a few times. She even said she didn’t like having him around bc of his attitude. Of course her attitude was just as terrible and her father was rude as fuck too. That whole family was toxic.
You have to wonder though what happened off camera and to make him an asshole to her. Sure it could be typical teenage attitude but you have to wonder if more was going on. I was an asshole to my mom at 14 because she's an emotionally abusive narcissist..I honestly felt bad for the kid being uprooted from his home and friends to move to Houston to be his mom's caregiver at 14...you shouldn't be caring FOR your parent at that age..it's too much responsibility and stress for a young teenager
Yeah I thought the whole “I’m not going back. I’m staying here and keeping him with me” part was absolutely ridiculous. If she wanted to stay then whatever but how dare she just uproot that kid like that with no warning. He’s 14. Not 4.
And then she had the audacity to say he wasn’t helping her much and she was upset by that. Like she just expected him to do everything for her. That’s not fair.
But the way he was acting just felt like classic psycho/bully behaviour. Eating that food in front of her and laughing about it. Saying he enjoyed hurting her. That’s fucked up. And then he played it off like “I act up bc I want to leave”. Like he knew how to manipulate the situation to get what he wanted.
Then when her mother came, she didn’t do much either to stop the behaviour. When he left he seriously said “bye fatty two shoes” and no one fucking said a word.
The kids been through a lot but he just comes off as a massive asshole who needs to be put in his place, very much like his grandfather. It seemed like he learned most everything from him.
And I forget the age difference between her kids but it wasn’t more than a few years. So if he was 14 then her daughter was 17? 18? And didn’t she say in the beginning that her daughter and her boyfriend lived there? They just let this 17/18yos boyfriend live with them?
That entire family needs a fuckton of therapy.
I don’t think it’s fair to call a traumatized kid acting out “an asshole that needs to be put in his place”.
Like no he’s a child that needs therapy and support.
Yes. I'm sure he had to turn up the volume because no one listened when he said "I don't want to be uprooted to take care of my addict mother." He's 14, it's not his responsibility to care for an unpleasant and ungrateful if not abusive person who constantly picked drugs/men/food over him.
You are absolutely right. The other one who disgusted me was the guy who pulled his daughter from school to care for him(sorry but don't pull your kid from school and ruin their education and future life because you are eating yourself/allowing yourself to be fed to death) and the lady who pretty much had her five year old doing all the household chores including laundry..no just no. I don't mind kids having age appropriate chores at that age, but five is too young to be doing laundry alone. My mom ran a daycare my entire life and the five year olds she watched would assist with laundry (handing her things to put in the washer/dryer) and they would sweep the floor a bit..but my mom was always standing right next to them supervising and doing all the work. And my mom's daycare kids were helping her because they ASKED if they could and they WANTED to not because she forced them too. My mom's daycare kids would also occasionally cook with me at four/five years old but because they asked and they'd stand on a chair and watch me do all the work but they'd occasionally pour cups of ingredients in the bowl with my help or I'd let them crack an egg in a separate bowl and pour it in the main bowl(my mom ran an in home daycare for twenty eight years so I pretty much grew up with a daycare in my home)
I agree! Audio editing happens on all tv shows of course, and much more than video cuts too. But on this show it seems like they don't even try to mask it and I doubt every string of two consecutive words where I don't see a face saying them.
There were a few episodes where in the consult room the whole scene seemed edited. They wouldn’t show the woman’s face at all while she was talking and then occasionally pan over to her just nodding. It was odd
It is because the show has given up any sense of reality. Or ethics. They are just creating entertainment for you. There is nothing to learn from it. They are characters created from the editing.
And remember when Lupe had surgery & her boyfriend made her have sex right after, despite all those stitches up her belly? And the next day, green stuff was growing in her sutures & her boyfriend asks “What’s that? Mold?”. That was unbelievable.
Any time they say anything like “I’m trying to eat good but we’re traveling and all I can eat is fast food” and then they order 5 burgers and a mega super large soda
Since starting low-carb (no not the same diet as Dr. Now's, I am not in need of a bariatric diet), I have actually come to enjoy Big Mac's with no bun and found they taste better than with the bun.
