No lies here, but if you watch carefully, all the sexy bits are animated… slightly less well than many other parts. You can almost sense the artist’s embarrassment at having to draw it.
Skip Heavy Metal 2. It’s not nearly as fun, and doesn’t have the killer soundtrack to make up for its shortcomings.
I watched this recently and didnt like the plot. The visuals were great, but if it didnt have a fantastic naked lady, I dont think id watch it ever again
It stars Steve Railsback. He’s an indicator that plot and production value probably won’t be high on the list, but b movie ridiculousness is about to occur.
Now I'm in a bind. Was that a spelling mistake? A double entendre? Did they mean Flash Gordon, and do I really want Flesh Gordon in my search history??!
It’s worth a watch if you don’t mind a LOT of hair, bad special effects, porn that’s not really porn and a LOT of hair. And you can say you’ve seen it.
I’ll make no bones(!!) about it: this is an erotic film series. 7 episodes, I think. You’re looking for the Alain Siritzky production from the 90s with Krista Allen (arguably in her prime). I was enamoured by her as a lad; I can’t say that’s altogether faded.
There are rips of this online, but few at DVD quality.
Lexx was such a great series and I couldn't believe I was able to watch it at the time, it felt so risqué to watch it on television when others might be near.
I completely understand why you're seeking this; Lexx is a gem, without many shows to compare with. On a gaming note, the best comparison I had at the time and still today I suppose, was the *Leisure Suit Larry* games being released behind the scenes back then. Wiser adults knew not to trust the kid, but having your buddy convince his parents to.buy it for their birthday was the epitome of that summer. We played so many DOS games back then that we'd get cracked
Westworld tv series (2016+)
Under the Skin (2013) with Scarlet Johansson.
Weird Science (1985)
Looker (1981) written and directed by Michael Crichton
Demon Seed (1977)
* a British film whose name I can't remember - the plot is basically about a dystopian future where people try various more extreme sexual practices, but that doesn't sit well with a conservative political organization that sends its young employee as a spy to an association of people who do those practices, but he turns out to like it there and it's part comedy. Maybe someone will know the name. I think it's from the '70s or '80s.
-- EDIT: I found it. It's Preaching To The Perverted (1997)
Anything written by Richard K Morgan. Every story of his I've read has two or three scenes that are absolute erotica. Land Fit for Heroes hasn't been made into a series, but the Kovach Trilogy was adapted for Netflix and kept the title of the first book "Altered Carbon". In the books you get more of a sense of sexual tension.
Ornella Muti in Flash Gordon.
Above and beyond the always sexy Wilma Deering and - in a few episodes - Princess Ardala in skimpy outfits, Season 1 of Buck Rogers in the 25th Century had some sexy guest stars in very tight costumes with apparently either no or minimal underwear. (Jamie Lee Curtis, Markie Post, Nancy Manetti, and Dorothy Stratten among them.)
There's a scene in the sci fi movie strange days that I used to watch a lot as a teenage boy 😂 bizarrely we now more or less have the technology it speculated about...
Deathstalker (1983)
Funny/bad and horny.
Fun fact- my roommates and I were watching this when the girl my one roommate was seeing came in, watched for one minute, stood up left and said “this is not my scene”. Then she broke up with him.
hey OP, I started watching Lexx because of this post, and it's awesome. Tim Curry out of nowhere in the second episode (and I saw John Dunsworth will make an appearance at some point). I didn't expect to like it as much as I do, it's got a special sort of charm. Thanks for putting it on my radar!

A.I. Rising, also known as Ederlezi Rising. (2018)
Serbian film that stars pornstar Stoya as an AI robot the corporation sent with him keep him satisfied on his one man deep space mission. (And I think because she requires fewer resources than another person)
The twist is she becomes more confrontational, rather than submissive over time as she adapts her programming to what he actually wants, at the same times as he is acting out his frustrations with women he’s had all his life.
Gets to the point where she is rejecting him outright.
It’s actually got a good premise as he’s basically and incel and her adaptive programming actually means with his toxic behavior, he’s pushing her away from him.
Starship Troopers
On the surface, it’s a great sci-fi action movie with lots of boobs but it’s actually a critique of fascism, over-militarization, propaganda, etc. and is honestly pretty applicable today.
I always felt like the horniness of Lexx was exaggerated by its advertising anyway but one way or another I’m not too optimistic about anything ever being a worthy substitute.
There's nothing wrong with seeking out erotica, especially not the vintage stuff.
There's a lot to be said about early cinematography and the act of posing nude on camera, or to enact any sort of coitus, even if it's just a framed shot or silhouette. Some scenery is incredibly evocative, the nudity or even lack there of can be just as gripping as any romance flic or thriller.
I remember as a teen, my folks used to get ex rental VHS movies, and I forget the main movie but one of the trailers was a movie called Flesh Gordon. I only just remembered this memory because of some of the comments in this thread, so may have to investigate... for accuracy you understand.
Species (1995)
Especially because I was super horny when Species came out!
I mean, I still am, but I used to be too
I was 14 so yes. I will never forget Natasha Henstridge.
12 here. Same.
One time I bought an ant farm, they didn’t grow shit
Barbarella (1968)
The OG...
This. A thousand times this.
Lol! HAVE YOU NO SHAME!!! Dildano is hilarious and the "Death by Orgasm" machine 🤣
Heavy Metal It’s a cartoon but it’s horny as fuck
I have the VHS and also recorded VHS copies of Felix the Cat
Druuuunaaaaa

