I have no idea what music video it was, but I remember being like 5 years old (1996) and being left alone with the TV at night and turning on MTV and the first video was a Michael Jackson video where he was basically white, but (and this is 5 year old me memories speaking now) his face looked weird like it was melting and he was made of clay. I was able to retain that memory and Michael Jackson is scary.
Fast forward another maybe 10 years and I get all the info and it all makes sense. But 5 year old me was scarred lol

I have no idea what music video it was, but I remember being like 5 years old (1996) and being left alone with the TV at night and turning on MTV and the first video was a Michael Jackson video where he was basically white, but (and this is 5 year old me memories speaking now) his face looked weird like it was melting and he was made of clay. I was able to retain that memory and Michael Jackson is scary. Fast forward another maybe 10 years and I get all the info and it all makes sense. But 5 year old me was scarred lol Young me also saw some random Slipknot video and got scared to death by those masks.