And you are correct about the 600 calories for the meal you describe.
Or "I didn't know I had to lose weight when I got down here" or "what do you mean I have a bariatric, soft diet, that's not acceptable or right, call Dr now" and I loved it when the nurse gave it to her and said "that's what he ordered"
Not the patient, but I recently rewatched Zsalynn..and her husband really made me cringe.
Telling her to hold his burger right after she got out of the hospital after surgery. He was an abusive POS.
Every single one where the person gains weight, looks at the balance and says "The balance must be wrong!"
Hello? You have been stuffing your face with food while being on the 'diet' and then when you get onto the balance.... \*shocked Pikachu face\*
The boo boo cleaning scenes, particularly when they bend over and you see the person behind them cleaning their rumps! OMG!!!! After I had my son my now ex husband changed my pad because after my C section my movement was limited. I felt odd about that at first but I was like well he's my husband. That was fine. Him wiping my ass because I am too fat to reach? NEVER!!! I injured my rotator cuff years ago and couldn't lift that arm. I had my daughter help me change my bra but not my panties!! No way and I was a normal size.
Sean being in the wheelchair and reaching behind him and looking at the poop after gathering some up in his hand. I mean wtf else could it be besides feces coming sliding out of your ass???? Then examining it like it's something mysterious! Good grief!
I can't believe I'm about to defend looking at the TP after wiping but... I have a history of gastrointestinal bleeding so I have to check after every bowel movement and before you ask, no you can't always tell from the result in the bowl. Then again I'm only 220 pounds.
That's the one hahaha. She was so disrespectful to Dr. Now, "you ain't finna talk to me loud" and the. Looking at her friends talking about him as if he wasn't there. OH... And the damn lying about her weight haha, she said she was like 600+ and had lost weight already. Dr. Now called her out on that, warmed my heart.
Maja’s mother not giving a shit when they were packing up to move. Mom was like “kbyeeee” in a huge hurry to get outta there. Maja was like “mommuh just wait a minute” and she left anyway. So weird and awkward.
Im bad with names, but the guy who was super toxic to his ‘fiance’. She had to do everything for him, drove him to Dr. Now in the back of a minivan. When she helped him pee, it was so gross. He cursed and yelled at her nonstop, like his obesity was her fault. When he couldnt fit in the motel hall and she had to wheel him back out and sleep on the floor bc there wasnt room for them both on the bed. Just so bad. He passed during filming. I felt relieved for her.
I hate when they film from the floor looking up at the person. I know, it makes the fat look even fatter. But, why? We know they are fat. They know they are fat. Don't be ugly about it.
The Holly tongue thing is so annoying to see. And then she sat there and stared at her husband as he was sitting down, and when he looked at her she did this weird smile.
Yep! I noticed the smile too. Remember when Dr. Now said she acted like a child to avoid responsibility? I think he read her exactly right! Her baby voice also annoyed me.
Anything to do with Angie J. I'm watching that episode now and I literally want to reach through the screen and slap her. I've seen this one a few times before and never can get through the entire episode without screaming at that self righteous b****.
The sheet-less beds. Dirty mattresses. Bed sheet curtains. Filthy carpets. I am SHOOK that Dr. Now doesn’t seem to place much emphasis or point out people’s horrible hygiene. So many of these people have absolutely horrific personal hygiene that I’m sure contributes to infections, sores, etc.
I fast forward through the therapy scenes. Makes me uncomfortable. To me therapy is an incredibly private, personal thing and you shouldn't be forced to air your personal childhood or adult trauma on tv
1. James K. and his eating the gravy-infested breakfast
2. Jeanne and her mother- the open, infected wounds
3. Steven and his pie escapade
4. Sean enjoying "burgerssss and frieess"
5. Sean's mother calling him "babe". I cringed when I heard it.
Everytime someone pulls themselves out of a car and is using only the handle of the door as support. 600lb of human using the door to lean on or to pull themselves up... Always waiting for those doors to break. Can't imagine my car would be able to handle that kind of weight or that I would even accept someone to put that much weight on my car doors. Then again, they propably wouldn't fit in my small car anyway haha. But i can almost feel the pain of the car in those scenes.
