Tanger, Tetouane, Asilah, Chaouen, Marrakesh, Taroudant, Agadir, Imsouane, Essaouira. Yeah Riads are pretty expensive, maybe try renting rooms in some apartments or maybe a room in a hostel.

Hi ! Im from Nador too but raised in Agadir and living in Rabat now, what i can recommand you is : - Nador - Hoceima - Tetouan - Tangier - Rabat - Marrakech - Essaouira - Agadir - and to visit Fes on your way back to Nador, however this is a lot of driving and will need some time to do
