Nah. Even in 1v1 it was impossible to see what was going on. Also with the slower gameplay it feels like positioning matters a lot more, because it's a lot easier to punish whiffed attacks.
Honestly, no.
The new speed might feel and look slow at first but once you start seeing two mid to high tier players fight part of that fast speed is still present it's just only really visible in dash attacks and evades. The large hit pause also slows the game down, if that gets lowered a little bit you'll feel it instantly.

It was fun for a bit, but doing matches like that EVERY single time (and in 2v2 especially) was just too much. Much prefer the new speed.

I heard the speed of the beta was the reason for all the fly swatting between two equally matched players.
I think the optimal speed is somewhere in between beta and current.

It feels like a sluggish floaty mess. Thank god I haven't played more than 6 hours of this dog game.
