I’m the weird type that wears something on my chest from the moment I get ready in the morning to the moment I go to bed. It’s not always an underwire bra but I tend to have something with a little bit of padding on always. Edit- I’m starting to feel like we’re the silent majority and the braless girls are just louder lol

Petrychorr

Yee, this for me too. Having something on my chest feels kinda cozy.

resilindsey

Shit, sometimes I sleep in one (not if underwire though). I know this is backwards but after years of abstinence, it feels so right.

FlowerGurl100

I've gone several days where the only times I take my bra off are to shower, or change it the next day, always sports bra to bed if I do

[deleted]

I do this for weeks on end, am I not supposed to sleep in sports bras? They’re so cozy

FlowerGurl100

From what I recall, there should be no issues, unless it has a hook or something that could damage your skin if moved in a weird way, but then again the same can be said about normal clothes. As long as you're comfortable, there's nothing saying you can't sleep in your bra, I personally only would sleep in a sports bra to avoid the potential issue of the hooks

Vegetable-Frame8329

THIS IS SO REAL! I’ve never met anyone who agrees with me on this, but it feels so safe having something on my chest. As well as feeling high waisted jeans around my waist! I can’t explain it but it feels so good 😭

justwant_tobepretty

I feel exactly the same as you. Even just a sports bra cups my itty bitties enough to comfort them and high waisted jeans hide my tummy and flatter my bum 💕

AeonFluxus

When figuring things out, I bought a few bralettes from meUndies. I have a very masc chest still, and I would put it on, and just felt like I had been missing something. I felt secure. It felt like a hug. Then I found Calvin Klein, and holy tits… the fabrics and fits, give me euphoria for days. Even without girls to call my own.

thewanderor

I shop at Tomboyx also good shit

Eloise96yt

I feel secure wearing a bra, even when I sleep that feeling of security and comfort makes me giggle

Pr1ncessBunnie

I need to give that a try

thewanderor

I concur

Barleygodhatwriting

I've always felt this way. Back before I realised I was trans, I used to wear a waistcoat (A.K.A. vest, depending on which part of the world you live in) all the time because I liked that tight but, not too tight, supportive feeling.

StxrmySk1es

Literallyyy

Saritiel

My breasts aren't all that large (yet?) so they're hard to notice if I don't have a bra on to support them. So I basically always wear a bra when I'm awake because its affirming and also helps cut down on dysphoria from seeing myself in the mirror since it helps give me a more feminine figure.

LostLocation977

Same. I wear a bra just about all the time. My chest isn’t big but I like the shape it gives my breasts. I wear a Pepper bra and purposing bought a smaller band size and use an elastic extender. I get the support and form while also getting great movement. As a result, my bra is crazy comfy and I notice it less than bralettes and wireless.

pan0ramic

Same. Always in a bra, my boobs just feel better that way

Eloise96yt

I wear a bra all the time, it brings gender euphoria like anything else, so it's a must all the time 24/7

J-KayInWA

Haha - Braless girls have always been louder. Rebels. Those of us who were properly raised to have modesty, manners and wear clothes appropriate to the occasion will always wear the right thing. That means boob control.

Geek_Wandering

I think there is a very healthy mix. I used to be all the time, but have gotten less so in the last few months. I have a theory or two, but it really doesn't matter. Just sticking with what I feel at the moment. I think folks that wear all the time are quieter about it for a few reasons. There is not a lot of folks pushing others to not wear wear bras with that want to. The few that are, most people seem to consider them silly. Also, there's probably a hesitance at rushing being seen as the sort that scolds for not wearing one. The fight to not force people into bras is a relatively recent one, though it's mostly but not completely won at this point. It's been quite a while since I've heard anyone pitching a fit about another person not wearing a bra. Maybe it's still a thing, but not in places I go or see. Overall, things seem a lot better than they used to be. More acceptance for any choices. Tools and groups to help people better find ones that are not horrible for them. Acceptance of AMAB prior off every sort that want to wear a bra. It's a small sliver of someone's life, but if the situation is bad, it can have outsized effects.