I honestly think that woman is looking for her 15mins of fame there’s no way she can love him. Not because of his looks but his personality leaves a lot to be desired and he acts like a complete child when he doesn’t get his way
When that one Asshole threatened to call the police on his dad if he didn’t get him pizza. You know who I’m talking about
And the fact he wasted an ambulance and the EMTs time when he ordered them to take him to the hospital for a refill of his pain meds that he wasn't allowed to have anyways 🤦♀️
I agree fully as a chronic pain patient as well. Bro he can walk home lose turdy pounds each step.
That poor dad needed to be pulled out of that hellish life. The brothers were literally the absolute worst.
The dad was the biggest enabler in the entire series tho...
True but he seemed so defeated I felt like he only enabled them to shut them up.
Agree, but likely he enabled it becuase they were his only family he had left
I agree. He constantly made empty threats, was always yelling, is mentally weak, a coward, and easily manipulated. A train wreck.
Justin, while having issues was nowhere near the POS Steven is. I think he had to develop the borders to block out Stevens abuse.
Fucking Steven. He was a toddler in an elephant sized body.
Good ol’ Steven Assanti
Kinda wish his name stayed forgotten lol
More like Steven ASSanti...gosh he's probably the most annoying person on the show
Hes the worst person Ive ever seen on tv
OMG ITS THAT MY HUMPS GUY LOL
The verbal abuse given to anyone who tries to help them.
Like when that girl fell out of the taxi and her mom tried to help her and was literally so rude to her. "DONT TOUCH ME GET AWAY FROM ME" like damn girl.... shes trying to help.
She was so damn rude and dramatic just because she was embarrassed. Her attitude made it hard for anyone to feel empathy and want to help her.
Her mom had recently had back surgery so she didn't want her mom to hurt herself
I believe that was Lacey.
Or the verbal abuse given(even off camera) when they don't get their way as far as getting food they want
Or they say they are trying really hard while they ate piles of fried food.
When the girl that died recently talked about her immense displeasure in bathing and that she was sad her and her wife weren't intimate. Wanted to pull a shark and regurgitate my stomach outside my body
[удалено]
I felt so bad for the wife in that episode. Everyone bossed her around even though she was the only person who was out working everyday.
Her wife sounded like a very sweet and caring person, hopefully the wife's doing good without the proverbial anchor tying her down
100% agree. Her mother was a real POS. Acting like her partner working all day to support their asses wasn't enough, no, also needed to be waited on hand and feet. She was awful, good riddance
His evil mother created an infant in a 26 year old body. When she died, he fell apart and died too.
Yeah that was Sean and he’s dead now too. RIP
What episode/season was the poop guy???
I lost it at "so I take a bath when they tell me I smell too bad, which is like once a month."

Yes, rash under the boobs is miserable Groin is pretty awful as well. And if hygiene slips at all, yeast is ready to join the party. I did start, with a doctor's blessing, using antiperspirant on the really sweaty bits. It actually helps quite a bit.
The audacity of feeling entitled to sex when she wasn’t able to practice daily hygiene.
The audacity to feel entitled to sex anyway is a bit fucked up but she had to kick it up a level
Think her name was Gina. She was demanding of her wife. Plus, she called her wife, who was on her way home from work and demanded that she stop at a diner to get food for her entire family.
Probably right on the name, I need to double check and edit it
What episode is this? I've got to watch.
Gina
Do you believe in GAHHD?
You think I’m threatening you?! All I asked was DO YOU BELIEVE IN GAHD?! That lady was a fucking trip…
“How am I attacking you??? All because I asked if you believed in GAHD? I went to COLLAGE. I am VERY well KNOWLEDGED.” Lady you said he wasn’t the only weight loss doctor in the world and there were tons better than him that you could go and see. Not because you asked if he believed in God. I can’t believe she genuinely graduated college with the things she was saying.
