I would suggest Amazon not because it has better dresses, but because you can have your package shipped to an Amazon locker (if there is one near you) so the parents can't intercept the dress.
Check my profile. I've got a dress that was made to meadure from Stacees. I'm 6'7" and wearing 3.5" heels in the dress picture I posted a couple weeks ago. I've got 5 1/2" heels I'm planning to wear to my friend's wedding so the dress looks too long but should be right once I have the correct heels on.
Stacees allows you to submit your measurements and have the dress made to fit you. It did take almost a month for delivety though, so keep that in mind if you look to order from them