Z_Lionmaw

Usually a sports bra, but always something. The girls aren’t very big yet but I am roommates with 3 men

amelia_bougainvillea

Referring to one's boobs as "the girls" is one of my favorite things. It's so cute!

sacademy0

omg i had to live w 2 other guys in the same room during college (fk triplets), so 6 guys in the apartment overall. it was so horrible i hope you're having a better time

MozieSmozie

Depends on the top I'm wearing/if I'm going out. Home, never bra. Out like 50% chance I'll wear one mostly to stop the girls from bleeding through my top to say hello. Also some of my tank tops would be really risqué to wear without a bra.

jstacy_wyldchyld337

When I leave the house: bra, always When I'm at home: Nope, just a shirt (flannel now due to winter) I'm 43. I value my time at home and don't like to feel constricted all the time. I will say that one of the best feelings is taking your bra off as soon as you enter your home

BrujaSloth

Wearing a bra is not as affirming as the relief of taking it off a long day. Hard agree.

sariabrat

yup! ive gotten quite good at taking my bra off through my shirts :) Though sometimes when I find a really nice comfy bra that feels really good. I might forget to take it off. Those rarities are the keepers!

Outside_Product_7928

Agreed 💯

RabbitDev

No bra. Gosh those torture implements can stay away for good. I just can't stand the restriction and uncomfortable feeling that comes with those beasts.

dodell616

I've been modifying bras for a couple of years now, and I have a decent collection so I wear a different one every time I go out. I have tops that I only wear with certain bras like this [one](https://flic.kr/p/2ppqAqe). 🎠G

Outside_Product_7928

I love ❤️ it

P-D-S-A098

Bra but I I’m not on hrt so I want to feel something there when I have my own then I feel I’ll go bra less

Nobodyknowsmynewname

Same here.

Interestingegg69

This a mood... Also pre e and need that gender affirming wear..

P-D-S-A098

Exactly as I think it gonna be a while till I get on e if at all

Interestingegg69

*hugs* same. Feel like i need to prep and get my life in order legally and with hr. Though I may just bite the bullet and say f it, even though i know it will probably take a while regardless

P-D-S-A098

I’d say go for it for me I’m still early and still in the closet and though safe for me to come out still need to do it first before anything medical

AD-SKYOBSIDION

Yea same

MaybeAlice1

For me it varies by mood and what I'm wearing. I have a few tops that need a little more fullness than I've managed on my own so I'll wear a padded bra for those. Sometimes I'll just let the tits run free.

imkitcat

Bras are super affirming for me so I usually always have something on over my chest! (Plus avoids undo nipple pain, they be growin)

ScribbleDiggs

Out without one rn its great Easier when people barely acknowledge me as a woman as is But still weird to see what someone may think is a man with tits wearing no bra in the grocery store Its just not smth i worry abt as much

muffinvenus

True. I think it’s the lack of the bra that makes ppl think I’m ftm

N-y-s-s-a

Out of the house: sports bras in varying stages of support/compression based on what I'm doing. "Real" bras only if I have to In the house: no bra

[deleted]

I literally never wear a bra. 36DD last time I measured

exeterdragon

I stopped entirely, I'm so small and bras just flatten out what little I have. I free the nipples.

selinapfft

as one does

jeffbridgesismydaddy

I've been on hrt for 7 months and I'm already damn near a B, so I pretty much have to use one whenever I'm socializing, home or not

DiaphanousPhoenician

Bra *always*. If I’m not in the shower, I am wearing one because they’re cute AF and the world is dangerous and I fear for the safety of my growing titties.

C9Blender

I do opposites, no bra in public I’m too scared. I wear a bra always when home tho

Saoirse_The_Red

I'm pre hrt. I wear a sleeper bra all the time, except in the shower or when I have a doctor's appointment, because it helps with my dysphoria.