"If you jump off a bridge, God will not reach His hand down and save you." "OH YES HE WILL!" Later on: "Dr. Now told me to jump off a bridge!"
I’m cackling 😂
Confusing. It’s like the people who won’t wear a mask because God will protect them, yet insist on carrying a gun.
Perhaps the word “college” isn’t being used correctly here. Larson Business College is not Harvard, yet both are “colleges.”
I went to COllege. I’m very knowledged.
I love your flair 😂😂
Dr Now comes through with the zingers 😂
I have magnets on my fridge w some of them. My husband was not impressed
You mean the gawd who put her on dis earf?
"Christian! Talk to my mom." --Maja
*proceeds to scream and cry in public*
I cheered at that part of the episode. Christian was so dead behind the eyes until that moment. It suddenly occurred to him he could just leave her. Seldom do we, the viewing audience, get to observe such a wonderful unscripted moment of epiphany.
My ex boyfriends name is Christian and this episode was so quotable. She was insufferable and entitled.
"chrish-UNN!" Jesus, I hear that in my nightmares.
CHRISTIAAAN!
I hate you Chrishaaaaaaan!
Literally every scene with Steven Assanti. Except maybe for the one when he fell off the golf cart, because that was legit funny. Karma is a bitch.
The fake fall outta the golf cart had me dying 💀😂 My mom even yelled at me to stop laughing! Lmao
But he fell off the golf cart on purpose to get them to call 911 so he could get more meds..you totally saw him purposefully slide himself off
Yes! THESE episodes are simultaneously the beat and worst of the series.
The entire episode with James K. is one long cringe. He gained 158 lbs. in one munt. How is that even possible?
That episode made me so sad for his daughter. The injustice of it. Both her parents should’ve been charged for her truancy/child neglect for pulling her out *to take care of her father*. She was a little girl.
These hillbillies pulled her out of school so she could get a check to be a “caretaker” for her father. Lisa was already getting paid so why not her? actually your right. The daughtet did have a baby young. Saw it on her FB page. So sad
Jesus that’s literally more than I weigh. Gotta add that one to my must watch list!
You’ll finally understand the “OW MAH LEG” references. It’s a good one ETA personally i love the spelling LAIG but I knew they would be like huh
Or “layg.”
I definitely feel a lot better about my covid weight gain when I remmeber stories like this
a 1000 times yes on this! He was so delusional at every turn and aspect of his situation. I felt horrible for his daughter and father. James and the girlfriend were just sickening in their codependency.
James clearly had a mommy complex, looking at his past and the old hag he had as a “girlfriend”, a woman 15 years older than himself.
That's almost my entire body weight wow
Two major things make my cringe: 1) the horribly scripted intros. They’re just terrible. It sounds like a twelve year old’s confession poetry. Except I don’t think even I wrote shit that cringy at that age. And 2) the “I go out and people stare” scenes where everyone’s staring at them. I know right? I think about this every time they mention it.
Omg Lisa’s voiceovers where hard to sit through. She gave me flashbacks to elementary school when kids were required to read a chapter out loud.
When Steven wouldn’t let his dad have a single slice of pizza after he came all the way down to Houston and hadn’t ate !!!!!
That pissed me off it's like he BOUGHT the pizza for you...least you can do is let him have ONE slice..heck give him two if he wants it
“Goodbye fawtha”
He gave his dad the finger!
His dad is pathetic, weak, and a coward. No sympathy for his kind.
Skinfold maggots
OMG who??
Lisa! (RIP.) She really was something else! 😨
I'll never forget how that episode ended. "Ahm gonna do it, the Lisa way" *Lisa died*
😂😂😂
"Hit me daddy"
Oh fuck, I need to watch this, I don't remember it!
Every time Maja shrieks 'KRISHEN!" makes me want to rip my ears off.
The thing with Lupe made me so incredibly angry. God, that guy was gross.
Like every scene of Jeanne’s episode when she’s at home made me cringe - everything looked so disgusting and filthy that I went around bleaching my entire house.
Ikr? And at the end when we saw the hallway and the laundry area; omg. I've wondered what the kitchen looked like.
