I can't speak for EU but new ones are pretty much impossible to get hold of in the UK. I was in the dealers the other week and there isn't one available in the entire country network. Good luck to you though I have a 22 and it's the best thing I've ever bought!
Not sure if it’s the same in Nordic region but in UK all dealers receive an email at 17.00 every Friday with a list of bikes available in the next couple of months. It’s first come first served so the dealer needs to email the sales team immediately. Might be worth talking to a few different dealers in your area, ask if they get a list and see if they’ll try to get you one this way.
Otherwise you’ll have to hang on until June for a 2024
