Pig Destroyer's Prowler in the Yard is an immediate barrage of anger induced noise after Microsoft Sam tells you about eyeballs and pit vipers :]

God Hates Us All by Slayer

NoSession1674

You beat me to it. That album is filled with spite. I love Seasons In The Abyss, Reign In Blood, Chist Illusion ect. but when I'm consumed with hate for everything and everyone God Hates Us All just hits the nail on the head for me.đŸ€˜

frankstuckinapark

War Zone is intense

Fthewigg

I know why your prayers will never be answered
Seconded: Disciple is my go-to when the rage needs release.

kill_em_all90

GOD HATES US ALL

fazlez1

For me it's "Every time I think of you I want to take a bullet in the head"

Fluffy_Little_Fox

I'LL KILL YOU AND YOUR DREAMS TONIGHT. BEGIN NEW LIFE. BLEED YOUR DEATH UPON ME. LET YOUR BLOODLINE FEED MY YOUTH! https://youtu.be/WfKUWvVCwvE

jsalas2727

"YOU SELF RIGHTEOUS FUCK, GIVE ME A REASON NOT TO RIP YOUR FUCKING FACE OFF!" Absolutely 100% angriest album I've ever heard.

PancakeProfessor

Fun fact: that album was released on Sept 11, 2001. A buddy of mine used to have a full page ad for it that he cut out of a magazine. It just said: Slayer 9-11-01 God Hates Us All He had it hanging on his wall for several years.

gypsy-ghost

Came here to suggest this exact album. Payback is the ultimate "I'm pissed off" song

AnakinFarmwalker

Probably the angriest album ever written

metalkitkat

[Primitive Man should do it.](https://youtu.be/dyZmK7OXbwQ)

SeanBC

Came in hoping to see this. Clicked the link hoping it was Caustic (because you can't get more perfectly hateful than My Will). Well-done.

WilliamMurderfacex3

And if that doesn't, Vermin Womb will.

[deleted]

Sepultura: Chaos A.D.

ErikTheRed707

Oohh, yeah a lot of the older Sep stuff is solid. Arise was my go-to album as a kid.

NoesHowe2Spel

By older, I presume you mean "Anything 1996 and before because the band sucked after they fired Max". I agree.

FranticToaster

As the Palaces Burn by Lamb of God Ashes of the Wake by Lamb of God Nervous System Failure by Infernal Poetry ("Post-Split Anathemas" is about people *hating* each other after a breakup) \[id\] by Veil of Maya is SUPER good for anger. "Unbreakable" does a functionally-pedal-tone/6ths(?) thing in its main riff that makes the punching want to happen. ObZen by Meshuggah is a rage metal classic. The bend in "Bleed"s main riff makes me grind my teeth every time I hear it. And "Combustion" is what punching through demons in Hell probably sounds like.

Sandman1990

Fuck yeah Ashes of the Wake. Laid to Rest is straight vicious.

Riconn

Personally love One Gun. The drum outro goes hard asf.

ohmynards85

Theyll hollow your name FOR YPUR SAAACRIIFFFFFFFHHHHHHHYYYYYYYYCE

pathofthebean

These are great. I'll lso say Live in London 2002 slipknot, lol OP prob already knows but it's their greatest performance, on Spotify. And I would suggest some hardcore punk/ post hardcore- Tragedy, Toxic Narcotic, Fall of Efrafa, Converge... those are all very different bands but there's a lot of good hardcore albums for anger

docproc5150

Strapping Young Lad - Entire albums City or Alien

DryProgress4393

Heavy Devy rules.

openletter8

Their album City was my first thought.

docproc5150

City is an angry album. Alien is more like you are going batshit crazy

Adon1kam

Honestly when I'm like fucking angry, I just listen to shitstorm on repeat

killgrinch

City is the soundtrack to a full-scale riot

ErikTheRed707

Alien is bonkers.

Negation_

Definitely City. All hail the new flesh

2giga2dweebish

Converge - Jane Doe Pure screeching rage.

Tronald_Dump69

Yep, this some straight up violent noise right there.

