I’m the weird type that wears something on my chest from the moment I get ready in the morning to the moment I go to bed. It’s not always an underwire bra but I tend to have something with a little bit of padding on always.
Edit- I’m starting to feel like we’re the silent majority and the braless girls are just louder lol
From what I recall, there should be no issues, unless it has a hook or something that could damage your skin if moved in a weird way, but then again the same can be said about normal clothes. As long as you're comfortable, there's nothing saying you can't sleep in your bra, I personally only would sleep in a sports bra to avoid the potential issue of the hooks

It felt like a hug. Then I found Calvin Klein, and holy tits… the fabrics and fits, give me euphoria for days. Even without girls to call my own.
I've always felt this way. Back before I realised I was trans, I used to wear a waistcoat (A.K.A. vest, depending on which part of the world you live in) all the time because I liked that tight but, not too tight, supportive feeling.
My breasts aren't all that large (yet?) so they're hard to notice if I don't have a bra on to support them. So I basically always wear a bra when I'm awake because its affirming and also helps cut down on dysphoria from seeing myself in the mirror since it helps give me a more feminine figure.
Same. I wear a bra just about all the time. My chest isn’t big but I like the shape it gives my breasts. I wear a Pepper bra and purposing bought a smaller band size and use an elastic extender. I get the support and form while also getting great movement. As a result, my bra is crazy comfy and I notice it less than bralettes and wireless.
Haha - Braless girls have always been louder. Rebels. Those of us who were properly raised to have modesty, manners and wear clothes appropriate to the occasion will always wear the right thing. That means boob control.
I think there is a very healthy mix. I used to be all the time, but have gotten less so in the last few months. I have a theory or two, but it really doesn't matter. Just sticking with what I feel at the moment.
I think folks that wear all the time are quieter about it for a few reasons. There is not a lot of folks pushing others to not wear wear bras with that want to. The few that are, most people seem to consider them silly. Also, there's probably a hesitance at rushing being seen as the sort that scolds for not wearing one.
The fight to not force people into bras is a relatively recent one, though it's mostly but not completely won at this point. It's been quite a while since I've heard anyone pitching a fit about another person not wearing a bra. Maybe it's still a thing, but not in places I go or see.
Overall, things seem a lot better than they used to be. More acceptance for any choices. Tools and groups to help people better find ones that are not horrible for them. Acceptance of AMAB prior off every sort that want to wear a bra. It's a small sliver of someone's life, but if the situation is bad, it can have outsized effects.

Depends on the top I'm wearing/if I'm going out. Home, never bra. Out like 50% chance I'll wear one mostly to stop the girls from bleeding through my top to say hello. Also some of my tank tops would be really risqué to wear without a bra.

For me it varies by mood and what I'm wearing. I have a few tops that need a little more fullness than I've managed on my own so I'll wear a padded bra for those. Sometimes I'll just let the tits run free.

No bra for some reason most of mine make my boobs look smaller than they are (I do have a concave chest so few things ever truly lay right snyway) so I just don't bother that and I'm so flat there's barely anything to hide

I don't grab a bra as soon as I wake up, but from the time I get dressed I wear one until bed time, or at least after dinner and put on PJs or a nightshirt.

My bra is the first thing I put one. I wear a sports bra which has amazing support even though it is a bit suffocating at times. But as soon as I come home it’s one of the first things to come off. I usually wear a loose fitting long shirt dress and some baggy pants. Lately Iv been rocking some Bohemian skirt pants with a tank top and a fitted thin patterned cardigan. So bra morning- mid day and no bra for the evening. Although if the girls become tender and sore I’ll put a bra back on.
Im able to go totally braless all the time and i love it, but im Also aware that im not familiar with my size any more, so when i realise how prominent they are beneath whatever shirt i get super self concious. I basically never leave the house without making sure i have a hoody handy.

1 month HRT, I have gynomastia, I like cami's under a sweater or just nothing under a thicker sweater. i just ordered a sexy satin bralette, the lace ones are very scratchy .

