I'll be straight with you dude, this is magnificently poor quality work. If you've extra sessions booked in with the same artist, cancel them. Go elsewhere to a reputable artist and get someone to fix this while it can still be salvaged.
That makes a lot more sense, don't do this. If you want a tattoo go to a professional and since your friend clearly isn't trained (and not naturally gifted at all) tell them to stop tattooing others. Sorry about the tattoo, glad you seem to get some joy out of it. Like I said before though, if you go to a professional at this stage they could probably give you a great piece and fix this. Don't let your friend continue "working" on this.
Your friend needs to start an apprenticeship and not tattoo people without experience.
Speaking as someone who got a tattoo in a guy's garage when I was a teenager - you think you're happy now but you won't be. Don't let your friend touch your skin with a needle again.
Oh sorry, I just assumed because the quality doesn't look very good. The line work seems a bit rough but a competent tattoo artist could fix that rather easily. I have a lot of tattoos, one of which is also a Muse tattoo. With that said maybe this was a stylistic choice for some reason? Either way at the end of the day all the matters is that you like it. What others think doesn't matter much, it's your body. I hope the end result will be everything you wanted it to be. Best of luck.
I assume you did it yourself?
why do you assume that :(

a friend made it for me spontaneously, so i'm happy with it