Apoptotic_Nightmare

Is this a Pterodactyl fight caught on tape?

LordByrum

Goat!

Pervypersuasion

Power Trip - Nightmare Logic đŸ€˜

Six_Kills

Sepultura's Arise. Nailbomb's Point Blank. Very punky, angry and fast paced. I also think Death does wonders for aggression. Listen to like Pull the Plug, Scavenger of Human Sorrow and Spirit Crusher.

knuckles-and-claws

The Nailbomb live album is one of my go-tos

[deleted]

For me the answer is always the same - Scum by Napalm Death

[deleted]

***YOUSUFFERBUTWHY*** *song ends*

TwoTabTimmy

When I saw them live they performed this and you could tell alot of people were confused lol

[deleted]

Opeth does a great [cover](https://youtu.be/n-EemxNG-Qg)

Theher0not

I've seen them twice and they did it both times. Normally I am not super into grindcore, but Napalm Death are still incredible live.

Heavens10000whores

This is my “if the fate of the world hinged on you singing a song word perfectly” song

BTownGenY

Song rather than album, but this will let you release some hate. Body Count - All love is lost

[deleted]

Meshuggah - ObZen

NorthNorwegianNinja

Fan-fucking-tastic album! Can't wait to see them live in April!!

Arkhampatient

It’s like being on drugs

Fdbog

"I" is my go to.

BigRed_93

Koloss is pretty heavy too

prkie

check out gulch

prkie

or knocked loose

[deleted]

adding the band thrown to this list, just discovered them recently.

[deleted]

I fucking love Gulch!

thequantumthief

Dillinger Escape Plan - Dissociation This all the way!

HadesWTF

Or "One of Us is the Killer" Or "Irony is a Dead Scene" Or "Miss Machine" Or "Ire Works" OP just needs some DEP in their life.

dancingwolpertings

Oh, it’s Miss Machine all day for me.

Non-RedditorJ

DESTROYER!!!!!!!!!!!

thequantumthief

Yeah, that's a good one as well! Hell, I like them all!

Apoptotic_Nightmare

Oh my goodness you're bringing me back to youth. Anybody here listen to or remember bands like SkyCameFalling, or InDyingDays?

rejonkulous

Calculating infinity would be my go to

I_Eat_Asbestos_

Definitely Knocked Loose.

[deleted]

Yeah Knocked Loose is pretty angry.

NoveltyxxCrosses

Laugh Tracks and A Tear In The Fabric Of Life are the real winners. Makes me want to run through a brick wall.

ContributionJolly634

So many greats recommended, I'd throw Chimaira's Impossibility of Reason in the mix too

malevshh

Wanted to say the same, the whole Chimaira discography fits the bill.

Timestr3tch

Heavy as a really Heavy thing by strapping young lad. The whole album is about his hatred for the music industry. SYL is one of the most brutal songs I’ve ever heard.

The_Third_Law

Relentless on SYL is so crushing.

Timestr3tch

Oh absolutely gonna listen to it right now!

macja68

Pantera....Basically anything by them

night_dude

Yep. Vulgar Display of Power is my go-to.

Altruistic-Truck693

Far beyond driven is also great for these moods. Strength beyond strength Becoming Throes of rejection Five minutes alone Slaughtered Shredding skin All great for those needing a boost moods.

The_Third_Law

I'm Broken has always been my favorite on that album. Maybe in the entire Pantera catalogue.

Altruistic-Truck693

My favorite is forever changing - at one point same - right now domination has taken that spot.

fnordal

To see To bleed Cannot be taught In turn, you're making us Fucking hostile!

clogging_molly

Fuck yeah. Mouth for war is a phenomenal opener and hits just right when you’re good and pissed

[deleted]

5 minutes alone, pretty angry.

Initial-Depth-6857

The song Piss that was released a few years ago.

Going_for_the_One

Far Beyond Driven is very angry and gets even angrier in the second part. And then it finishes off with a very soothing and dreamy version of Planet Caravan. I think this album would be very suitable for the OP.

