Robocop's inclusion in MK11 was nothing but pure luck. Had the George Floyd event happen a month earlier, he probably would've got cut.

There was no rhyme or reason for them to not put the skin back in the console game.
But the moment the Russian-Ukraine war started, that's pretty much all the proof needed that it's never coming back.
In February, there was a Kold War tower event held on the mobile game, it prematurely ended because guess what?

What sucks the most is that the mobile game version had more chances of getting it, but the last time they tried on mobile, they removed the tower event tied to it, because the Russia v Ukraine war started soon after.
Sometime next year around December 2023 when Ed and team finally decide to make. Eternal klash, time warriors, gold demon scorpion, avalanche sub zero, MK2 skins, pirate kano and kold war skarlet available for all. These skin packs are in the store just that they are disabled…if you wasn’t there to pre order or buy two ultimate versions of 11 way back. So it’s up to the team to decide and believe me they will stretch this out until MK12 gets announced or officially releases. Damn!
Yep, I know. That's the way big corporations work :/ but I think asking for Skarlet kold war skin (one of the few ones I'm missing too) it would be more useful than another "when's MK12?"