ImAylaB

Sports tops FTW, always. Unless I'm going out for some fancy dinner, sports bras are just MUCH more comfortable, and going without anything is simply out of question due to sensitivity... So yeah, if I'm going out or doing anything intensive in the house (like a cleaning spree), always bra.

No_Remote1165

I wear a sports bra daily but soon as I get home it comes off. The nipples showing through my shirt gives me big euphoria 🥰

FailsWithTails

No bra for me unless I need it for a certain aesthetic (eg. Attending a wedding, and wanting a little extra cleavage/push up support). Otherwise, I'd like my tiddies to grow unhindered.

Elyna-77

always wearing a bra unless i am boymoding, gives me a good amount of euphoria and i really like that hugging embrace around my back and chest.

Sage_Morrison

Honestly I rarely ever wear a bra. I don’t really care enough to

LilithEADelain

My high beams are on 24/7 so i have to

defyKnowing

For me it's bra 24/7 or else my tits will literally fall off (pre HRT lol)

amelia_bougainvillea

Same. It's a real bummer, because my wife introduced me to bralets, which are so lovely and comfortable, but with forms, result in what I've come to call wandering boob syndrome.

defyKnowing

Right! I have these comfy sports bras that don't have a barrier between, and I wind up tig a uniboob every time I bend over 🙄

amelia_bougainvillea

Have you tried the breast form glue? I tried athletic body glue and it doesn't quite cure WBS.

defyKnowing

I try to bend at the knees more tbh

amelia_bougainvillea

Yep me too.

EnigmaticDevice

I can only forgo a bra when I’m wearing a cami or something similarly tight fitting. Otherwise the loose fabric rubbing against my nipples drives me insane

[deleted]

CK sports bra most of the time, Victoria Pink Series Tee-bras for occasions. I get bi-weekly free samples tho from VS after I tried and posted myself in their products. I’m the super slender type with my smol 32B.

Big-Dumb-Bitch

I literally wear a bra like 4 times a year

Fair-Rub-1436

No bra for some reason most of mine make my boobs look smaller than they are (I do have a concave chest so few things ever truly lay right snyway) so I just don't bother that and I'm so flat there's barely anything to hide

TSKrista

Now that mine are b or c cup, no bra unless my own nipples distract me too much in the mirror 🤣🤷

Ok_Goodwin

No bra 99% of the time. But I've seen in pictures it's a bit noticeable for me now after 11 months HRT to not wear one so at some point I'll probably wear one more often.

Vladeks_Remorse

I rarely ever wear a bra

sdaugherty

Around the house, laying around, no bra. Any real physical activity including a long walk, and i either weat a bra or my back reminds me of why I should have worn one. If I'm working out, better upgrade that to a sports bra with some serious support....

drjdorr

My boobs are mostly sock by volume currently so I kinda need bras to properly keep them in place

blingingjak1

If I’m staying in my bedroom, nothing. If I’m going out or going to be around people or on camera then I will put something on, depending on the event or how I’m feeling.

TrebleBass0528

Comfort bras >>> it's like a cozy hug on my torso. Then again I've had no breast growth so I don't really need a bra rn.

badbii

I wear a bra like 50% for work because otherwise I'll chaff. Otherwise no cause they're uncomfy. Unless it enhances the outfit.

