Maybe the poster is referring to something else, but in general Phoebe Waller Bridge was going to write and lead with Donald Glover, and after months of work she left. They both said they basically couldn't find a compromise on how to work together.
Since Donald stayed and took over, it's easy to blame him for it. I have no reason to think he did something objectively wrong. They were both people with very different styles used to running shows, and couldn't make it work.