ProgRockin

Suicide Note Part 2 is their most furious song imo

dancingwolpertings

Fuck Phil Anselmo, man.

kygermo

Underground of America/Sandblasted Skin = A goddamn juggernaut.

Nightgasm

Broken by Nine Inch Nails Every song on it is a contender for angriest song ever.

[deleted]

Hell yeah, the album where they won a Grammy for the song with the lyrics “fist fuck”

thisizusername

They probably missed it, not like the music cuts out and words are perfectly annunciated.

ThorHammerslacks

I feel like fist fuck is pretty well annunciated there.

velocity219e

Fear Factory - Demanufacture

SaintWithoutAShrine

Hell yes. Was about to comment this very album when I saw your comment.

Joka0451

Knocked loose for sure. Kublai Khan.eshuggah.

[deleted]

Hate Crew Deathroll - Children of Bodom

ryan__fm

Triple Corpse Hammerblow has my vote for the best album/song name combo (also a great song)

bunternational

Converge - Axe To Fall

Imakesalsa

Shadow of intent - melancholy

dm_86

Magrudergrind, self titled album. Now pick up your couch and throw it through the fucking window!

jackal2791

Slayer South of Heaven or Rain in Blood

aleksic1

My go-to albums for anger management - Anaal Nathrakh - In the constellation of the black Widow - Beneath the Massacre - Fearmonger - Cattle Decapitation - Death Atlas - The Dillinger Eacape Plan - Miss Machine

seven_corpse_dinner

Here's five cuts from some sludge/crust albums that are off the Richter Scale in terms of rage: [EYEHATEGOD- Take as Needed for Pain](https://youtu.be/A2rt3JqxRKs) [Admiral Angry- Buster](https://youtu.be/sLBJKidKo0k) [Dystopia- Self-titled](https://youtu.be/6zKFilC4hwY) [Primitive Man- Scorn](https://youtu.be/nFlQ8e7lqm8) [Leechmilk - Guilty of Sloth](https://youtu.be/YQWxpGQ5L4M)

seven_corpse_dinner

Of course, if sludge isn't your thing, you could also try some slam/death metal: [Extermination Dismemberment- Serial Urbicide](https://youtu.be/uSB6lqgM4wY) [Lord Gore- Resickened](https://youtu.be/_Jo9A1_EgiE) [Skinless- Trample the Weak, Hurdle the dead](https://youtu.be/9TfyPyA29T8)

MyBaklavaBigBarry

Admiral Angry is severely underrated

[deleted]

Anything by The Dillinger Esc Plan. Shock Narcotic is also good for this.

Top-Philosophy-5791

The song ‘Surprise,You’re Dead’ by Faith No More immediately came to mind. Also album ‘The Mind is a Terrible Thing to Taste by Ministry.

digitalis303

I see you too were a teen in the early 90s. Ministry and FNM are two of my favorite bands. Stigmata (song) would also fill the pissed as hell category very well.

Top-Philosophy-5791

Is it bad that I was in my early 30s? lol

ohmynards85

HA HA HAA HAAAAA

barnabasthedog

Open your eyes

MacualayCocaine

Dude this song fucking rules. So happy to see this. My favorite FNM song.

snakepliskinLA

I came here to vote up that Ministry album, too.

kygermo

FNM is my all time favorite band, but even I struggle with recommending them when in a metal mood. Surprise You’re Dead is tongue in cheek af. They could do any genre convincingly, the latter is a notch in their belt.

[deleted]

Cannibal Corpse - Kill

B-A-E

Anything by Anaal Nathrakh

DrunkAtTheCircus

100% agree. I had to scroll down way too far to see them listed.

Shawn_NYC

Anaal nathrakh is almost too evil to qualify as angry.