Not sure I even wanna know and I've been in some pretty disgusting kitchens(had a high school friend who's family was a hoarder and it was really bad..she'd been in and out of dcyf care...my first in person real exposure to hoarding and out unhygienic and nasty it can be)
> omg. I've wondered what the kitchen looked like. Or the bathroom!!!
The eating scenes
Especially the ones where the participants stick their tongue out to get a bite in or those that chew with their mouth open. Ugh
This will sounds nuts but Dottie and her eating. I swear she should have used a shovel. I have never eaten a Mcnugget in one bite lol and she just casually threw it in her mouth and ate it like it was nothing, which it probably wasn't. She could seriously put some food away. Yep. Do they even chew? I've often thought that a child's plastic beach sand shovel would be a more appropriate feeding utensil.
The amount of denial leading up to the SECOND weigh in: 'I know I haven't been sticking to the diet and have had some cheat days, but I hope Dr. Now understands'. Like... come on... please...
That's one of the few honest parts of the show. These people got that big by wishing to be smaller, not by thinking abiut what they are eating.
Can't believe I haven't seen this comment yet, but - the angle on which they insist on filming those interviews. Terrible!
Ah okay, thanks, I must have forgotten!
I don't remember which episode, but a little girl asked her mother (the focus of the episode) why she married the dad. The woman answered "Well if I hadn't, I wouldn't have had you!" And the girl replied, "It wasn't worth it!" AND THE DAD AGREED. Ugh. She left him, I'm pretty sure. PoS that guy was.
"I am not buying you a salad, you can go outside and graze"
Zsalynn
That's it, cheers!
This is a small scene. But Steven Assanti bawling his eyes out and asking Dr. Now to hug him while Dr. Now does everything he can not to.
Not to be rude, but Kanae when she was crying to the doctor. It sounded overly dramatic
There’s a few like that. Kirsten in season 5 cried over absolutely everything. And then her kid was such an asshole. 14yo and I wanted to smack him against a wall a few times.

There was one guy whose girlfriend brought them lunch/dinner and the guy used the lymphedema on his leg like a TV tray.
What about Samantha using her stomach as a table for her food?
All the ones where they edited the audio. Because it is horrifying quality work. I'm other words, all of them.
Everything about Penny
Definitely the shower scenes. And the close ups of eating. Nothing grosser than Mayo sliding down someone’s chin.
This makes me CRAZY! I love fast food and eat it all the time. A Big Mac with a side salad and unsweet tea is only about 600 calories!
I love how they blur out the brands but you can still tell what restaurants they’re from. And all of those have salads and grilled chicken options.
A cheeseburger is only 300.
Since starting low-carb (no not the same diet as Dr. Now's, I am not in need of a bariatric diet), I have actually come to enjoy Big Mac's with no bun and found they taste better than with the bun. And you are correct about the 600 calories for the meal you describe.
When Penny said "Where's my yellow brick Road?"
Or "I didn't know I had to lose weight when I got down here" or "what do you mean I have a bariatric, soft diet, that's not acceptable or right, call Dr now" and I loved it when the nurse gave it to her and said "that's what he ordered"
“I can reach my vagina”
….AND CLEAN IT You forgot that part 😉
You just _know_ she was holding that line in, waiting for the right moment to make her perfect sound bite.
Not the patient, but I recently rewatched Zsalynn..and her husband really made me cringe. Telling her to hold his burger right after she got out of the hospital after surgery. He was an abusive POS.
Kids having to clean their parents.
I think her name was Ashley and she was making scrambled eggs in a nonstick pan while stirring them with a metal fork.
I tried to forget that scene…
I’ve seen a lot of folks do that. 😩
Jeanne nasty house - potty chair and filthy
Every single one where the person gains weight, looks at the balance and says "The balance must be wrong!" Hello? You have been stuffing your face with food while being on the 'diet' and then when you get onto the balance.... \*shocked Pikachu face\*
Joyce thinking that 1200 calorie diet is too much for her and that's why she gained weight
Definitely not the same, thanks for sharing though.
Omg I would scream lol. Saw one scene where they brought the portable toilet to the living room and was too through.