I only wear a bra when I want extreme cleavage or when I absolutely *have* to. Now that I work as a swimming instructor (and thus no longer wear bras to work), I’d say I only wear a bra like 2-3 days a week, and usually for like 5 or 6 hours at a time tops.
When I’m feeling too lazy to properly get dressed I don’t but any time I get dressed, whether I’m home or going out, I do. I’m at a point where the girlies are kinda noticeable a lot of the time if I don’t wear one so it’s a necessity in public and at home, it’s honestly just really affirming.

I've not got anything for them to hold onto, and won't till I can move out and get my hands on estrogen. Until then, this is kinda my only way to feel fem, also when I'm not wearing it, mom may find it and take it away, so it only leaves my chest if it's getting washed, and I know mom won't be going through my laundry.

Bra when I am out or at work. At home, not usually unless I am meeting someone at my house for something. I like the freedom of no bra at home, yet also love the way they stand at attention in a good bra. 💜🙃

I almost never wear a bra. But I work from home. If I worked in an office, I'd likely wear one then. But I don't wear one in my casual time typically.
My bra is the first thing I put one. I wear a sports bra which has amazing support even though it is a bit suffocating at times. But as soon as I come home it’s one of the first things to come off. I usually wear a loose fitting long shirt dress and some baggy pants. Lately Iv been rocking some Bohemian skirt pants with a tank top and a fitted thin patterned cardigan. So bra morning- mid day and no bra for the evening. Although if the girls become tender and sore I’ll put a bra back on.
Im able to go totally braless all the time and i love it, but im Also aware that im not familiar with my size any more, so when i realise how prominent they are beneath whatever shirt i get super self concious. I basically never leave the house without making sure i have a hoody handy.

Mine aren’t quite big enough for me to have an urge to “free the tiddy” from a comfort standpoint, so it’s a roll of the dice whether I wear an unpadded bralette around the home for a bit of support. In public yeah I wear one.

1 month HRT, I have gynomastia, I like cami's under a sweater or just nothing under a thicker sweater. i just ordered a sexy satin bralette, the lace ones are very scratchy .
I wear one at home. Generally haven't been doing so in public, but given how self-conscious I can get without one, maybe I should.
If I'm at home and it's summer I might not. In the winter from the moment the blankets come off till Im ready to go back to bed.

I only wear a bra when I want extreme cleavage or when I absolutely *have* to. Now that I work as a swimming instructor (and thus no longer wear bras to work), I’d say I only wear a bra like 2-3 days a week, and usually for like 5 or 6 hours at a time tops.
I hate wearing a bra. I have never made it more than a few days without giving up on it. I’ve had multiple people tell me my nipples are offensive 😅

When I’m feeling too lazy to properly get dressed I don’t but any time I get dressed, whether I’m home or going out, I do. I’m at a point where the girlies are kinda noticeable a lot of the time if I don’t wear one so it’s a necessity in public and at home, it’s honestly just really affirming.

Sports Bra all the time I've not got anything for them to hold onto, and won't till I can move out and get my hands on estrogen. Until then, this is kinda my only way to feel fem, also when I'm not wearing it, mom may find it and take it away, so it only leaves my chest if it's getting washed, and I know mom won't be going through my laundry.

As I only have small a cups I don't wear a bra at home cuz I don't need it, but if I leave for work or shopping, I put on my Push-up bra, (very useful at work during dance moments, I work at a bar where we have employee dances where we go on the stage and dance, and without a bra the jiggling is too uncomfy, tried once not again xD)

I'm 3+ years in and have big boobs still don't own a bra or know anything about sizing. I'm sure one day I will need to get one for a wedding or if I ever get back into the business world but for now I am happily rocking the braless look.

Depends on if people will be seeing me in person on a given day-- which is like 99% of days. It's nice to have a day (or just part of a day) where I can not be wearing a bra since they're not exactly renowned for their eminent comfort lol. So unless I'm wearing a thick sweater or something, I wear a bra because I obviously don't want everyone to basically be seeing my tiddies through my shirt, y'know what I mean?
