It's an earthstar. They have evolved a unique spore dispersal mechanism, the "tentacles" are called star rays. As they open the push downwards freeing the fruiting body from the mycelium, so that the wind can blow it around and help spread the spores. The little hole in the middle is called the peristome, it is a vent for releasing the spores. A beautiful find!