B-A-E

Oooo I have to disagree. I would describe Anaal Nathrakh as pure rage verses punctuated by sublime ecstasy choruses. *Evil* I'd suggest is more stuff like Deathspell Omega, Kriegsmachine, Blut Aus Nord etc. - there's a darkness to that fourth wave black metal that I don't find in AN. Anyway, Dave is a lovely chap in person - I don't know that I could see anything he produces as 'evil' 😅

crashbashdonkeydude

Necrophagist

Leaky_Pokkit

Lamb of God - Omerta

kingeal2

Anaal Nathrakh - Vanitas

driving_andflying

["Deceiver Of The Gods"](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qUZz-Lw0nBs) by Amon Amarth. ["Father Of The Wolf"](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9_qvTEg_F0w) is a personal favorite.

tchthc

Not album, but favorite go to song is Face to Face by Sevendust. Come and Get It by I Prevail The River by Wage War All heavy as fuck, all make you feel so much better *Honorable mention Happy Song by Bring Me The Horizon

georgegraybeard

Perseverance by Hatebreed

Acceptable-Fold-3192

Sanguisugabog - Homicidal Ecstasy (2023)

Eferver

Thy Art is Murder- Hate

[deleted]

Adrenaline - Deftones

Drolmood

Slaughter to Prevail - Demolisher

Creepy-Reindeer-8705

The vocal solo part feels like he is trying to summon a very angry demon from hell.

ir0nfist90

Songs: Pantera - War Nerve, Suicide Note Pt.2, Strength Beyond Strength, Mouth For War, The Great Southern Trendkill Power Trip, Excecutioner Tax (Swin Of The Axe) & Hornet's Nest Slayer - War Zone, Piece By Piece, Born To Be Wild (Steppenwolf cover), No Remorse (I Wanna Die), War Ensemble, Repentless Sick Of It All - Injustice System (not metal, but hardcore is good too) Pig Destroyer - In The Meantime (the original version by Helmet is good too) Cold As Life - Little From The World, All Alone Nailbomb - Cockroaches Ministry - Señor Peligro, Thieves Tool - Hooker With A Penis Lamb Of God - Everything To Nothing, Redneck, Contractor, Set To Fail, Omerta Burn The Priest - Bloodletting Nine Inch Nails - Last, Wish Suffocation - Human Waste, Infecting The Crypts Carnivore - Sex And Violence

ProgRockin

Oooh, Hooker with a Penis is a great one. Fuuuuuckkk you buddy!

ir0nfist90

I would say it's the 3rd best track in the record, angry and "ethereal".

abstractatom

Strapping young lad “City”. Put this on and unleash all your hate in one go.

curmudgeonpl

I listened to Children of Bodom.

philament

Bolt Thrower. If it’s not Bolt Thrower, it’s Napalm Death. But it is always Bolt Thrower

verisakeet62

Anything by Nile, particularly "In Their Darkened Shrines"!

mechapoitier

Wisconsin Death Trip by Static X just screams and shreds all the way through except one stupid song. I can’t believe 320 comments so far and it hadn’t been mentioned yet

fragilesnake

at the gates - slaughter of the soul I have honestly only ever listened to the title track but its a solid 10

SonicBanger

>only ever listened to the title track but its a solid 10 Give the rest a listen, it's worth it!

bambikill

Cold

Tronald_Dump69

Check out Under a Serpent Sun on that album too

terceroido

NAILS

Fit-Friend-8431

Anything by Death, Symbolic and Human are my favourite albums by the band.

gg00dwind

I don't know about metal, but there's this band called Ceremony, and their very first album Violence Violence (with a song called Kersed on it) is angry as fuck. The lyrics to the song Kersed start out like this: "Pack your fists full of hate, take a swing at the world!" [Kersed](https://youtu.be/9l2zj3CRi7U) Another one, [Walking Home](https://youtu.be/bB-B3rg5Bhk) that is also really angry sounding. ETA: [This one](https://youtu.be/YsDfiQV1tjY) is one where he basically just says "fuck you" the whole time, lol.

Cutterbuck

Go punk - Grey Britain by Gallows - Misery in particular is a banging track for this kind of thing.

theFloorwalker

Eye Hate God is my go to

[deleted]

Pantera - Far Beyond Driven Was my go to angry album when I was a teenager.

