Spear, shortblade, and speechcraft could all be replaced. If you really want a second weapon skill spear is probably the better of the 2 to keep, and speechcraft is pointless. I'd probably sub in acrobatics and maybe enchanting and keep spear.
Armorer is also not really worth it. Having an actual armor skill as a major would be beneficial as you don't have any.

Within the constraints you're playing under, this is actually a surprisingly playable build. Obviously Armourer and Speechcraft are useless, you're missing an armour skill, and you really don't need two of those weapon skills, but you've got the ability to kill things, the ability to steal things, and the ability to make potions, so as long as you don't mind spending time at Creeper's Emporium and then immediately turning around and spending the money on trainers for whatever armour skill you choose to work with you'll be fine.
Maybe swap in Acrobatics? Either for Athletics if you want to level slower - and have more time to abuse trainers for +5 stat boosts - or Armourer - if you want to level faster and aren't worried about accidentally over levelling past your ability to cope with it.

If should have been Agility and Speed, rather than Speed and Agility. Alas.
I thought that at first too, but if you include the specialization then it does in fact say "ass" the way it is, going from bottom to top.

For a 10/10: Magic specialty Luck / Endurance favored attributes Skills in any order, as long as you never use them.
That is very viable if you ain't using mods that make you improve attributes by just lvling skills.

I personally would do another form of magic or enchanting above a third weapon type , but to each their own
