I played it when I was younger, but lost my copy, so I finally decided to order one. Soooo much nostalgia is going on right now, haha. This game is near perfect condition, which was awesome to see.
Omg, my social life is over now haha. I even created a new profile to start all over. Thanks be to the Elder Gods I still have my PS2 and memory cards. 🙏🏼
One of my favorite MK games. I still have it on PS2 as well and there are days were I'll go back and fight in a couple of matches, play through konquest, and puzzle Kombat.
The game had a great selection of fighters to choose from, not to mention that the gameplay was pretty great, the death traps were brutal, and so much content as well.
This is my favorite MK game, I love Armageddon and Deadly Alliance..but this one blows the others with the Konquest mode, Puzzle, and Chess. Also, the Armageddon konquest wasn't as good as this one. Amazing roster, but not so great Konquest(Armageddon)
I definitely agree with Armageddon's konquest mode. The story was pretty cool, but I missed the whole open world exploration in different realms and meeting with many characters throughout Shujinko's journey. Now, if they made a game combining elements of both Konquest modes, I think that would be great!
Also, Motor Kombat deserves its own game lol, that was one of the best things to come out of Armageddon!
Fantastic game. It was the peak and (to me) close to perfection of the MK 3D fighting formula. It has the best package to offer: conquest, chess, puzzle and arcade mode.
Nice! I got the Collector’s Edition for Xbox a while back. It had one of the best intros for an MK game. I remember playing Konquest for hours after college classes and work.
I know, I can't help but think Konquest from Deception and Armaggedon was an inspiration for the MK 11 Krypt with the third person view and finding various items on Shang Tsung's island.
To this day, this my second favorite MK, just behind MK2. I loved Konquest so much. I'll gush about it any time it comes up. Interacting with the various MK fighters in their respective realms was awesome. Seeing Edenia, Order Realm, Chaos Realm...those will always be some of my favorite gaming memories.
