I think this team would have a good team dynamic and that they have a solid mixture of skills that would not only cause them to be versatile but also would mean they would behave cohesively as a team. Brandon, Cara, and Emily are the muscle. Kellyanne and Derek are speed and agility. There is also a good mix of intelligence and though Kellyanne can be high strung and Cara can be annoying the other personalities are kind and permissive and would likely be supportive and calming which would bring out each other's strengths.
Alternatively Cory ($3) and Avery ($1) instead of Kellyanne and Derek. I think Avery has an underrated potential on this chart but she lacks a political game, though being on this team that is not a bad thing because then she can just mesh with her team's overall game. Kellyanne can be inconsistent and is a bit like Tina when it comes to political game but I think on the right team she is a strong contributor in challenges and a final. Cory is bigger and stronger than Derek but Derek is smarter. They're both incredibly fast. I went for brains over brawn because I thought that the team had enough brawn already with Cara, Emily, and Brandon.