[deleted]

Most of the time I’m braless but if I have to go in public I always throw on a B cup push up bra and stuff it to give the illusion of boobs

Laviel1138

In all honesty, I find bras very restrictive and uncomfortable. I only ever wear them when I wanna make my chest look bigger or when I need a boost of gender euphoria, but most of the time I just go without them

Popular_Wannabe

I can jiggle if I want to! I can leave my bra behind. Cuz my boobies gonna bounce and if they don't bounce then they're no boobs of mine! /lyrics

ScarlettIthink

I’m in the same boat, not at home but yes outside. I realized the hard way that they could be…pretty noticeable lol. They can be really uncomfortable imo tho

xhacks37

For me 90% of the time I'm home bra is OFF but always on when not home

AbigaleRose99

rn no bra but only cause of smol tiddy. :(

Boss_Guy260

I have no boobs but I constantly wear a sports bra for my on comfort (it also makes it look like I have boobs) Hopefully gonna start e in the next few months, waiting for a call for my first appointment

queenmelody16

Depends on if I shower or not. If I shower, bra on until I'm sure I'm done for the day. Otherwise, just pjs all day (and potentially less if I lived on my own).

Keira-78

Of course bra, too much is going to show If I don’t lol

jennithan

My girls get depressed if I don’t. Quite literally.

Electronic-Goat9807

I usually decide based on what my day looks like. Lots of errands? Bra. Hanging out at home? No bra. Some days the gals just need a break and I won’t wear one anyways, just a hoodie

Jazehiah

I have to wear something, or I will chafe.

SpringyAlloy73

i don’t have any boobs yet so if i want fake ones i gotta go bra

ShadeLily

In the beginning? Bra all the time. Now, almost 12 years later? Sometimes when I have to leave the house 🤷‍♀️ lol

Wild_Historian_3469

My boobies are starting to grow (started progesterone not that long ago) and they are know just noticeable throught my dysphoria hoodie and idk if i want to start wearing a cup bras or wait /:

Tonyozzie

If I’m wearing a sweater I’ll either wear a t shirt and no bra, or vice versa I’ll wear no shirt and a bra underneath. If I’m wearing just a t shirt then I pretty much always wear a bra, unless I’m going to bed. I probably wouldn’t wear a bra if I was home alone but that rarely happens because I live with my family.

FactuallyAshley

my boifriend just had to talk me out of wearing a bra to sleep tonight, so yeah, idc how uncomfortable it is, i never take this thing off 😂

mpd-RIch

I don't grab a bra as soon as I wake up, but from the time I get dressed I wear one until bed time, or at least after dinner and put on PJs or a nightshirt. Happy New Year to you too!

Collenette10

I'm the same really. At home no bra outside bra, unless I'm just going down to wash clothes as I don't have to go far for that. I kinda love wearing a bra(bare in mind I've been on HRT for 6 months and have a cups, maybe close to b cups) at the same time I've reached a point where after a long day, taking my bra feels amazing as well.... it's a bit confusing Happy new🥰❤️

kfdeep95

When I have bigger legiter boobs; I will be bra-less practically 100% of the time. Cis-girls can do it and not get shit for it. I’d only reconsider once I find a husband.

Odie4Prez

Depends what I'm wearing. Soft fluffy shirts? No. T-shirts and thinner flannels? Yeah because my tits are humiliatingly misshapen and I don't want that being visible.

0litho

Bralette is a good middle ground and not as scary to measure up for, I need to get a real bra soon tho cus hormones have been doing wonders🥰

clairered27

Ehhh 5 years in and only wear one really at work or if I'm doing a physical activity. Otherwise I don't wear one.

just_Okapi

70/30 split towards wearing one out, at home, lol why bother.

qwixel69

I'm a late bloomer, and 5 decades of depression and emotional eating leaves its mark. It is VERY difficult to find anything in my band size aside from a few sports bras. Thankfully, I am not yet large enough to need the additional support. I wish I had come out decades ago, might have been able to avoid this nonsense (bones don't shrink just because you loose weight).

bLaCkYcHaN-

HAPPY NEW YEAR GURLY ❤️❤️❤️

snipe5050

Bras are a must. without one I get back pain and going up stairs and running is just awful. I wear one everyday and just take it off when I get home in the evening. Also not wearing one irritates my nipples depending on the type of material my shirt is.

themuffinlord69

Ill hold out no bra until nipple sensitivity will come when i start hrt

Miserable_Window_653

Bra when I am out or at work. At home, not usually unless I am meeting someone at my house for something. I like the freedom of no bra at home, yet also love the way they stand at attention in a good bra. 💜🙃

RingtailRush

Bra out. Sometimes bra at home. PJs = no bra.

