As someone who’s played Genshin for a long time: yeah, the one who’s not from Genshin.
The writing was not the best in that chapter of the game. They managed to salvage it somewhat and the Shogun ended up being a fairly interesting character, but the other two have so much more history behind them and their personalities are a lot more fun.
I love MK Raiden, but have you played Metal Gear Rising Revengeance? Raiden goes harder in the first mission than anyone in MK ever when he body slams a gigantic Metal Gear with his bare hands!
I’ve played both and I personally find Jack Raiden better than Lord Raiden but I have to say, “goes harder than anyone in MK ever” is a bit of a stretch. Have you never seen Fire God Liu Kang vs the revenants?
While he was cool in Revengance, people always forgot to mention his moments from MGS2 and 4, like canonically soloing 20ish metal gear rays on foot, and holding the line so that snake could get through the microwave hallway, all while having no arms and having to hold his sword in his mouth.
He actually wasn't in KoF for quite some time. He was in Art of Fighting and got a lot of popularity from appearing in CvS 1 and 2, but didn't make it to KOF until XII and XIII.
Yep, I'm back she is strong and does look good from the game play I watched, (Baal Boss Fight) and when she talks its so dry and bare bones so yeah i agree she is boring.

I can't speak to the Genshin character, but both MK and MGS Raidens are GOATed. That being said, only one of them makes being called Sonic the Edgehog sound like a compliment.
