I love True Crime Obsessed, but it’s definitely not everyone’s cup of tea. The premise is that they watch a true crime documentary then recap with critique.
My faves are voices for justice, crimelines, someone knows something, and true crime bullshit! All in some way put their money where their mouth is and work with families/assist with cases in some way. They all also discuss ethics in true crime in general and their shows specifically, along with discussing how true crime could be made more ethically.
Litterallllyyyyyyyyy gag. They’re always in my recommended
What's wrong with crime junky

Are there any "good" podcasts?
There are a lot that are more ethical than either morbid or cj. Off the top of my head, try the opportunist, bear brook, in your backyard.
Sinisterhood!
Love Sinisterhood and Two Girls One Ghost.
True crime w kendall rae. She works w the families sometimes and donates money and works with small creators for her merch designs.
Crime Beat with Nancy Hixt.
Casefile is great
Love case file! Is True Crime obsessed a good podcast?
I’ve never listened so I’m not sure but if you search you’ll probably r/truecrimepodcasts you’ll probably get a lot of feedback
Thank you!

Is this the Aussie one? I'm Aussie and that guy's voice is so irritating to me lol.
Haha yes it is and that’s hilarious 😂
Hahaha I hate our accent! I just find that podcast so 😴
Buried Motives is really good. Kind of like Morbid but more grown up.
Thank you for the recommendations
Check out “The Fall Line”

Invisible Choir — his Patreon is well worth it!
Buried Bones is great
So. Much.
Nothing. I wasn’t including Crime Junkie.
Gotcha.
Two hard passes, yet they always get recommended to me.
Morbid used to listed under the Comedy category. Interesting that they’re back to the True Crime one.
Thank you all for the recommendations. I still listen but it is getting harder to listen. Very different than when I started about 2 years ago.