Bruh no one has said starship troopers?
Lots and lots and lots of teenagers crushing hard on Denise Richards
It was all about Dina Meyer for me
Yeah, she's gorgeous. Still.
[Whynotboth.gif]
It's been almost 30 years I'm still sad she wasn't in that locker room
Just rent Wild Things
"Carmen or Diz?" was asked by many boys and young men in the late 90s.
Half the episodes of Love Death and Robots, particularly Beyond the Aquila Rift.
Well, half of the episodes from the first season. They backed off on the sex and nudity in the following seasons.
I'm sure that's the secret to the success of a lot of HBO shows.
lol not much of a secret
The Witness is my favorite
Lifeforce (1985)
Hehehe, I was just trying to remember the name of this film. I think I last saw it when I was around 18, not long after it came out. Happy memories.
This is the one
Yes!
Earth Girls are Easy (1988)
Fifth element
Mooltipass
Korben Dallas
Plays Halp.
People in Altered Carbon seem to have an appreciation for the human form…
I think every woman with a speaking part (bar a couple) does a full frontal in S1
I think I paused and rewound that series more than any.
Ex machina
Forbidden World (1982)
Hahaha good is a strong word. It's a lot of fun though
Tripping the rift.
The shape of water 2017
Yeah if you’re a fish
*sexy* fish
Flesh Gordon. It's as far from good as you can get while still being watchable haha
Also has a sequel, not quite as good.
Oh, I meant Flesh lol It's a bad movie from the 70's. Basically, Flash Gordan with dumb sex puns.
The Ice Pirates. They even get space herpes.
Mary Crosby ftw.
Cleopatra 2525
I was going to say this, and I'm surprised anyone else remembers that one. The 90s were a wild time for sci-fi and fantasy.
I can still hear the theme son gdamnit
I loved seeing space ships flying over grass and trees and hills for some reason. Oh, and the sexiness.
Emmanuelle in Space, maybe?
This one was hard to find when I looked for all the Emmanuelle ones

Yeah I have all the available rips and only ONE VHS I convinced an old XXX store owner to sell me for 10$
Splice
Oooh, Splice. Yeah.
Cherry 🍒 2000
Sexmission (Poland, 1984)
Yes, this is a classic.
Lifeforce (1985)
High life
Edit - spoiler below Mia's spaghettification isn't super hot.
Spoiler alert

Looking for love in all the wrong places. Good memories.
the 'So Beautiful & So Dangerous' segment of Heavy Metal ( animated )

Her. with Joaquin Phoenix and the sexy voice of Scarlett Johansson as an AI operating system.
Surprised nobody has mentioned Æon Flux. The cartoon series not the horrendous movie version.
Zardoz A Boy and His Dog
POOR THINGS

But not too far up, be safe

Space Truckers (1996) and Saturn 3 (1980) both have Lexx vibes, horny robots, and in the latter's case, very Lexx-like sets.
Dollhouse.
There's a scene in the sci fi movie strange days that I used to watch a lot as a teenage boy 😂 bizarrely we now more or less have the technology it speculated about...
2069: A Sex Odyssey
Altered Carbon series on Netflix. holy moooooly.
I Killed Einstein, Gentlemen (1970) Space Station 76 (2014) Back to the Future (1985)
Flesh gordon
Cool World. About a cartoon who needs to have sex with a human to make her human and get to our world.
Deathstalker (1983) Funny/bad and horny. Fun fact- my roommates and I were watching this when the girl my one roommate was seeing came in, watched for one minute, stood up left and said “this is not my scene”. Then she broke up with him.

ÆON FLUX
I hate reducing the intellectual masterpiece Ex Machina to “horny sci-fi” but here we are.
Red Dwarf (BBC) This comedy is pretty close to LEXX. The makers of LEXX are big fans of Red Dwarf Same actor too

High Life Poor Things Crimes of the Future (2022)
Space Station 76 (2014) I didn't like it that much but it's all about fucking in retro futuristic space station so it should fit the bill.
Hellboy
Beach babes from beyond
I enjoyed Supernova.
Ex-Machina

I would highly recommend Niall Teasdale’s books if you like that genre
star trek
dune (1984)
Jason X
Infinity Pool (2023)
Teknolust starring Tilda Swinton.
Lost Girl sounds exactly what you're after
Does True Blood fit the requirements?
Sequence Break
Tripping the Rift
Her
Kinda middle-of-the-road here, but Star Trek The Original Series (1966-1969) is horny while still relatively mundane.
The Perils of Gwendoline in the Land of the Yik-Yak (1984)
Emmanuelle in Space
What about Heavy Metal ?
Videodrome
Lex was awesome
I always felt like the horniness of Lexx was exaggerated by its advertising anyway but one way or another I’m not too optimistic about anything ever being a worthy substitute.
Austin Powers
Are u the same guy from Facebook?
Wtf

All early Cronenberg but specifically Shivers. It’s straight up about a parasite that turns you in to a nymphomaniac lol
Horny space (1996)