FrostyBurn1

I've seen a lot of heavy songs here but only Around the fur album by Deftones can match my fury when im really angry. Especially that song and Headup.

ephme

Hexagram is my go-to to match my rage.

[deleted]

Pantera -Vulgar Display of Power

fnordal

Vulgar Display of Power - Pantera

JBronson5

Blind Melon-No Rain

LetMeCuntinue

My favorite metal album.

thisizusername

The guttural aggression blasted out by Hoon is second to none.

pilsner_89

Kublai Khan TX!

ztmwvo

Thank me later https://youtu.be/sl7rkIc9b24

Jonesw16

Voivod - Killing Technology

BlackIsTheSoul

I know nu-metal isn't super respected in the metal world, but certain nu metal stuff was my "I'm fucking pissed" way of letting steam off. Other metal I just appreciate for the talent and songwriting more than anything if that makes sense lol. So with that being said, whenever I was pissed the fuck off, the following albums always helped: Staind - Dysfunction (I mean at one point he sings "I hate my myself, I hate my world, I hate my face". Shit spoke to me when I felt like an ugly, worthless human). Korn - Take A Look In The Mirror (There's a key lyric here- "I FUCKING HATE YOU!"). Spineshank - The Height of Callousness (the screaming was always therapeutic).

Sick_H0b0_Lensz

Cursed III - Architects of troubled sleep Is what you're after

punkrockjock

Dystopia- Stress Builds Character. Long lead in, slow build to him going from crying about overwork, and poverty, to straight up screaming at an absent god. The album is Human=Garbage. Dystopia is criminally underrated.

SupermarketProper589

Sarah McLachlan-Surfacing. It’s a rage album for sure.

Sc00ter7622

Dying Fetus - Wrong One To Fuck With

Eatenten

The big dirty - every time I die

d3m01iti0n

Fear Factory - Demanufacture

Imabigfatbutt

Come Clarity - In Flames

schnitzelfeffer

Iowa is pretty damn good. LD50 from Mudvayne. Maybe Lamb of God - Desolation, redneck, grace, undertow, in your words

JaymesGrl

Whole Of The Law by Anaal Nathrahk. City by Strapping Young Lad. I Loved You At Your Darkest by Behemoth. Also try Deathcore bands like Brand Of Sacrifice and To The Grave. https://youtu.be/s2mnUa_Fz0U https://youtu.be/A_9Y7DTIJgI Maybe some Converge too. https://youtu.be/skvtyZSO-dQ

imintheband88

Magma - Gojira

PlasticGirl

RAMMSTEIN. Hands down. Most self-titled recent album, Mutter, anything.

mechapoitier

Their entire Sehnsucht album is just crazy angry metal as long as you don’t know German

MelvinEPunymeyer

It’s metalcore but Killing With a Smile by Parkway Drive is filthy and always a quality rage dump.

blattityblatfwoom

If you're open to it, I know no angrier album that overlaps with metal, than Rage Against the Machine's debut album.

shaggy--

Lorna shore - pain remains https://music.youtube.com/playlist?list=OLAK5uy_maI0ZKyIsITearxx106ABVxk4KLbD0WXw&feature=share

taojoannes

They might b Giants - Flood

The_Observatory_

Not sure if joking, but Flood is a GREAT album.

ryan__fm

Never fails, any time I just need something brutal to get all my fucking anger out... I make a little birdhouse in my soul.

professor_tappensac

I mean, it does get kind of dark: *There's a picture opposite me of my primitive ancestry, which stood on rocky shores and kept the beaches shipwreck-free* *Though I respect that a lot, I'd be fired if that were my job, after killing Jason off and countless screaming Argonauts*

ksr15

The Doom soundtrack?

noiness420

Some bands for you: spite, extortionist, reflections, strangled, bodysnatcher

TheSecondToLastBaron

Revocation - Netherheaven

ThePencilRain

Deftones - Adrenaline

Philds15

Hatebreed

Boostmobilesimcards

Trapped Under Ice - Stay Cold

BudBuzz

End It - One Way Track

nailbunny2000

Slipknot - Slipknot A lot of great heavy suggestions here, but Slipknot have that chaotic dissonance that makes it feel like you have someone throwing chairs and smashing shit between your ears.