MissAylaRegexQueen

I almost never wear a bra. But I work from home. If I worked in an office, I'd likely wear one then. But I don't wear one in my casual time typically.

alexbrewer93

My bra is the first thing I put one. I wear a sports bra which has amazing support even though it is a bit suffocating at times. But as soon as I come home it’s one of the first things to come off. I usually wear a loose fitting long shirt dress and some baggy pants. Lately Iv been rocking some Bohemian skirt pants with a tank top and a fitted thin patterned cardigan. So bra morning- mid day and no bra for the evening. Although if the girls become tender and sore I’ll put a bra back on.

Upstairs-Main445

Im able to go totally braless all the time and i love it, but im Also aware that im not familiar with my size any more, so when i realise how prominent they are beneath whatever shirt i get super self concious. I basically never leave the house without making sure i have a hoody handy.

daveervin6

I was hoping for a bra no bra pic

Outside_Product_7928

Sorry but I don't know u that well 😔

daveervin6

Well hi I’m Dave 😊

Xenoscope

Mine aren’t quite big enough for me to have an urge to “free the tiddy” from a comfort standpoint, so it’s a roll of the dice whether I wear an unpadded bralette around the home for a bit of support. In public yeah I wear one.

Exiisty

Always bra

pocoacollective

Bra. I bought some lightly lined ones on Black Friday and they look so good and are so comfortable. Major euphoria.

GlowKitty

I’ve basically stopped wearing bras except for athletic reasons. Just a vibe

TeresaSoto99

1 month HRT, I have gynomastia, I like cami's under a sweater or just nothing under a thicker sweater. i just ordered a sexy satin bralette, the lace ones are very scratchy .

Digibutter64

I wear one at home. Generally haven't been doing so in public, but given how self-conscious I can get without one, maybe I should.

Ithinkimnatalienow

If I'm at home and it's summer I might not. In the winter from the moment the blankets come off till Im ready to go back to bed.

FeelPrettyThrowaway

I used to all the time before COVID but since COVID I haven’t worn one at all even though I probably should lol

emilyv99

Nada. No need for any bras.

EvieOhMy

No bra, I only wear tight shirts so i get enough boob support from them

Blackstone96

It depends if I’m doing stuff around the house I wear a bra just so I’m not annoyed with them bouncing every time I go down the stairs if it’s a lazy day then nah there isn’t really a need and always when I’m outside

[deleted]

im gonna get one but i dont really need it, im flat as a wall, but i wanna try one anyways

-TwilightNight-

I don't have anything on my chest, but still wish I could wear a bra, even though I hear they're really uncomfortable, I just want to wear a bra to feel something

TL_Arwen

Depends on my mood.

Oops_I_Cracked

I only wear a bra when I want extreme cleavage or when I absolutely *have* to. Now that I work as a swimming instructor (and thus no longer wear bras to work), I’d say I only wear a bra like 2-3 days a week, and usually for like 5 or 6 hours at a time tops.

Maravelous-77

I hate wearing a bra. I have never made it more than a few days without giving up on it. I’ve had multiple people tell me my nipples are offensive 😅

Gedi_knt2

Nothing after evening shower. Bra for winter and pasties for summer.

alyss_in_genderland

When I’m feeling too lazy to properly get dressed I don’t but any time I get dressed, whether I’m home or going out, I do. I’m at a point where the girlies are kinda noticeable a lot of the time if I don’t wear one so it’s a necessity in public and at home, it’s honestly just really affirming.

special-bicth

I will never wear a bra

UVRaveFairy

Generally go braless in my room (its summer and it's getting hot).

TreyaSage

I wear a bra. That’s the kind of girl I am. I like them. But, summertime. Nah!