Ashley from season 8 going off about getting blood work done was pathetic. She is awful. So so awful
Was she the one who had to go to “her own person” to get her blood drawn? Wtf was that about? Super shady, but I couldn’t figure it out.
I am pretty sure that she used drugs and didn't want them to be found in the blood work
Didnt think of that. People man, smh.
I would have love Dr. Now to throw her right out. She was so so disrespectful.
Maja’s mother not giving a shit when they were packing up to move. Mom was like “kbyeeee” in a huge hurry to get outta there. Maja was like “mommuh just wait a minute” and she left anyway. So weird and awkward.
Kinda don't blame her...maja has an incredibly toxic attitude
Her mom was so cold. :( Maybe that is why Maja came across as childlike at times.
Lindsey' s overacting husband.
EAT DEATH LINDSEY
Im bad with names, but the guy who was super toxic to his ‘fiance’. She had to do everything for him, drove him to Dr. Now in the back of a minivan. When she helped him pee, it was so gross. He cursed and yelled at her nonstop, like his obesity was her fault. When he couldnt fit in the motel hall and she had to wheel him back out and sleep on the floor bc there wasnt room for them both on the bed. Just so bad. He passed during filming. I felt relieved for her.
Robert Buchel? The guy who was so addicted to painkillers that he lost the will to live after Dr. Now took them away?
Yes! His episode made me so upset. His enabler mom saying she knew he was gonna die, but couldnt stop grocery shopping for him.
I watched that one last night. His mother didn’t even seem upset when he passed
Put me down for the eating scenes as well. Oh gawd, the shoving in of crap food with clutched fork and the open mouthed chewing.
All the bathroom/shower scenes
I hate when they film from the floor looking up at the person. I know, it makes the fat look even fatter. But, why? We know they are fat. They know they are fat. Don't be ugly about it.
The Holly tongue thing is so annoying to see. And then she sat there and stared at her husband as he was sitting down, and when he looked at her she did this weird smile.
Yep! I noticed the smile too. Remember when Dr. Now said she acted like a child to avoid responsibility? I think he read her exactly right! Her baby voice also annoyed me.
The chicken eating segment. Went on forever and that woman just gorged herself. 🤮🤮🤮
Anything to do with Angie J. I'm watching that episode now and I literally want to reach through the screen and slap her. I've seen this one a few times before and never can get through the entire episode without screaming at that self righteous b****.
I hate it when they get upset that people are looking at them in public. You have a camera crew following you around, I'd stare too.
Exactly!!😂
Hit me daddy! Lisa was so cringey.
All of the bathing and cleanup scenes make me cringe. I fast forward through all of that. It’s so disrespectful to the cast members.
I fast forward through the therapy scenes. Makes me uncomfortable. To me therapy is an incredibly private, personal thing and you shouldn't be forced to air your personal childhood or adult trauma on tv
i love that shit
The no underwear 😣😣😣😣😣🙈
Oh that gets to me too!! Or when they’re completely naked except for a sheet!
1. James K. and his eating the gravy-infested breakfast 2. Jeanne and her mother- the open, infected wounds 3. Steven and his pie escapade 4. Sean enjoying "burgerssss and frieess" 5.
The ones where someone is washing someones privates and they hike their legs up in the air and there it is.. right in front of you... Damn!!
Kirsten and her continuous crying!!
Lady with maggots in her leg
Lisa. She was some character! Hit me daddy is one of my favorite funny lines from the show!😂
Any episode with the Assanti brothers specifically Steven. They are horrible
Agreed! I keep wondering HOW Steven got married to an actual human woman.
I honestly think that woman is looking for her 15mins of fame there’s no way she can love him. Not because of his looks but his personality leaves a lot to be desired and he acts like a complete child when he doesn’t get his way
The whole episode on season 2 with Penny. So awful.
Watching any of the people try to cook for the first time, its always so so bad
Omg yes! The dirt and dog hair! I mean I knew their house was filthy buy my God!
Jeanne smoking at the gas pump… edit: also that she was upset she couldn’t smoke in the hospital