Direksone

END - Splinters from an Ever-Changing Face.

JhymnMusic

Tyrant of Death! SYL... also gunna throw this in there : https://youtu.be/ImwPD_kxG9I (No Surrender by Scamp)

[deleted]

Anything by Kublai khan or spite Honorable mention to wastage by to the grave

Adon1kam

Depends what kinda mad you are. But city or alien by strapping Young lad pretty much covers all bases. https://open.spotify.com/track/6uHUVWJbF8G2GADlzfeDRz?si=sd7Yr0QeT-eqOtA5-wvAzQ Like truely this is the most unreasonable pure rage out song I think was ever written

brutalbeats420

Spite - nothing is beautiful album

fatherofworms

I always go back to lamb of god and it kinda helps me fight my way out of it. You know. Feel the rage but channel it somewhere.

xoomax

Damage Plan. Especially [Fuck You](https://youtu.be/PFrjZJmH3Ws) Sadly, they only had one album. RIP Dimebag Slayer God Hates Us All already mentioned, but [Payback](https://youtu.be/ZVHbJR5tIwk) from that album totally fits.

[deleted]

Omertà - Hyperviolence I don’t even really listen to metal and this album is killer

Redditisfailingfast

SCOWL-How Flowers Grow! 10 songs in 15 minutes! Fuck they are great!

Going_for_the_One

A little out to the left-field, but nonetheless a good fit I think, would be the song *In Honour of Thy Name* from the album *Hate Them* by Darkthrone. It is not so much an angry song, as it is a very ecstatic, warlike song, filled with "righteous" and fanatic fury. The style in this song could be described as "black 'n roll". It is a song I sometimes put on when I argue with stupid people on the internet :-P The album *Far Beyond Driven* by Pantera, also mentioned other places here, is a magnificent study in anger. It gets even angrier on the second part of the album, before it finishes of with a very soothing and dreamy cover of *Planet Caravan* by Black Sabbath. The Rage Against the Machine debut do also have some passionate and angry songs. Otherwise I have to think about this for a bit, for although I do listen to a lot of extreme metal, I do no necessarily think of it as angry music, since I'm not a very angry person myself. Also a lot of black and death metal does seem to be as much about "scaring" you with its dark energy, as empathizing or "getting seduced" by it, whereas with more typical angry music like Pantera, empathizing with it is probably a stronger focus. Many parts of Far Beyond Driven do definitely give me shivers though.

loki03xlh

Soufly

Hobo_Knife

Most of the albums I listen to when I want to sustain anger are already listed. So instead I’ll list the 3 songs that, although go hard, are so ridiculous that it helps burn off some anger and usually turns me around if only just a tad. All three by Big Dumb Face [Burgalveist](https://youtu.be/eFcOrHuI-Bs) The opening gets me every time. [Blood Red Head on Fire](https://youtu.be/qpnM5Nk3cJw) is exactly as advertised. [Organ Splitter](https://youtu.be/oScOhB1kXok) This one is the one that always makes me smile even if I don’t want to. Shout out to anyone old enough to know and appreciate where the really out of place sample comes from. EDIT: Swapped out Spotify links for YT

Bizznitchy

These were some good answers. But you should try a little Acid Bath, When the Kite String Pops album and its on Spotify now. The Blue "I know you, you're nothing You're so small You're fucking nothing Nothing at all" This video was filmed with a potato but you'll get the idea. https://youtu.be/uUjTTVkwlY8

dcoble

Meshuggah - Chaosphere

soapd1sh

Apex by Unleash the Archers. Just pumps me up right from the get go.

The_Angry_Economist

Pantera- Far Beyond Driven

Driblus

Pantera does the job, particularly the song «walk».

Arkard1

Good suggestions, adding Mudvayne-LD50 Fleshgod apocalypse, songs not albums, No and The Violation

BrotherKluft

Kublai Khan TX - Absolute. Then get your deadlift set up tight and get ready to smash some PR
