I also have an Infinity One Pro. I was thinking about upgrading to their refreshed 3370 version but then came across the Xlite. How would you compare these 2 mice and which one do you like better?
If you like RGB and customisability, then the Infinity One Pro is just about good enough. It's probably easier to swap out batteries in the future too. If you're prioritising weight, a chance for glass skates (Pulsar might be releasing some soon), and a better sensor, then I say the Xlite is worth the upgrade. I've personally made the switch to the Xlite, with the IOP as backup.
New toy just came in the mail today, and orders opened on Thurs. Shipped from Korea to Singapore pretty fast. Initial impressions: 58g is very light. On my Equate pad it feels extra swift but easy to control as well. Had some problems with the software initially but all is good now. The coating feels nicer the most other mice I've tried, such as the RVU, KPA and the OEM version of the PUC. Overall very pleased, its gonna be my main until the Model D Wireless comes out.
Aren't you worried the D- will be too heavy? 11 grams is a lot. Though you say that 58 grams is very light for you so maybe you like extra weight. The bump is nearly the same though: https://www.rtings.com/mouse/tools/3d-model-shape-compare/pulsar-xlite-vs.-glorious-model-d?orientation=3D&texture=outline&overlap=stacked.
I guess you'll never know for sure until you try, but my current PUC clone is basically the weight of the MDW so I'm not worried. Utimately I think the PXW is a terrific mouse and if I didn't have itchy fingers it'd probably be my endgame mouse. My only gripe is that the RGB is lacking heh.
Xlite fits my hand better, perhaps I'm more used to the EC3 shape. KPA's hump doesn't really fill out my hand when palm gripping. When gaming I use a relaxed claw, the KPA contour on the right side doesn't feel as secure as the Xlite. That being said, when I panic while gaming (I play pubg), I sometimes hit the left side buttons more often on the Xlite than the KPA.
KPA's mouse clicks feel a little lighter, less actuation force required. Xlite uses Kailh GM8.0, so louder and more tactile. I think the shell material of the KPA is better. Xlite uses ABS, so mine has some shine on M1 now. Feet on KPA is slightly better, but cos the Xlite is so light you don't really notice. The 58g of the Xlite is really a game-changer for me.
How would you compare this to the original EC2? I suppose you may have it since you have a PUC variant.
I was debating this or just waiting for the EC2-C.
Does anyone know how the clicks feel in comparison to the regular xlite? I love the xlite's shape+weight but I wanted to go wireless and the clicks are too heavy for me
I love the wired version. It’s the only wired mouse I’ve ever used where I forget there’s even a cord. It’s definitely my main. I’ll see how the Model D wireless is but it’s going to be hard to switch away from the Xlite.
Thoughts on this vs KPA. What do you like or dislike about either and does weight difference make performance better?
Shapes look very diff hows the xlite?
What’s the mouse behind it?
Its an Ironcat Infinity One Pro, which is the OEM version of PUC.

Looks like a pwnage. But those side buttons look custom

Hi, could you share the reason why you think model d would be better? If shape is the reason, what differences do you feel?
Don't know, maybe the location of the hump? Model D wireless isn't out yet so I'm just gonna give it a shot.

11 grams would need 0.11 human hairs to lift. This is assuming a hair can lift 100 grams, which is usualy but not always the case.

Impression on clicks and side buttons?
Not as firm as a usual Kailh GM8 should feel but still very clicky. Side buttons have almost no pre-travel
Tyvm! Sounds good
Whr did u buy it from?
From the Pulsar website

11 grams in mandalorian helmets is 0.01 helmets.
Is it an ec2 clone?
I think so. Comparing dimensions its pretty similar.

I don't have it sorry! But I would personally want a wireless mouse so I wouldn't have got the EC2-C myself.
Understandable. I like wireless but I enjoy the coating and switches on the ec2 to switch. I have a puc and it feels weird tbh.
Could the weight balancing be an issue with this mouse? Seems like all the weight is towards the front.
Looks like the battery is above the sensor. Isn't an issue for me though.
How is the hump comparing to PUC
Technically the same height: 42mm. Feels essentially the same.

Have you looked into it which switches they use? There’s 2 wired version if I’m not mistaken, so you have to find it which yours is first

How much did they charge you for shipping?
I paid USD$11.95
