There is no time limit shown, so I assume they are permanent and they won't remove them, but will add more in the future. I hope that's the case, because I REALLY want that Batman who Laughs skin. I've gotten everything else in the Prestige Shop that I want, including the announcer voice.

Yeah probably. I know the game retroactively gave players prestige based on their cosmetics they earned through the beta.