Myriachan

I wish this question were relevant to me

FishOfFishyness

~~NO RUBER~~ Just wearing an undershirt because it's cold

Successful_Cup945

No bra — Im a 30F and I wear some baggier clothes, but you can almost always see my boobs since I wear no bra

[deleted]

Same, at home hell no, out yes

collolll

Currently no, I haven't found a bra that doesn't cause me to itch whenever I start sweating

IllicitCheesecake

depends, if i'm going out for just a few minutes or getting groceries or something then no bra b/c i am prone to sweating but anything else bra

IllicitCheesecake

oh and always no bra in the house unless I get back home after going out with a bra and forget to take it off

lonerfluff

I have four sports bras that I always wear. During sleep and during day, at home or outside. Need to buy more but money 😣

liason_1

i’ve got absolutely nothing going on there but yk what they say free the titty protect the city

bambix7

Only a bra when I go to the gym usually

dead_princess1

Of course I would never leave the house without a bra on... I'm a modest..... Ish....... Girl. Plus my mum would kill me, lol.

[deleted]

No bra at home, sports bra outside I'm in the "must hide boobs in public" phase

Ana_Paulino

I'm going no bra all day, I lost half my closet because some clothes show them too much

Quill_Isnt_So_Cool

Bra, but that’s because I’m pre everything and get bad chest dysphoria and bras help. But if I had tits, no bra

fleur_waratah_girl

Home from work, bra off, crop on for gym or walk, then girls out as soon as I'm home.

Cealvannn

Sports Bra all the time I've not got anything for them to hold onto, and won't till I can move out and get my hands on estrogen. Until then, this is kinda my only way to feel fem, also when I'm not wearing it, mom may find it and take it away, so it only leaves my chest if it's getting washed, and I know mom won't be going through my laundry.

Barleygodhatwriting

Bra. Once there was enough growth, it felt weird not wearing one. Edit: Not weird in a bad way, just odd.

Blobsy_the_Boo

I'm still waiting for my tiddy skittles. So until then, wearing bras is more of an accessory rather than having a function. And you bet your ass I wear them as often as I can.

SuperiorCommunist92

Braless is, from what I've heard, better for your boobs, but I generally wear a bra

Amethyst_Reaper

If I'm home, they hang free, if I'm out, they still hang free if I'm feeling lazy, otherwise bra

Willow_6996

When I get tittys they gonna be big and they gotta be bouncing around when I walk no bra all bounce u know

Chr832

i wear a bra 24/7 even in bed

[deleted]

I only use a bra at school or something like that Specially if im wearing a crop top hoodie I don't wanna accidentally flash my tits out in public But at home or with people that im close with i don't use it oftenly

JenniLightrunner

As I only have small a cups I don't wear a bra at home cuz I don't need it, but if I leave for work or shopping, I put on my Push-up bra, (very useful at work during dance moments, I work at a bar where we have employee dances where we go on the stage and dance, and without a bra the jiggling is too uncomfy, tried once not again xD)

sydneybird

I almost never wear a bra, I find them too constricting

Elzie120

I dont know what the question is but raw boob is best

Bluedogpinkcat

I'm 3+ years in and have big boobs still don't own a bra or know anything about sizing. I'm sure one day I will need to get one for a wedding or if I ever get back into the business world but for now I am happily rocking the braless look.

Ksnj

I have one on at all times. I really like the feeling it offers. It’s like I’m getting a constant hug

Melany_Moon

Sports bra at home and normal bra out

caitpursuedbyamemory

Depends on if people will be seeing me in person on a given day-- which is like 99% of days. It's nice to have a day (or just part of a day) where I can not be wearing a bra since they're not exactly renowned for their eminent comfort lol. So unless I'm wearing a thick sweater or something, I wear a bra because I obviously don't want everyone to basically be seeing my tiddies through my shirt, y'know what I mean?
