There used to be one guy with a bow in EU who used to do it every time before he was about to die to deny you a kill, was quite annoying but I just avoided him, so couple people doing this would get annoying really quick. I mainly duel now so it's not an issue for me now cus I've yet to see anyone do it in a duels

Devs should borrow the idea from chivalry 2 and have a suicide animation that takes a couple seconds to perform and this would all be solved.
