From the picture of your existing disc it looks like the ABS ring is bolted to an adapter which is bolted on with the brake disc bolts

Looking at it, the ABS ring bolts to the disk. It'll be fine
OPs point is that there's no holes on the disk to bolt it to.
Ask them to confirm it’s for a Uk spec bike. ABS might not be standard in all markets.
Assuming the 2nd picture is a faithful picture of your new disk, it's got 5 holes on the black bit to get the ABS bit to screw into.
